We had a wonderful visit during covid times. It’s hard to be sure what to expect but the listing was as promised. Clean, great, amenities, fantastic location and a lovely view. Definitely a good stay.

A beautiful luxury furnished apartment within walking distance of the center of Copenhagen. The apartment is fully equipped. A huge television in the living room with an acoustic audio system. A kitchen with necessary equipment and perfect sleeping beds. This apartment, 8 high with a magnificent view, is recommended for everyone as agreed, we were received at the apartment by a representative of the rental company. He handed us the keys and explained the use of all rooms such as the kitchen, bedroom, living room and the use of the garage. In the living room there was a folder with all the necessary information

Het is een modern en van alle gemakken voorzien appartement op de 8e verdieping met mooi uitzicht. Bij mooi weer kun je ontbijten in de zon op het ene balkon en 's-avonds chillen op het andere balkon. De afstand tot het centrum is ca 2,5 km. Als je fiets kunt meenemen of huren is dat ideaal. Het is het favoriete vervoermiddel van de Kopenhagers.

The apartment is very comfy, nicely decorated and very well equipped. The neighborhood is pretty and there's a supermarket around the corner. Location was perfect for our needs. Some minor issues were the lack of towels (two large bath towels and one smaller were provided, but no hand or kitchen ones). The mattress was also very soft and uncomfortable. The man who gave us the keys did not provide sufficient information and was very eager to go ASAP. Still, these issues were minor and the overall experience was very good.

Fantastic apartment, with great views for the balconies. You will find everything you need there ..... even a first aid kit , definitely consider this apartment if you want to stay just outside the city centre close enough to walk.

The apartment was immaculately clean and very quiet. Simple attractive decor. Well equipped with appliances and instruction books. Comfortable bed. Nice view. A small market is half a block away and a metro stop is about a 10 minute walk. Mostly we hiked into the city center. The only downside to the apartment is that there aren’t nearby shops, bars or restaurants. Rental office staff were friendly and helpful.

He also did not speak Danish so he could not translate certain information that we needed. We were told that there was a bus nearby and that we could buy a bus card at the 7 eleven. The bus was a good 20 minute walk and we had to purchase the bus card at a tobacco store. There is also a metro but it is just as far away. There is a supermarket around the corner, but there are really no restaurants close to the apartment. We are fine with walking, but after walking around the city for a day, the walk from the public transportation was a bit much. This apartment would probably work better for someone with an automobile. We enjoyed our stay but would have preferred an apartment closer to downtown. Kristyn

Lovely modern property, very clean and tidy. Everything you would need for a good city break. One little downside the apartment was very warm as their was no instructions on how to turn the heating down. Overall a great short break and a lovely apartment.

The apartment and amenities were amazing and we really appreciated all the attention to detail. The bed was so very comfy and wonderful to come back to after a long day of wandering the city. The only suggestions....extra bed pillows and a new tea kettle. We really did love staying at your location and are already planning a return trip to Copenhagen and , hopefully your property will be available for us to stay in again.

Die als Luxusappartement bezeichnete Wohnung verdient diese Qualifikation im Großen und Ganzen schon. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön, mit Ausblick auf den Kanal der Island-Brygge und das Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Appartement wird offensichtlich von einer Hausverwaltungsfirma verwaltet und betreut. Die Sauberkeit lässt für den Preis leider zu wünschen übrig. Brösel und andere Unreinheiten in den Küchenschränken und Schubladen sollte der Gast nicht vorfinden. Im Wasserkocher befand sich abgestandenes, übelriechendes Wasser. Der Badvorleger war unappetitlich mit allen möglichen Fuseln übersät. Für den Eigentümer tut es mir leid, dass auf seine Wohnung nicht besser geachtet wird.

Im Rahmen einer kombinierten Städte-/Kongressreise haben wir uns in diesem sehr modernem und ruhigem Appartment in der 8.Etage mit 2 Balkonen (ideal für Frühstück und lauschige Abende) sehr wohlgefühlt und fanden die Lage dafür ideal. Am schnellsten ist man mit dem Wasserbus (Haltestelle nahbei) in der Stadt, dieser fährt am Wochenende aber noch nicht früh am Morgen. Zur Metro muss man ca. 800 m laufen oder mit dem Bus fahren. Der Vermieter stellt auch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz zur Verügung, falls man das Auto dabei hat! Ein Supermarkt ist an der Ecke. Für uns das einzige Manko: Das Bad war wirklich schlecht geputzt (wenn überhaupt), es hing sogar noch ein Handtuch des Vorbesuchers dort. Das fanden wir insbesondere in Anbetracht der recht hohen Endreinigungsgebühr inakzeptabel. Hierfür der Punktabzug. Dennoch: wir würden gerne wieder hinfahren! Visiting for a combined city and congress trip we felt quite cosy in this very modern and quiet appartment with 2 balconies (one facing the morning sun, one the evening sun) on the 8th floor and thought it ideal for this purpose. The quickest way into town is via waterbus (nearby), only on weekends it does not run in the early morning. Next metro-station is approx.800m and can also be reached by bus. If needed, there is a place in the carpark, wich belongs to the flat! A supermarket is at the next corner. The only negative point was that the bathroom was not clean (doubtfull it had been cleaned at all), we even found a used towel on the hook. Regarding the rather high cleaning fee this is unacceptable. Therefore we give only 4 of 5 points. However, we liked it well enough to say that we would come again!

The apartment is airy, spacious, bright and open with fantastic views in two directions of Copenhagen and the waterfront area. We were even able to see Tivoli from our balconies. Yes there are two balconies: one facing northwest and one facing northeast, both having table and chairs. The apartment is furnished comfortably with very comfortable beds. There is a dishwasher as well as washer dryer. The under the floor heat was cozy on the cooler days. Upon arrival the manager was prompt in meeting with us and very helpful with the initial set up. He was also easy to contact if needed, and was helpful in setting up a taxi pick up to take us to the airport. The apartment was clean and had everything necessary to keep it clean. It is conveniently located to the metro as well as the Interwoven Canal ferry. Tivoli and the train station is an easy walk and local bus service is also close by. A grocery store and local restaurants are within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay and would return to this delightful home away from home again,

Ideal location for walking or biking to see the whole city. The condo is fully equipped and grocery store really close. Communication with the property Management Company and owner was seamless with no surprises. The TWO decks are perfect for sunrise/sets. It was very refreshing to have the description matches reality. We will recommend this to any friends visiting the awesome city. We truly enjoyed seeing the city by bike, Culturehaven, stand up paddle boarding, disc golf, the fancy mall and swimming. You will not be disappointed.
