The location - was surrounded by a lot of local茶餐廳/冰室. The room was great for us😊

We booked a double bed room but when checked in we were told all rooms with double bed sold out so we only left with twin room.

Hotel located in business area but make my daily life more comfortable because there are too many restaurant and colse to MTR and shopping mall.

Breakfast not variaty.

Clean and the staff were great

Location. 15m walk to MRT or a 300HKD taxi ride just about anywhere.

Comfy bed, close to MTR station.

Breakfast selection was poor.

About 5min walk from MRT, not sheltered but hotel concierge lends you umbrellas for free. Breakfast was sufficient though some may find it quite repetitive and limited in choices. It was good enough for us. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice char Chan teng nearby!

More shelter space for people coming in from the rain would be good.

The location of the hotel is good, close to the MTR , bus to the airport, mall and restaurants, lots of places to eat. Clean and tidy room. Cleaned every day. fragrant soap and shampoo

breakfast menu that lacks variety. maybe it could be alternating between rice and noodles, which we experienced, the rice menu was 4 days, only after that was the noodle replaced

Room size is bigger in general. Breakfast is included. Walkable distance from MTR. Convenient with restaurants, banks, and shopping mall near by. My double bed request is arranged accordingly.

Could be cleaner. A bit dusty at some unreached areas and corners. There was a smell from tap water on the first few nights. Not sure if it's due to pipes or something else. Felt like water and room hasn't been used for a while.

This is the 1st time I stayed in this hotel and it impressed very much, the building and clean facilities. Hotel staff are very helpful. The staff at the Level Ground floor was very helpful when a transport was needed to airport, he even took an umbrella to cover us when it rained. Very good hospitality. Keep up the good work. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if I come back to Hong Kong.

Cleanliness and room design

Location

I went for a room with a queen size double bed and a sofa bed for three persons. I needed to open the sofa bed myself and found that there is a little bid mould on the support layer underneath. Also there is no pillow and blanket provided for this extra bed. This gives me the impression that the hotel did not prepare for this though I have specify a room for three persons when I am doing the booking. However, I still give the hotel good rating because it responds promptly when I requested for the blanket as well as the iron & ironing board.

The hotel did not do the necessary preparation and setup of the extra bed that I requested.
