My family and I (group of 6) had a great time staying at this property. The entire house was roomy, the kitchen was very spacious and had plenty cooking ware for us to cook all desired meals during our stay. So close to the beach by just walking 5-7 minutes, supermarkets and key roads really nearby. Special thanks to the host, Mr. Lombardo for his excellent service, kindness, and prompt assistance when needed. Mr. Lombardo, we really appreciate you for everything. We definitely, would like to book this house again on our next visit to Puerto Rico.

The property was like staying with a friend. We enjoyed the balcony and the beds were comfortable. Loved the chickens that roam the neighborhood. Having both the beach and the local market within 5 minutes walking distance was great. John was very helpful when we needed help and had great suggestions for things to do.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very big, Which is perfect for a family of four. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the breeze at the end of the day. The property is located close to the beach and also a short walk or drive to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

The description of the property was pretty on point with the exception of the trio of wild roosters that have made their nests across the street. What I am going to say is not to deter you from booking here, but to inform you of the experience…The roosters crow every minute like an orchestra from 1:30 am to roughly 9:30 pm. I am not being dramatic. I have video to prove it. You need to ensure you plan your day around the roosters. For example, if you plan to stay out until 10:30 pm plan on the whole family getting 3 hours of sleep. We were completely exhausted by day 3 of 8 and had to cancel plans to take day naps (We are very active people and never take naps). We got to the point where we reserved a night at a hotel to sleep because we needed time away from noise. For those who may be thinking that we are not use to animals or roosters; this is not new. We raised them and other farm animals growing up. We have come here every year since forever and grew up on the island. The crowing is an issue.

My family and I just returned home from 7 days in San Juan. Already my kids said they missed “our home” in PR. John was a gracious and welcoming host. He made us feel like family. The home felt a lot bigger than the pics. It was very clean. Our favorite was the outside patio where we had breakfast every morning. The master suite with king bed was perfect. The location was close to everything and the gated community felt safe and secure. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or host ! Thanks again John !!

Good location and spacious accommodations. Excellent for a family on a longer trip to Puerto Rico who wants to travel on a budget and have good access to beaches. Neighborhood chickens can be a bother at night but one might say it’s part of the charm.

The property was clean, and in great shape. John was a terrific host, and any issues where handled quickly, and completely. Calls were answered immediately, and we had a great stay!

It was a great spot, right amount of beds, etc. The issue which I don't fault the property was it seemed their cleaner didn't fully do the job. They left the floor unmopped, and didn't wash the sheets . We cleaned it up real fast and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

This property was fantastic. Close enough from old San Juan but the neighborhood was quiet. Short Uber to all the things we wanted to see. Found some great places to eat. Local beach is a must! House was clean and well stocked..peaceful patio. John was prompt on sending propane for the grill. Thank you John for hospitality and some great memories. We will be back

The property had nice amenities, including two full baths, washer and dryer, and a nice rooftop deck with a gas grill. Access was hassle free with a four digit code punched in at the doorknob. The owner was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay, including supplying a generator during an island-wide power outage. We also enjoyed the roosters, chickens and cats that roam about in the gated community. The beach was only a ten minute walk from the property. The only drawback was the need to enter and exit the community every time through a monitored security station, rather than through the gate at the end of the street, which added about 5 minutes to each trip.

The house is very well equipped, clean, and spacious. We loved sitting out on the deck in the evenings when it was a bit cooler. When it was really hot, the AC was great to have. John couldn’t have been a better host. We definitely plan to return.

We had a great time staying at this location in Puerto Rico. The location is great, and easy to get to Old San Juan and other parts of the island. Having a really nice beach just two blocks away was a huge plus. John is a great owner and very easy to get hold of during our stay with any questions we had. Thanks John

The neighborhood was decent, roosters cockadoodledoo at all hours of the day, Google maps doesn't know about the gates, but overall, I'd stay there again. All appliances worked and the home was clean, beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer being a bonus!

Excellent location - close to SJU, Old San Juan, beaches, restaurants Good neighborhood, quite, recently gated (which required some orientation as it caused google and apple maps to be off to get in to the neighborhood) Apartment is well equipped as described. There is wear and tear but clean, homey and comfortable. John - the host - received us, provided a walk through, gave us tips on things to do, nearby restaurants and grocery/convenience store, access/direction to the nearby beach. Overall an excellent value for a very convenient location.

John was a great host. He made sure that we had everything we needed and was always communicative and available to help with any issues. Overall, the apartment was exceptionally clean and had more amenities than expected. Towels, beach gear and high-speed internet were a big plus. The location was great and would overall recommend. My friends and I stayed here during our visit to Puerto Rico. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The placed is really nice, spacious, reasonably priced and only a short drive from the airport. It is also located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Throughout our stay, John was timely in responding to our needs and any questions we had. It was a pleasure staying here and we would stay here again on our next visit to PR.
