Twee mensen die hun respectievelijke talenten op zodanige wijze weten te combineren dat er een perfecte balans ontstaat in techniek/huiselijkheid, bestaand/nieuw, klanten/gasten, rust/levendigheid, aandacht/privacy en prijs/kwaliteit. De locatie en wat ze ermee gedaan hebben levert alle ingrediënten voor een ideale B&B. Na een paar dagen neem je afscheid van twee vrienden, ja, zo voelt het wel. Ik kom niet gauw terug naar hetzelfde onderkomen, maar dat ga ik hier toch zeker overwegen!

Het bed was anders dan ik gewend ben, en daar had ik lichamelijk wat moeite mee. Er werd goed op gereageerd, zelfs aangeboden een andere kamer te nemen. Uiteindelijk lag een deel van de oplossing in het tijdelijk verwijderen van het topdek op het matras.

Fantastische gastvrije b&b. Wij hebben voor het eerst geen hotel, maar dit beviel echt ontzettend goed! Ruime kamers en Piet&Ingrid zijn super!

Die Unterkunft im altehrwürdigen Stadthaus ist wirklich toll: wunderbar geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit schöner Dschungeldusche, bequemen Betten und stylischer Sitzecke! Das Frühstück im schönen Frühstücksraum liess an nichts fehlen! Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl! Der Kaffee im eigenen kleinen Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

The house is located in a good location. The interior of the house has its own charm. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Room is so gorgeous - a lot of space, well thought details in designing. We felt ourself more than comfortable. I would like to say regarding hospitality of Ingrid and Piet. They really think about positive attitude of guests whose being in 22b&b and in Antwerp. Whish all success in your both business!

Extremely friendly, accommodating and relaxed atmosphere, the hosts are superb and welcoming, this was a real discovery for me that I plan to treasure! I felt completely welcome, such a wonderful atmosphere full of warmth and dedication, I cannot be any better really :-)

Our hosts, Ingrid and Piet made us feel very welcome and gave us good advice about things to see and do in Antwerp. The building is full of lovely period details and innovative interior design. Everything from the bread, honey and jam served for breakfast to the towels, bedding and toiletries provided in the bedrooms is carefully chosen. There is a comprehensive buffet for breakfast with cooked items, including delicious porridge with fruit compote, provided on request. Our bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the quiet street. An excellent selection of complementary teas, coffee pods and cold drinks was provided and there were more snacks and drinks available at a modest cost.

Everything was perfect. The room is large and beautiful. The breakfast is delicius! The house is very good located. The owners are very lovely person. we will certainly come back.

The room was large and well equipped. A large comfortable bed, small fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine. The hosts were usually present and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a wide mixture of breads, cereals, fruits, meats, cheese, etc. They provided an underground garage 100 metres away.

We were on the top floor with two flights of stairs. This is typical of Belgian town houses.

Very helpful owners, nothing was too much trouble. They even helped me carry my motorcycle luggage from the bike to the room.

No obvious places to eat, although I did arrive on a Sunday evening.
