Nous avons passé de très agréables moments à la découverte de la Costa Brava, les réserves naturelles, les plages superbes.. Mais nous avons également beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir nous reposer et prendre l'apéritif sur la terrasse de ce magnifique appartement orienté plein sud, en admirant les bateaux de pêche les voiliers les hirondelles... A refaire sans hésiter

Tout était parfait... La gentillesse de Fernand et Maguy qui nous ont accueillis sur place. L'appartement bien équipé, très agréable et avec une vue à couper le souffle. La nature, les paysages, les visites culturelles, les activités sportives, pour tous les goûts.. On reviendra!

L'appartement est idéalement situé avec une vue époustouflante ,mais la literie mériterait d'être vraiment rénovée ainsi que le canapé et les fauteuils , qui sont vraiment vétustes . Sinon le séjour fut très agréable et je pense y retourner si ces détails sont réglés.

appréciables. La vue imprenable sur la mer est magnifique. Appréciable aussi de n'avoir aucun souci pour le stationnement des voitures. Par contre, un lifting des fenêtres et des volets seraient nécessaire. Nous reviendrons bien volontiers dans ces locations.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement très pratique avec ses 2 grandes chambres et ses 2 salles de bains ! Les meubles sont un peu vieillots, c'est dommage ! Cuisine très bien équipée. Un petit bémol pour le garage, de l'autre côté de la route et beaucoup de marches d'escalier à monter pour y parvenir et impossible d'y rentrer avec notre voiture, nous avons dû nous garer devant. Deux chaises longues auraient été les bienvenues pour profiter de la vue en attendant le repas. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire et excellent accueil de Fernand et de son épouse qui nous ont aidé à décharger notre voiture et à tout monter à l'appartement. Appartement très propre. Si nous devons revenir à Rosas, nous reprendrons cet appartement.

Conforme au descriptif pour deux couples!

Un séjour très agréable avec une merveilleuse vue sur la mer. L'accueil, autant le Monsieur que la Madame, a été très chaleureux et convivial. Malgré quelques problèmes rencontrées à l'arrivée, ils furent très vite réglés. Toutefois, si je devais faire une remarque, l'odeur persistance et le non chauffage dans la salle de bain à l'entrée sont quelques peu dérangeants. Remarques: la décoration est à revoir ainsi que le confort des meubles (lits, matelas.) Surement a l année prochaine.

Seuls dans l'immeuble en cette période calme, très reposant et la mer pour soi tout seul ! La vue du balcon est fantastique et la véranda permet d'en profiter même quand il y a du vent. Pièce a vivre spacieuse et cuisine neuve, certaines pièces sont à rafraîchir. Parking au pied de l'immeuble en cette période, Le monsieur qui nous accueillis était très sympa. La balade des douaniers au pied de l'immeuble est un plus. la piscine surement aussi mais pas en février ! Proche de la partie la plus agréable de Rosas (marché, petites rues).

...Pillows were lumpy, some of the mattress covers were dirty, and some of the mattresses were very thin. Despite the high cleaning fee payable on departure, the apartment was not very clean. There were a lot of dirty dark marks around the doors (I spent 15 minutes cleaning off the worst). I dropped a pill under the bed and found balls of dust when looking for it. But the biggest problem was that the garage was up 97 steps plus a steep driveway above the apartment, with a difficult exit garage onto the main road. Plus. the garage doors were too heavy to open and so the car had to be left outside. This trip - made twice on most days - was no fun for our daughter, but it would have been impossible for us alone and very difficult for anyone elderly or with young children. And there was no other alternative (signs in the apartment carpark said that cars would be towed away if left anywhere other than your allocated place!). We feel this really should be mentioned on the write up! The nice new kitchen was well equipped, but there were no instructions in English or French for the new cooker or hotplates and we found it very difficult to operate. The microwave oven was too high for us to reach or operate the controls . With a few new cushions (the armchairs were not comfortable at all), pillows and a thorough clean we would have enjoyed our stay a lot more. I am not a fussy person, but I was shocked by the above. The chair in the front bedroom was very wobbly and could cause serious injury if anyone tried to sit on it and the main bathroom was very tired - with an over-bath shower that we could not get into to use. On the plus side.. the shower room was brand new and very nice, and the sea views from the balcony really are lovely plus there is a beautiful path running all along the coastline, accessible right in front of the apartment. Last but not least, Christine the key lady couldn't have been more helpful. She is French, but we're French speakers so there were no problems there.

"Beautiful view and surroundings. This is the only that is good because the appartement was very dirty. Lot of dust on the refrigerator and in the rooms, and the oven and kitchen were very greasy. There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 had warm running water. When we left the appartement on the 4th of october the other guests already arrived. The appartement wasn't cleaned at all for the new guests. Very bad! Like i said, the view and surroundings are very beautifull but please clean up a little bit!"
