Grazioso appartamento nel migliore area del centro della città. internet veloce. Soggiorno. Cucina. Frigo. Riscaldamento. Asciugamani. Asciugacapelli. letto molto comodo. Due camere separate. Ideale per 2-4 persone. Brillante. Spaziosa. Tranquillo.
Situato al piano di carico con ascensore, l'appartamento è completamente Chiamata che si affaccia in una strada laterale e un piccolo giardino, quindi è molto tranquillo, pur essendo nel mezzo del vivace centro di Vienna.
Il letto di design è 220 centimetri di larghezza e si adatta quindi ideale due persone.
Vi è una sala da pranzo separata con tavolo da pranzo e separare la cucina. La cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero vi darà la possibilità di cucinare, mentre il vostro soggiorno.
Internet gratis con quasi WIFI.
Tutti gli asciugamani necessari e lenzuola sono forniti sempre fresca e pulita!

Con la linea U1 è sufficiente una sola fermata di "Stephansplatz" dove si trova il famoso S. Cattedrale di Santo Stefano e il centro della città vecchia. Con la linea U4 si arriva direttamente a "Schönbrunn" o per "Road" dove è possibile cambiare a tutti i treni che vanno verso l'aeroporto.

This apt. was perfect for exploring the city center and remarkably quiet at night. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and pack lunches for our walks. Grateful for the coffee that was provided. We parked in the TU WIPARK just a block away for about $9 a night. Very convenient.

Spent six weeks traveling around Europe and this was the best place. Spacious, quiet and well located.

The apartment was easy to get in and out of and close to so much. There’s a great coffee shop, Blue Orange just steps away. I loved the shower! Hot water and wonderful shower head. The towels were thick, white and clean. The bed was comfortable by European standards. No A/C but the windows open wide.

We enjoyed our stay in Vienna and the apartment worked well for us. Check in was fine; we got some information about restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. The location is great and the kitchen allowed us to eat some meals pulled together from the excellent street markets which we found in every district of the city. Although the apartment is very close to the Naschmarkt, there are better markets for shopping further from apartment but easy to get to on the metro or by trolley. While Operngasse is a busy street, the apartment is very quiet.
Nice place and location is the strongest positive. The apartment could use a floor lamp ... the only lighting in the living/dining space comes from ceiling lights.

Overall very good. The neighborhood was quiet except.
Beware Friday night the music at local restaurant was Loud and went until very late. Otherwise we enjoyed the place. Thank you.

This apartment is in a great location, close to the Opera and subway line. The space is adequate for two. However, the bathroom sink and shower backed up during every use. The toilet is in a separate, very small room. And, if sensitive to heat, I would caution against renting space in summer months as there is no A/C and only one fan provided. Lastly, we were told to leave one hour before posted check-out time on our last day by (presumably) the cleaning company. We were taking the afternoon train to Prague, so wandering on a warm summer day with luggage was very frustrating. I contacted the owner but never received a response.

This apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator. It has nice-sized rooms and lots of light. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The location is walking distance from the centre of the city and a few minutes walk from buses and the underground. There are good restaurants nearby, including a great Japanese one 2 doors down.
The apartment was very clean. The decor is basic, pure IKEA and has everything to make a short stay easy, including drawers for unpacking and a stand with hangers. We found the mattress to be really comfortable, though we were a little taken aback by how close to the floor the bed is-- we literally had to roll ourselves out and on to the floor! We only ate a light breakfast every morning, but the kitchen seemed fully equipped for cooking. They supplied tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar and pepper. The Billa Supermarket is just a few doors down and opens early. The heating was fine for our winter stay. I noticed a floor fan and didn't see an air conditioner. Also didn't see the dryer listed in the description.
Our only disappointment was that we never met the owners that other reviewers said were so nice. We never saw or spoke to them and wondered how and when the other guests who gave reviews managed to have personal contact with them. We were sent a link for taxis in a general notice about the various ways to get to the apartment, but no arrangements were offered. We were met at the door by a greeter who was sweet but was there just to let us in and show us the apartment. We were given the owner's phone number if we had any problems but were told to text, not call. A few minutes after we arrived we did text to ask for an extra sheet and the greeter returned immediately with the sheet.
We would definitely recommend this apartment, just don't assume you'll meet the owner with whom you've corresponded.

Better than any hotel
Not only is Eva & Michi's flat spacious, comfortable, and clean, the location is just perfect. Eva is the most considerate and responsive host we've ever had on any site like HomeAway (Airbnb, etc). Very highly recommended!

Very nice appartment and hosts
We had a very pleasant stay in this appartment. It is very well furnished and pleasant. Eva and Michael are very nice hosts, they arranged everything so that we could be at ease with our daughter (baby bed, baby books, bottle warmer, changing mat...) and booked taxi for pick up and and ride back to the airport so we didn't have to worry about that.
The appartement is very well located, next to every kind of store you need for everyday life, and also close to tram, U-Bahn. You can reach the center of Vienna by walking only a few minutes, and a lot of parks too.
There are so many things I could say...
We would definitely stay in this appartment again if we came back to Vienna.
