In the hotel description they will tell you the pool nd garden view but when you reach there they will give you pathetic view from the room if you ask for pool view they’ll ask for money and far from centre difficult to find bikes nd local taxis on bolt can help there

it was a self check in property but still hassle free and pretty smooth process

Nice pool and area, the apartment is quite good.

When taking a shower water goes outside the bathroom and the floor in the corridor gets wet.

The pools and surroundings to the hotel are what sells this hotel.

No reception. No restaurant. No bar. No one to oversee issues when the abuse. Porters who sit idle whilst people struggle to either open doors or carry suitcases/bags. Porters never polite. Infact they make you feel very uneasy and uncomfortable with their presence. Very ill mannered and nasty towards people. When they're approached with any issues. To the point of laughing amongst themselves in your face. I found them very off putting and intimidating. In 3wks stay there I had yet to see their purpose there. .!! I struggled on arrival with the hotels key collection system. I was told to approach a Porter for help. They just shrugged their shoulders and acted ignorant. Yet. Must have realised I was there to collect keys for my room. On occasions, I've had to place my shopping on the floor to open doors leading to my block. And hold door with my foot whilst struggling to bring shopping in. If I was sat on my balcony. Which overlooked the carpark and entrance to my block. (Not the lake view in the discrimination) the Porters constantly glared up at me. Coughing up phlegm and spitting on ground. Taking a pee in bushes directly beneath my balcony and constantly on their mobile phones with volume up loud. I complained about their behaviour and told hotel I felt uncomfortable. The message I received was "well that's thai men for you. They are very lazy people 😡

very good place to spend holiday, my husband and I spent 3-4 nights here and everything was perfect, especially swimming pool which is very nice, green and big enough for all the guests also fitness and sauna are great. we hope to come back here again.

The pool and gym are excellent.The room is good with everything working,air con,hot water etc.Very quiet at night which is good If that's what you like.Everything close at 9pm including the pool and gym and surprisingly the security close all the common areas at this time.

Not hotel but an apartment. Make sure you read email from management before you arrive so you have room number for security. The beach is about 15 minutes walk but take a flashlight if you walk at night.

Evrything was cool.I coming back soon.

nice pools but the stairs have no handrails and as I had a dislocated knee I found it hard to get on the pool stairs

Rooms design is very good and useful.

when i have shower all bathroom was getting wet. i think they should find its tile master and plumber and talk about it.

the room was absolutely clean, the bed was big and comfortable. You can find there toiletries and towels which was great. Also there are fridge, microwave, electric kettle and stove, so you can cook if needed. The building has sauna, big swimming pool and gym. It is a little bit far from the beach and public transport, but it’s fine as the condo has everything you need. I would definitely stay there again.

Transparent glass in the toilet, which made our stay a little bit uncomfortable as the other person can see what you are doing in the bathroom. Also there is not clear check-in system. No reception at condo and no information about check-in was sent which made us to call and ask where our building and how to get the keys. I advise the personnel at least send this information to customers prior their arrival.

Pool

Main reason why we booked the place was the kitchen, the pictures and description show a well equipped one and ready to cook.. well, in reality there’s just plates. Another thing, there is no wifi signal at all. We never met staff, so we had to chat via booking.com and the owner said due to “the holidays” it’s hard to find workers and if we extend our stay, it’ll be fixed, wow. Find workers to provide kitchenware as shown in the listing?Afterwards I red other reviews and you should do it too. It’s full of excuses made by the owner and I can understand why customers leave a bad review. You should never promise things that aren’t here. Wifi seems to be broken for a long time regarding the reviews. It’s the most disappointing stay in 4 months travelling south east asia and we stayed at much cheaper places!

Venetian condominium is a new complex with beautiful territory. You can find a sauna, steam room, gym, big swimming pool and jacuzzi there. Apartments are located near Jomtien beach (about 10 minutes walk). The beach is quite empty, good place if you just want to relax. There are 2 small supermarkets nearby (seven eleven and family mart), self-service laundry, ATM, street food. It’s pretty remote from Pattaya center, so you need to get a baht bus or rent a bike for fruit markets, big supermarkets, massage and other activities. The kitchen is well equipped, there is an oven, microwave. Wi-Fi is good.
