We enjoyed our stay at this scenic and very comfortable home. The water was great for swimming, kayaking and fishing!

Both my husband and I enjoyed are stay. The cabin was exactly as it looked like in the listing. Very quaint. Everything we needed was there including kayaks a firepit and outdoor furniture for lounging and relaxing. The inside of cabin had a fireplace in the living room which we enjoyed each night while watching movies or playing scrabble and yatzee. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and recharge. We loved everything about it. The house was clean and neat and had everting needed for an enjoyable stay. The view of the lake was spectacular. I highly recommend this spot and can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time again this year! The house is cozy and warm, a great respite from wonderful outdoor winter activities. Snowshoeing, hiking the frozen lake, and heading up to the mountains for skiing/tubing are great ways to spend the days. Wonderful memories with our kids and we plan to return.

Lovely cottage--fully equipped with everything we needed. Amazing sunsets. Great 'home base' for day trips in the White Mountains, Maine, and beyond. Host couldn't be nicer!

This sparkling clean, adorable, well appointed cabin has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We stayed in the fall and didn't use the lake, but the view is magnificent. The master bedroom has views of the lake from the bed, and it's own fireplace! The owner provides kayaks, canoe and paddle boat for warmer weather. There is a gas fireplace in the living room that adds the perfect ambiance for a chilly fall or winter day. Sara shows you around upon arrival and is very responsive to questions. Portland is an easy day trip, and hiking trials and breweries abound! We had the perfect get a way at this sweet lake cabin.

Cabin was beautiful stairs to dock too steep and without handrails owner was fantastic and helpful

We had an amazing stay. Sara was wonderful, communicative, and very helpful. The house is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Great activities close by; snowshoeing, tubing parks, and time out on the frozen lake. Relaxing by the fireplace, lots of games and books. A great place to rest and unwind. Look forward to returning!

This property was so peaceful, and had all the comforts of home. Tucked along the wooded shoreline of Belleau Lake, it's the perfect spot to hideaway for a quiet winter's nap.

The property is a stated. We needed a get away and enjoy kayaking a hiking. The home was what we needed.

The house is so nice! It has a great deck & main bedroom has doors that open onto it. The lake is a nice size for exploring with kayaks. We felt very comfortable staying here & Sara (the owner) is so sweet & helpful.

As Sara described, the cottage is cute, clean and welcoming. The view from the deck is very pretty and the deck itself is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple amenities nearby. Everything from groceries to breakfast, hiking and golf are right around the corner. Sara was responsive and friendly and there were multiple water toys available for use. If you are someone with children or who likes to enjoy the waterfront for swimming or sunbathing, this might not be the place. The yard is very overgrown and there isn't a grassy spot to spend a day by the water. We were able to enjoy the fire pit but there was only space for two comfortably. A sleep number bed was advertised but only one side worked. We took advantage of the canoe to explore the lake which was great. The yellow kayak has a slow leak and filled with water. We had some chili nights and looked forward to the gas fireplace but could not get it to work. As advertised, guests are asked to launder the sheets and towels before leaving versus simply stripping the beds. With this, and a 10:00 a.m. check out, it's hard to enjoy the last morning of your stay. Overall, we enjoyed our week here. We were pleased with the cabin, spent many hours on the deck and saw some beautiful sunsets. We would absolutely recommend this cabin to others, though next time we would consider a visit in the fall or winter.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house. Lovely accomodations. There is a nice lake community for walking, running. My kids were able to fish, swim and utilize a variety of boats. My kids will have wonderful memories of this place.

This lake house was outstanding! (A 5 Star +) It was everything we had hoped for and much more. Check-in and out was very easy and smooth. Everything was very clean and all the information we needed to have was right there and easy to understand. The view was spectacular and the sunsets beautiful. A very comfortable and cozy lake house. A gas fireplace in the living room and a wood burning fireplace in the Master bedroom with an outstanding view out the double-doors, you wake up to a beautiful view of the lake. A nice big front deck.as well. They did an outstanding job inside and out with the décor and furnishings. Our host (Sara) was amazing and so friendly and accommodating. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay.

The owner was more than helpful prior to check-in and during our stay. It was a refreshing time for my birthday with friends. Slept like a baby.. You have everything you need to go out on the lake with the kayaks on site. Very clean and comfortable house. We will be back!

Stayed here with my wife for a long weekend escape. The place and location were fantastic and Sarah was a great host. The highlights of the trip were sitting by the fireplace with drinks and waking up to amazing views of the lake. Can’t wait to come back in the summer with the kids.

Cozy stay with all the comforts of home, plus a lake view.

The house is comfortable and immaculate. There are lots of water toys suitable for all ages. The sunsets were gorgeous. Our only critique is that the lower part of the path to the lake is a little steep and difficult for those of us who are less sure-footed. A railing would be helpful. We wish we had known about this ahead of time. Otherwise, we had a great time and would highly recommend this lovely cottage.

Wonderful vacation w my wife and 9 month daughter over 4th of July. Sara and Steve did a perfect job remodeling this property and their love and pride of the home really shows through. It exceeded our expectations and more. Everything you need is within a mile drive and lake is a beauty. Sara is also super kind and accommodating If you need any help.
