Had a last minute 24 hr trip to Lubbock and happened upon this rental. Plenty of space for our family of 6 and 2 pets. Karen was such an attentive and lovely host - made our stay that much better!!

We rented so that we could move our daughter into her college dorm. This was the perfect space to rest in and spend the last bit of family time before we moved her in. All of the kids had space to sleep and the rooms were actually bigger than it seemed in the photos. This helped as we had the 2yr old in a playpen in the master room and still had plenty of space. We didn’t get to really utilize the back yard this trip but it is a wonderful space to hang out. We reached out to the owner before the trip and once during and she was extremely helpful, kind, and quick to respond!! I would definitely rent the house again!

We totally loved our stay at the "Farmhouse". The house was very clean/updated and felt very homey. The back yard was very inviting in the evenings to hang out and relax in the evening. The neighborhood was super quiet and the doves in the trees in the morning were soothing to listen to with coffee in the AM out back. We would definitely look for this place for futures stays in Lubbock. Our Host was super communicative and very helpful - THANKS KAREN :)

The house was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the comfy beds. Also the AC worked great and there were ceiling fans in all bedrooms so the temp inside was very comfortable despite being an older home.

Dog friendly, fenced back yard. Seating area in large back yard with fire pit. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and appliances. Clean and really awesome shower.

We had a great stay! Loved the location being close to campus and the coffee shop and pizza place down the street were both great! Highly recommend if you’re looking to be close to campus. House has been updated and beds are very comfortable. Karen was great to work with too!

Stayed 1 night for tech graduation. Well decorated house with all the stuff you need. WiFi check. Cable check, washer/dryer check, great backyard with fire pit and comfy chairs Check Remodeled bathroom fully stocked even if you forget your toothbrush. Beds a little hard for ourt liking but that is my only drawback on this property. It is well managed and the owner felt like a friend from the very beginning. Don’t waste anymore time. Book this now. You won’t be disappointed.

Stayed while we waited for our daughter and son in law’s moving truck arrived. They had a big move and we were helping out. Moving is stressful.
Best place to unwind and recharge, the house was adorable and perfect. Even better the hosts Karen and John assisted us with my many needs and concerns. Easy to. Easy to communicate with them, I fellI have a friend in Lubbock

This house is exactly how it's described. The place was clean, the beds comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. Karen is an awesome host, she contacted me prior to the date, gave me a little background on the house, and made us feel comfortable. The day prior she asked what time we'd be coming in, how we liked the temperature, and left some lights on for us since we came in late. We only stayed the night but I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Farmhouse to attend our daughter’s ring ceremony. The house was perfect for our group of 5. After the ceremony my daughter had a couple friends join us at the house for corn hole and food. We could not of asked for a better house! Our host was just the nicest too!

We have stayed here multiple times. The house is clean, well stocked, beds and other furniture are all comfortable. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to talk to.We enjoy the backyard amenities and games provided. The fire pit is a favorite with our family.

We enjoyed staying here while we moved our son into the dorms at Texas Tech. Everything was very clean and the home is beautifully decorated and very cozy.

A great chance to be close to campus, catch a Tech Volleyball game, visit friends, catch up on rest, play some games with our kids and just be a family.
The hosts were so welcoming and its clear they enjoy having people in their house.
The neighborhood is excellent if you are there to enjoy the tech scene- and we were!

We were in Lubbock to visit our granddaughter and attend a football game. The house was perfectly located to all we had planned to do. Plenty of room for various age groups to enjoy. The smaller kids played frisbee in the back yard and we enjoyed them having a safe space to burn off energy. Karen was a delight to work with and responded quickly to our questions. We hope to stay here again!

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this charmer in Tech Terrace. You can tell the owners truly love their role as hosts to guests. There was nothing that we lacked for in this accommodation. Would definitely stay here again. Karen was really easy to communicate with and on her game as owner. With the heat like it was in Lubbock we were really grateful for the shady backyard and the air conditioning inside. Our dogs were so happy to have room to roam too. Good fence and attractive area around a fire pit. Thanks again for all your efforts to create such a nice place.

This is the first time we've done a short rental like this. Much better than staying in a hotel. Property is pretty much as advertised. We have enjoyed our stay at The Farmhouse, and we will definitely look here first if we come back to Lubbock. Overall, a great experience for the family.

The Farmhouse was perfect for us! Very clean with comfortable furniture, which is so important. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard and appreciated the blankets provided by the back door. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you could need except food of course. Karen was very easy to communicate with, made sure we had all the information we needed to check in and was very accommodating. She went out if her way to accommodate us in locating an item that was left behind. We plan to stay here every time we are in town visiting our college student over the next several years!

We were in town to welcome our first grandchild. It was a longer stay and we had family in and out during our time there. The house is adorable, very pet friendly, and had the perfect amount of space for our needs. I used the kitchen a lot during our stay and it was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Tech Terrace is a great neighborhood close to TTU and all the best mom and pop restaurants. J&B coffee is fantastic! Karen was amazing and fast at communicating and she’s super sweet. One more thing…the back yard is a chef’s kiss! We loved the fire pit and there were no high spots in the fence for my little dogs to sneak out. Don’t hesitate—book it! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! The house is so charming and well appointed. We weren’t able to use the great deck and fire pit due to weather, but next time we will! The house was very clean and so close and convenient to Tech. Amazing communication with the owners and we loved that it is dog friendly. Highly recommend this house!!

A wonderful "Farmhouse Cottage" in a great area close to Texas Tech and central to anywhere you need to be in Lubbock. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was very convenient, along with the cozy lounge, and a great kitchen with all the essentials needed to prepare anything you need. The huge back garden was perfect for our Golden Doodle to run around and enjoy.

Could not have been happier with The Farmhouse! Karen and John are fantastic hosts and we could not have been more pleased with our stay! Our pups especially loved the great backyard!! We are bookmarking their place for future stays in Lubbock!

This property was perfect for our family. So cozy and nicely equipped. Our hosts were very attentive and thorough both before and during our stay. Wish I would have found this place when our daughter was a freshman at Texas Tech so that we could have booked it every time we came to Lubbock!!

John and Karen were amazing hosts. From having the temp in the house set for us to making sure lights were on for our after dark arrival, the week started with a warm welcome. They checked in with us and had plenty of contact information available for if we needed anything (which we didn’t). We made good use of the firepit and cornhole before the rain set in. The home was cozy and warm when the outside conditions turned cold. I’d recommend this property to anyone that is passing through.
