Brand new 1 bedroom apartment built above our garage
L'appartamento è nuovo con un design moderno e un aspetto pulito. C'è un ingresso privato e un ampio balcone per il tuo divertimento. C'è una cucina completa con tutti i comfort. Siamo 1. 5 miglia a Huntington Beach, 2. 3 miglia a Newport Beach, 4. 7 miglia a John Wayne aeroporto. Disneyland e Knotts Berry Farm sono a meno di 30 minuti in auto. Ci sono molti ristoranti, bar e negozi a pochi minuti da casa nostra con Uber e Lyft disponibili rapidamente se non si dispone di un'auto.

Very nice, newly built apartment above the garage with a spacious outdoor patio for eating. Parking was plentiful and easy. The location was central to the Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach area. We hope to come again!

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. My wife and I, with our toy poodle, enjoyed the visit. The unit was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you might expect. There was always available street parking near the residence. The owners, who live on the property, were very attentive to our communications. We will likely return to this rental in the future.

The property was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking. The king size was comfortable too. We enjoyed visiting the beach areas as well as visits to our children. It was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and did us a great favor for which they were not obligated. We appreciated that very much.
The apartment is modern, clean, safe, and secure. It is comparable to a very nice hotel suite with a kitchen. There are no views from the windows or deck, but that did not matter to us.
The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, and nice for short walks, but is completely residential.You need to drive to food and recreation. But the drives are not far, and beaches are very convenient.
Renters must park on the street.
Renters should be aware that the described "Living Room - 1 Queen Bed" is not a sofa bed or such, but an inflatable bed from the closet. While high quality, and reasonably comfortable, it is very large for the room and needs to be at least partially deflated every morning. Plan for this if you have more than 2 people, or need two beds. (for this reason we dropped a star from our rating)
It was a good stay and we hope to return another time.

We are so happy we found this wonderful place in Costa Mesa to stay. It's super clean, close to everything and the owners are very friendly and accomodating. We would highly recommend it!!!

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, quiet and convenient this unit is. Everything works great, the neighbourhood is lovely and we had a great stay. We will definitely look here first if we need a place in this region again. We stayed for 9 nights and it just felt like home. Thanks to our host Greg for great communication and help while we were here. Highly recommend this home away from home.

This amazing little find is perfect for a SoCal visit. Walking distance to 2145 restaurant and a 7-11. Great back patio. Place was clean and modern. You can Uber to HB or Newport. I would recommend investing in E-bikes for guests. I would pay more per night for this as E-bikes could take guests just about anywhere in a 30 mile radius.

Great location, quiet neighborhood,
Was able to jog to the beach in the mornings. Had a flat tire on our suv, Greg had his compressor out before i got downstairs to assist us. Also thanks for letting us borrow the bbq pit, highly recommended

This property was very nice, quiet and clean. Tons of beaches and tourists destinations very close. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few miles. The washer and dryer in the master closet was very useful. There was always free street parking which is great when visiting California.
The owners were friendly and very responsive to our questions.
The only thing we had any complaints on was that the bed was uncomfortable and gave us both some back pain. But it didn't ruin the trip or experience at all. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and in this neighborhood. Very beautiful neighborhood and surrounding areas.

The apartment was clean, modern, and cozy! We took our small dog with us and the patio area attached was a great place to hangout with him. Also, the king bed was a plus! The only downside I would say is there was just a shower and not a shower/tub combination as listed. It was also a short drive to Huntington Dog Beach which we all loved!

had a week trip to costa mesa, found this property that was located perfect for me. i stayed with my dog, he also enjoyed the place. close to everything, good parking and all the utilities work good. i definitely recommend to anyone this property, and i will be back for sure.

This property can only be described as first class—all new appliances and wonderful amenities in a well decorated yet cozy apartment. Greg and his wife were very friendly. We highly recommend staying here

The property was just perfect for a workshop I was doing close by. I was warm, dry and loved having a place to cook my own meals. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, even as a single traveler. I never met the hosts in person but they responded immediately to all questions and information shared. Looking forward to staying again.

It was a very nice place to stay and close to where my sister lives. The only problem we had because of our ages the stairs were a little difficult for us. Did not realize when we booked. Maybe you should include that in the description other then that would recommend to everyone.

The cleanliness of a rental, the bed/bedding are always the most important details of a VRBO. Without a good night sleep it is impossible to be at your best. We found the accommodations 5star in comfort, cleanliness and location.. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely lovely!
It’s a very quiet street and being over the garage meant we didn’t hear the bustling of daily life in the house. Our pup loved the bed provided for her and the bed for us was also very comfortable. The patio is a lovely addition and feels very private. Overall a very clean and pleasant place to stay. We will definitely be back!
