Oceanfront e completamente rinnovato Hilton Head Beach Villa 24 ha tutto. Vista sull'oceano e sulla piscina. 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi. Questa casa di città dormirà 8 con un re, regina, 2 gemelli e un divano letto queen-size. Villa ha 2 soggiorni, cucina completamente attrezzata, lavanderia, posto auto coperto, bel patio con barbecue grill. Un sacco di spazio per la famiglia da diffondere. We loved letting our kids stay on the lower level and having kitchen/living area in the middle and adult bedrooms up top. I recommend this vrbo highly because it's on a great part of the beach and a golfcart ride away (free taxi) to several good restaurants and groceries. The new pool was wonderful. I do not necessarily rec for toddlers bc tri level steps, but loved for our kids ages 13 and 9.

The condo is beautiful but was not clean upon entering. We found several dead cockroaches. I contacted the rental company and they were very responsive. They sent a pest control company and a cleaner within 1 day and never saw anymore bugs. I appreciated the quick response but would’ve appreciated a clean condo upon entering. The furniture next to the kitchen could be better/more comfortable and a bigger tv.

Overall the condo was great! Clean and well stocked upon arrival. Great location. Space was comfortable. Queen bed was a bit uncomfortable but king bed was very comfortable and kids seemed fine in the twin beds. Overall great stay!

Family friendly complex and beach villa steps to the beach. Our family enjoys this complex year after year and Unit 24 was great. Good space for large family three levels so everyone can have their own space and two living areas, nice patio set and chairs for dinner poolside. Vacation Time of Hilton Head was great to work with. We definitely will return next year.

Great home! Perfect amount of space for our family of 5 to spread out and have our own space after a long day of fun. Beach access right from property. We loved walking out there at sunrise and sunset. Superior location for all of our HHI adventures. Pool wasnt heated which was a bummer for the kids. It was too cold in March to swim in a non-heated pool. We did find beach chairs toward the end of our stay in garage storage shed but we almost bought /rented some. Glad we didn’t. I wish beach towels were provided- that would be a nice touch. All in all, highly recommend this property!

Not impressed, second bedroom shower was not clean and needs updating. We had several big roaches in our unit throughout our stay. The pool area was only cleaned once a day and it need to be swept throughout the day due to the pine needles everywhere.

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at villa #24. It was clean upon our arrival. The location was perfect! Just a few steps to the pool, a short bike ride from Coligny Plaza, or head to the beach with access directly on the premises! (No crossing the street with crowds of people!!). If you’re going to rent bikes, Island Bike Rentals has a stand LITERALLY across from the Beach Villas. There’s also a nice big grassy area where my kids would toss the football or bump the volleyball around in the evening. The villa itself is very tastefully decorated. Loved having dinners at the beautiful kitchen table! There’s limited seating in the living room area for my family of 5 (2 chairs and a love seat, but you can easily pull a dining room chair over), but it’s rare we all watch at the same time anyway. Or the kids would watch their own shows on one of the other 3 TV’s! The two master bedrooms each had a TV as well as the sitting room by the 3rd bedroom. All the appliances look newer and run quietly. So nice having a washer and dryer to use! There’s also a charcoal grill out by the patio that we used for burgers and brats one night. The cookware is okay for pasta or scrambled eggs, but beyond that it IS a bit wonky. If we return to Hilton Head, we would undoubtedly stay here again!

The location of the villa is excellent. Close to beach and easy walk to shops. The complex is private and well maintained. Our disappointment was with the cleanliness of our villa. During the pandemic, we expected more. It didn't look like it had been cleaned for a long time. We spent several hours cleaning the unit before we could move in. They did a great job remodeling the kitchen, but it was difficult to cook with the old and worn out cookware and utensils. Aside from the cleaniness and the cooking difficulties, we loved our 2 weeks at the Beach Villas.

The photos of the property made it seem what it wasn't. Looked great, but...the community was FANTASTIC, the management company was WONDERFUL, the property, not so much. It is very obvious that the owners treat this like a cash generator, not a well maintained home. We had multiple doors that didn't work, TV's that didn't work during our entire stay, unusable pots and pants, blinds and towel rods that fell down, extra dirty bathroom floors upon arrival, etc.
Several family members were at other units and we met other people at the pool, whose units we toured, that we would rent in a minute. Will be back at Hilton Head Beach Villas again, but not unit #24.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the villas. Ten adults along with four grandchildren were happy with the accommodations. Having the beach so close was such a plus, especially during the Covid pandemic. Would recommend this small venue for family get togethers.
