Location is excellent, very close to the centre and beach. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel reception and pool area is very nice. Main hotel facilities looked good but we had booked a private apartment.

The apartment needed updating, all the towels etc were old, cutlery old fashioned and mismatched, just 2 cups available. It didn't feel very clean and we washed all cutlery and plates that we intended to use. The duvets in the wardrobe were probably washed but looked dirty and stained and need replacing. The Wi-Fi password did not work although the owner did offer to drive up and take a look at it. To close the front door you had to almost slam it as the electronic lock was hard. This caused a wall picture to fall off the wall as it was balanced on 2 little pins with no proper fixings.

The room is big enough for stay even for 4 people. It is on a first floor that you don´t need to walk too much :-). It is just limited pool view, but it is OK. It has a large balcony to take beer with friends. The apartment is well equipped. The host is very helpful and his "dochka" also :-). I believe we will return to this apartment again. That was our 3rd stay in this hotel.

I think Booking made some mistakes. For first, when I wanted pick up the keys on my reservation was only a nick name, so the hotel receptionist said that with Tomi nickname can everybody walk in and pick up the keys (she was right). After a few calls and a lots of time more than 40 minutes we got the keys. The second shock was the hotel receptionist information about our stay in the apartment. I made reservation for 11 days, but on hotels document was only 4 days. More phone calls and more time again. I mentioned hotel receptionist because she/he substitute owners receptionist who is leaving after 8p.m. We arrived at 9p.m. We had problems to find free sunbads. All time were occupied by towels by guests for later time. We just tried ones to make same, but our towels were dropped to floor by staff and sunbad took away. I think 100 more sunbads were easily placed. The pool closed at 6 p.m. :-( . Just for information, the parking places are limited and for charge 20BGN/day.
