We were on a girls trip and took a couple days to check out Waco and the Silo's. We had the best time and our time at the NEST was wonderful. The house was perfect. Our host, Lori, has to be the best host ever. She was so kind and thoughtful. She gave us the best tips for around town. She left us the best snacks. The house has everything you could possibly want. We loved coming home and being together in such a wonderful atmosphere. Everything was perfect. If we get to Waco again, we want Lori to be our host!

The Nest @ Chapel Downs is perfect! Lori is amazing and the most thoughtful host and has thought of every tiny little detail you could possibly want or need while staying in her precious house and it's so close to everything! My two sisters, daughter and I stayed this past weekend and had a blast! Do yourself a favor and book the Nest @ Chapel Downs next time you are in Waco!

I love this house! Lori always goes out of her way to make her guests feel so special. We loved the peach cobbler and Blue Bell ice cream we were able to enjoy on our first nights stay! The home is clean, linens are always fresh, and she truly thinks of everything! Its fun to stay in a home that is decorated so nicely, and has plenty of personal touches to welcome her guests to their home away from home! Thank you Lori! We will of course rent again!

The house was so very comfortable and decorated so cute! Lori went went above and beyond for our trip to Waco. She left us a peach cobbler, ice cream, fresh eggs and all kinds of other grocery items. We felt so welcomed and spoiled! The beds were super comfortable! The house is in a great location to get to magnolia and other downtown Waco scenes. Thanks Lori for all you did and sharing your great house!

My two girlfriends and I had the greatest time at The Nest! Every detail was taken care of. We enjoyed snacks, farm fresh eggs, peach cobbler, and ice cream that were left for us! The house is decorated very cute in the Fixer Upper style and we were truly able to relax and feel like we were in a home away from home. The home was clean in every way and was not too far to drive to see the Waco sights. We would totally stay here again. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely, comfortable home in Waco, Tx. Owner was very generous having treats for us and helpful in making our stay fun for our Girlfriends weekend. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. Waco is more than just Baylor University and I don’t think we missed a shopping opportunity.

I cannot say enough about this precious home! We were first time visitors to Waco and the comfort and cute decor of this home was just what we were looking for - - and at a great price! The home was so clean felt newly painted and decorated. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and large TVs. The children slept on the fold out sofa in the living room and adored that they had their own "space." The patio is a great size and the rocking chairs perfect! The home owner left snacks, a homemade pie in the refrigerator, and eggs for breakfast! The amenities (hand soap), snacks, and coffee bar were well thought out and welcoming. There is a 10 minute drive to downtown but Waco has no traffic so its a breeze! We did find it felt centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Lori could not have been more kind and helpful before and during our stay! Take a chance on this great bungalow! You will not regret it! Happy stay in Waco!

We booked The Nest for a girls’ weekend after reading the positive reviews. What a great decision! The home is beautifully decorated and located in a safe neighborhood. It is about 15 minutes away from the Silos and downtown. Lori went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We were surprised to find birthday cupcakes, party supplies, a homemade blackberry cobbler, and Blue Bell ice cream. She also provided fresh eggs and all the supplies needed for breakfast. Prior to arriving, she sent two emails full of great recommendations for restaurants and shopping. She made the whole process super easy from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this adorable house for anyone traveling to Waco.
