Il nostro condominio con 3 camere da letto è l'angolo anteriore del piano superiore in Legacy Villas. Il condominio si trova nella parte anteriore della comunità, dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla club house Legacy Villas e la piscina principale / area per bambini. Il balcone angolare offre un barbecue con ampia vista sulle palme e sulle montagne circostanti, così come la fontana accogliente frontale, che consente di rilassarsi e godersi il tempo con la famiglia e gli amici.

We stayed at this property to rest our heads when attending a music festival. It was absolutely amazing and exactly as portrayed on the listing. Everything was nice and comfortable! The two balconies gave such a great view on the corner. The community itself is really nice and made us feel like we were at a nice high end resort. Really close to so much! I would definitely stay again! Comfortable beds, nice soak tubs. Was a dream! 10/10

This couldn’t have been a better stay for our group going to Stagecoach. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 to stay comfortably. It was an 8 minute walk to the shuttle to go to the festival each day but most of the time we were able to get a free golf cart ride from the staff. We hung out by the pool and had breakfast at the restaurant at the resort. Skip was very easy to coordinate with. I would 100% stay here again.

Stayed for Coachella and it was perfect. Super roomy with plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. About 12 min walk from La Quinta shuttle and host was super responsive by text at all times of day.

Perfect getaway with the family. As we could tell by the pictures online, the unit could use some updating. However, we did not mind as we weren't there for the decore. We enjoyed the family pool immensely, as well as the surrounding areas.Two out of the three beds/mattresses were comfortable. We rated the cleanliness of the unit a 3. Utensil drawer and a few cubbords (insides) along with a few pans/accesories needed washing. Corners of carpeted areas need to be vaccuumed as well. With this all in mind, we were still pleased with our stay. Our grandson left his blanket (lovie) behind by accident. Skip and Tiffany, we thank you for finding it and are thankful that it was returned safely to him. Communication was great. Location was great. We were pleased with our stay and hope to be able to return next year.

It was a great apartment in a wonderful complex. Lots of pools. The apartment was spacious, lovely outdoor seating area. Kitchen was great. Beds were great. It's near the main road so a little bit noisy on the patio but not bad. We loved it.

The place was very clean and smelled really nice when we entered. The only feedback I have is that the couch in the living room is worn out and not really suitable for someone to sleep on - the foldout mattress needs to be replaced.

Oven didn't work. Ice dispenser didn't work, even after emptying the solid iceberg in the ice container. I left a message on the number provided for maintenance, asking for repairs but it wasn't returned. Back home I emailed the owner about all the deficiencies, including soap and shampoo in bathroom. Only soap was about two thirds of a used bar left by the preceding guest. No shampoo, towels were worn and frayed, even having holes in them. Our party of 6 planned dinner at the condo all 5 nights of our stay, so I asked for partial refund on the cost. Owner said there was no record of my call and message asking for maintenance. I provided him with a screen shot of my calls showing I was connected to his phone for 38 seconds while leaving a message. He said his records showed no missed calls or received calls so my iPhone must have disconnected before his phone answered. He denied every deficiency I listed, saying oven and ice dispenser work, they would never use towels showing any wear, 3 bars of new soap and shampoo are always provided. Therefore, nothing I complained about was valid. Beware, it was an out of body experience.

Great stay overall! Responsive host. Clean. Location is close to the main pool which we enjoyed often. Only negative was noise on the balcony overlooking the guard gate which we expected. Firmer pillows would be a plus!

Beautiful complex in a nice quiet area and great location with anything you could need. The amenities were great and Skip's communication and planning made the entire process a breeze. Kids loved the multiple pools, hot tubs and workout room.

Perfect location for a golfing trip. Ideal for access to La Quinta/Palm Desert courses. La Quinta is a lovely town with plenty or restaurant and bar options. The condo is ideally located. Would stay there again for sure.

Clean is subjective
The good: Skip changed our dates due to Covid from Dec to June. The unit is spacious.
The not so good: The unit is dated and is showing signs of age. There were dead bugs (not bed bugs) between the mattress and the box spring in the main bedroom. The rugs need to be cleaned- the furniture is showing signs of extended use and age. The bugs made us very uncomfortable & made us look a bit closer at the unit, had we not discovered them first. The tables, counters, bathrooms were clean, but not detailed clean. Dusty corners, stained furniture & our socks were black at the end of the day. The clubhouse is closed. The restaurant was closed. Did not meet expectations.
