The beach service was very helpful although you had to reserve chairs each day as opposed to for the entire stay. The beach was clean unlike other areas within a 10 minute walk from the property.In the contract we had to sign, the property management company stated that "due to their high standards of cleanliness", the unit may not be ready right at 4PM. I'm not sure I want to find out what they consider a low standard of cleanliness. When we arrived, there was debris on the bed covers and furniture was visibly soiled. Our children insisted on sleeping on the pull-out. When we pulled it out, there were crumbs all over the mattress as if it hadn't been cleaned or used in months. That's also probably how long it had been since the floor was last mopped. After seeing the state of the furniture, we decided it would be best to wear our socks while inside the unit. Within 5 minutes of walking inside the unit, the gray soles of our socks were also visibly soiled. There were dust bunnies clinging to the ceiling in the bedroom like stalactites as well as dust caked to the ceiling fan blades.That doesn't even begin to speak to the general state of repair in the unit. The popcorn ceiling texture in the bathrooms was beginning to disintegrate with chunks of the texture missing. The shower drain was broken, the plunger was completely gone and we had to use a WalMart stopper to hold water in the tub for our children's baths. Not the end of the world, except for the general state of cleanliness in the unit. The metal ring around the tub drain was also broken. There was also no stopper for the kitchen sink. To wash dishes, we found the largest pot in the unit-which I am certain was made from the same gauge metal as our children's Melissa & Doug pots and pans set.I really wish I were making this up. We reached out to the property management company the first night about our concerns

It’s a quaint one bedroom with bunks in the hall for the kids. Overall, it met our needs perfectly for the week. However, I do feel it needs some attention. The kitchen/appliances are outdated. Cracks in the walls, popcorn ceiling was peeling in places, the bathroom tub/shower appears to be the original since that building was built and it shows. It would also be helpful if some standards are included- such as dish soap, coffee filters, trash bags, etc. I know it was suggested we bring our own but for the cost of a week’s stay during a peak season, these are amenities that many other places include without expecting renters to provide.

Love the location the beach was close along with the parking in garage building and elevator Communication was great as well Will come here again

Cooking was a challenge as the stovetop elements didn't fit properly with the drip pans. This caused them to be tilted and loose. The sofa has definitely seen better days. Don't stay in this unit if you have any knee or back problems! But the perfect weather and the view from the balcony made it a great week. We tried Stewby's across the street because it was convenient. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Will be back to Gulf Dunes but not 307

Also, there were no blankets. Just a very thin bedspread. It's not that I like it cold, but I like something to cover up with other than a thin sheet. The floor in the condo was sandy and not very clean, according to the dirt on our socks. Just a suggestion but it would have been nice to have a coffee table in front of the sofa. Also, I suggest they get some rugs for the kitchen and the bathrooms. If to catch some of the sand and water. Something easily washed after each stay. This would be helpful to the guest.

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful condo just steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. High top table on the deck was perfect for sunrise and sunset. Room was surprisingly spacious. Bunk beds were cozy and a nice addition. Check in was a breeze!!!!

We did encounter **** roaches in the kitchen, but an exterminator came the day after we reported it to take care of them. The advertised free activities that came with our package were all closed due to the time of year that we stayed there. While it wouldn't have changed our decision to stay there, it would have been nice to know this as we may have altered our dates of travel, had we known this. Also, if you are planning to visit the Air Force Museum, it is closed to all but Veterans and Active Duty Military at this time.

The bed is comfortable but the blinds in the bedroom allow a lot of light from the outdoor light to come in which made it hard to sleep, it was so bright I woke up at 2am thinking it was 2pm. Also the shower ceiling had mold on it which was kind of gross and there are not any towel holders by the tub, in the tub or by the sinks which is inconvenient. There is no dish soap in the kitchen so I could not wash any dishes other then to run them all in the dishwasher on the final day. It was still a good trip but these are all things to make note of!

The apartment is outdated and the chairs in the dining and on the balcony need to go and be replaced with new, more comfortable ones. The ocean view from the balcony is breathtaking ,the apartment is right on the beach , and close to everything!

Our reservation was a last minute booking due to the mandatory hurricane evacuation requirement from Orange Beach where we originally planned to stay. The booking process was very easy, and the representative who assisted me couldn't have been more helpful. No complaints, and we would be happy to return for another trip!

Chair + umbrella service was included which is amazing! They don’t let the beach get overcrowded with the chairs either, everyone could have a direct view, not rows and rows like many other condos I’ve been to.
Only negatives: Mattresses are TERRIBLE... so if you value a good sleep on vaca you might reconsider. Cheap and super comfortable memory foam mattresses are easy to get on Amazon... owner should consider upgrading because this really brought the experience down.
WIFI was so bad you couldn’t watch Netflix or stream anything.
