Bellissimo condominio a Indian Pointe, situato al 17 ° miglio, che si affaccia sul bellissimo lago. Il condominio può ospitare 6 persone.
Camera da letto principale con bagno privato e ampio armadio. Sia la camera da letto principale che la camera degli ospiti dispongono di letti king size con materassi nuovi. Le TV di Roku sono in entrambe le camere.
Nuovo divano letto matrimoniale 2 posti letto.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare un buon pasto.
L'unità ha lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Balcone ha un barbecue a gas per grigliate all'aperto.
La struttura dispone di 3 piscine (2 sono riscaldate). Parco giochi, campi da tennis, campo da basket. Bellissima passerella sul lago! Ottima area per pescare dai moli.
Lo scalo barca è disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo. Si prega di informarsi.
Il condominio si trova vicino a molti ristoranti dentro e fuori dall'acqua. Negozi di alimentari, shopping, golf, noleggio di barche e podisti e porti turistici sono a pochi minuti.

Amazing View, Great Location and Spacious. Top floor unit, 1.5 flights up from the assigned parking spot which is right next to the stairs. We've stayed at many properties at the Osage area and this is hands down the best view of the lake. Convenient to get to and just a short drive from Aldis or HyVee.

We have stayed here before and it continues to be a go to rental for us. Great location by land and water. Clean. Plenty of area to walk your pet. Inge is always easy to work with. We rent frequently at the lake and this one is great.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. 10/10 will stay there again. Easy process for check in & out. The beds were so comfy!! The steps were not bad at all. I truly appreciate being able to bring my beagle 🐶 Perfect weekend.

Location, view and cleanup were all easy.
Balcony was not accessible. Sign on door said since last year. Owner is giving a discount. Tile in master bath was damaged and loose. Had some supplies to use, shampoo, dish soap and detergent. Overall a nice stay.

We were in town for just two days to visit family. The fall colors were in full bloom. The condo was clean and easy to find. The view was great. Quite condo area. I like being able to park right next to the building and stairwell. It is the 2nd or 3rd floor, so if you have issues with climbing, this is not for you. But the higher the floor the better the view. Would stay again when in town for sure.

This condo was perfect for us! It was easily accessible to grocery and shopping, a quiet complex, and the most spectacular view of the lake. I really enjoyed the comfy couches (and actually looked online to see about getting something similar at my home). Everything was clean and well set up for guests. I will definitely book here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay. The condo was clean and the view was spectacular. It's a great location near all the restaurants and shopping we enjoy. Just a couple of minor things...the master bath shower head needs to be replaced. And the blinds in the master bedroom don't close completely. We will definitely be back in the future!

Kitchen could be more well stocked. A salt shaker would be a must. A lid for the skillets, a cookie sheet, a working toaster, and a dishwasher that had a soap dispenser that would open? We made do, and it was in a great location with great views. Enjoyed our time there!

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, the furniture was comfortable with plenty of blankets, and we had everything we needed to cook several meals. The views from the living room and bedroom are wonderful and we enjoyed drinking wine on the balcony. Inge was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Property was everything it advertised and more. The condo was beautifully decorated and made you feel at home. The sunsets were awemazing!!! The property owner was so nice and prompt when I had questions! Look forward to next year because will definitely rent again. Thank you Inge for opening and sharing your beautiful home!
