Lovely villa and pool really enjoyed the property and its location , could do with a bigger tv as the channels available were amazing , and a welcome pack as we arrived late

The villa is the perfect house to explore the West part of Cyprus. We loved the space, the generous swimming pool and I understand why so many guests come back. The communication with Isabella was perfect and really quick. She managed to answer our questions and made sure that we had all information available to enjoy our stay. It's the perfect base to explore Paphos, the Episkopi Bay as well as Chrysochou Bay. I will not hesitate to book it again.

Professionell gemanagt, viele gut umgesetzte Detaillösungen, sehr viel Platz und sehr ruhig gelegen, angemessener Preis und Auto ein Muss.

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Anlage mit vielen gepflegten Villen und hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar und dadurch sehr privat. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Die bequemen Aussenmöbel auf der Terrasse laden zu einer Pause ein. In der Frühstücksecke machte es uns Spaß den Tag mit einem Kaffee zu beginnen. Die Innenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit guten Messern und einer soliden Grundausstattung aus Gewürzen, Mehl, diversen Zuckersorten, Tee, Öl und Essig und vieles mehr. Alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und funktionsfähig. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bäder in sehr gutem Zustand und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte da. Wir haben öfters zum Baden im Meer die Bucht der Aphrodite aufgesucht, die ca. 8 Minuten von der Villa liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa Cava ohne Einschränkungen auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Es war herrlich und sehr erholsam. Danke auch an Frau Nixon, die uns in unserer Urlaubszeit in der Villa unproblematisch betreut hat und bei Fragen sofort reagiert hat. I

10 wunderbare Tage Ende Oktober Anfang November in der Villa Cava verbracht. Top-ausgestattete Villa mit allem, was man braucht - von Adapter bis Zitronenpresse (elektrisch). Selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Feriendomizil erlebt. Der große Pool war toll, wurde regelmäßig gewartet. Wir hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen dort eine ganz schöne Zeit und werden wieder kommen.

Tolle Villa. Vor allem toller Pool. Super Ausstattung, es war alles da. Mietwagen zwingend erforderlich.

Villa Cava has a very good layout and is tastefully decorated with lots of interesting items.The kitchen has plenty of utensils and crockery.There is good aircon in all rooms - a must in the Cyprus heat ! The huge garden area has great trees and plants with colourful flowers.As some of the sites around the villa haven't been built on yet it was very private and quiet most of the time - it might be good to ask the owner if any future building is planned - during our stay a new villa a couple of sites away was being fitted out and there was some noise at times during the weekdays.The different views of the mountains and the sea from everywhere in the villa are just fantastic - we loved watching the sunset every evening from the back balcony.The pool was refreshing and cleaned twice a week.There was a lovely breeze most of the time.We really loved this villa and found it very comfortable and relaxing and would highly recommend it for a get away from it all holiday.

We have been coming to Secret Valley for more than 15 years, always renting villas with good experiences. Some are better equipped than others, but Villa Cava was the best equipped and had the largest plot. Loved all the small touches, like toiletries and phone chargers for all models. Plus the showers which could fit a whole family in. All the equipment was top notch, the garden was superbly landscaped, and the outside seating areas gave the right amount of sun and shade. We loved the location with the nearest (empty) villas being approx 80 metres away, the villa is at the highest point of the valley so we had a lovely breeze most days to help cool us off in the 30 degree heat. The welcome pack could be improved upon slightly if I had to pick something to comment on, but this is minor and should not detract from an overall amazing villa for your holiday. We stayed at the Villa Cava early in June. We were delighted with our choice. The house, the gardens and the pool were all lovely. It is a great place for a quiet, relaxing stay by the pool. To break up the routine, there are beaches, historical sites and nature trails not too far away. The villa had a very nice homely feel to it. It was beautifully tiled, spacious and nicely decorated, with lots of natural light. The air-conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the wifi worked well. The bathrooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the sitting room and the dining area were very pleasant. The pool was large and clean, with a decent sized shallow-end for the children to play. There were comfortable chairs for sitting outside plus several sun-loungers. The location was very quiet and private. The plots of land next to and behind the villa have not been built on, so there were no immediate neighbours (and no worries about our children making too much noise in the pool!). There was no road noise at all. The villa is built on a headland just a fews kms from the coast. Because of this, there was often a little breeze. This was very refreshing during the heat of the day, but it did mean that it was sometimes a little too chilly to eat breakfast or the evening meal outside on the patio. However, we stayed early in June, and this would probably not be an issue later in the season. The garden was beautifully maintained, and was lovely to look out on, either whilst swimming or whilst relaxing next to the pool. You definitely need a car to stay at the villa, as there are no shops or tavernas within walking distance. (There is a good supermarket at Pissouri). Within driving distance of the villa things we enjoyed visiting included the Archeological site in Paphos; the Tombs of the Kings and the nice beach at Coral Bay. We did not like Ladys Mile Beach near Limassol very much. We have no hesitation in giving the Villa Cava five stars and would recommend it highly to all our friends.

Die Villa Cava liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Wohngegend. Es ist eine wunderschöne Villa in der man sich von der 1. Sekunde an wohlfühlt. Sie ist sehr sauber, großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die 3 Schlafzimmer mit den dazugehörigen Bädern waren einfach klasse. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage im gesamten Haus funktioniert einwandfrei. Man hat sogar 2 deutsche Fernsehprogramme (ARD/ZDF). Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles super geklappt. Die Besitzerin hat immer innerhalb weniger Stunden auf Mails geantwortet. Man hat sich sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Auch die Beschreibung zum Haus, die man von der Besitzerin bekommt, ist sehr hilfreich und hat uns ohne Probleme zu unserem Domizil geführt. Besonders möchten wir die Hausverwalterin Helen erwähnen. Sie ist eine sehr nette, sympathische und kompetente Frau, die immer ein freundliches Lächeln auf Ihren Lippen hat. Sie hat uns sehr gut betreut und beraten und war jederzeit erreichbar. Hierfür auf jeden Fall auch 5 Sterne. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Hafen von Paphos mit seiner Strandpromenade und den vielen Restaurants und Shops. Auch der Ort Pissouri und Omodos waren ganz bezaubernd. Auch der Ausflug in das Troodos Gebirge ist zu empfehlen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Von uns gibt es auch hierfür 5 Sterne.

Liebe Frau Nixon, vielen Dank für die wundervollen Urlaubstage in ihrer Villa Cava. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl und gut betreut gefühlt! Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Besonders die geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung, der zauberhafte Garten und der Pool haben es uns angetan! Die ruhige Lage des Hauses und der Blick vom Balkon auf's Meer waren ebenfalls großartig. Auf ihren Rat hin, hatten wir ein Auto gemietet, mit dem wir schnell am Meer und in den kleinen Orten rundherum waren. Ohne Auto wären wir sonst schon ein wenig aufgeschmissen gewesen. Die Villa sowie die Umgebung haben uns voll überzeugt und beeindruckt. Schon bei der Buchung waren wir durch den sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Kontakt davon überzeugt die richtige Wahl getroffen zu haben. Die Villa selbst ist sehr wertig und stylisch eingerichtet und in einem einwandfreien Top-Zustand, so dass man sich als Gast schon direkt nach der Ankunft sehr wohl fühlt. Sie hat einen offenen Schnitt mit reichlich Platz und ist hell und gleichzeitig gemütlich gestaltet. Die Einrichtung ist absolut durchdacht und reicht von einer kompletten Küchenausstattung, über diverses Entertainmentangebot (CD´s, DVD´s für Hi-fi und TV) bis hin zum Kickertisch :-) Die Villa befindet sich in sehr ruhiger und somit traumhaft erholsamer Umgebung. Dennoch sind vielfältige Freizeitaktivitäten in unmittelbarer Nähe. So ist Paphos mit seinen Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten (Resaurants, Bars,) und seinen Strandpromenaden nicht weit. Wir haben vor allem die umliegenden Dörfer in einheimischer Atmosphäre, z.B. in den Tavernen mit lokaler Essenskultur genossen. Zur Orientierung hilft die in der Villa zur Verfügung gestellte, sehr gut ausgearbeitete Mappe mit Empfehlungen von Aktivitäten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten weiter - ein toller Service! Wir wollen definitiv wieder zurückkommen, denn der Mix aus Erholung und Freizeitwert ist hier perfekt - Glatte 1!
