Godetevi una vacanza rilassante in un'atmosfera privata nella casa vacanze recentemente rinnovata "Villa Jacaranda" con 3 camere da letto su circa 130 mq di spazio abitativo e ampio giardino / terrazza (circa 430 mq).
La casa si trova in un complesso di bungalow tranquillo e ben tenuto sulla "Costa Adeje", nel sud di Tenerife.
Il luminoso e aperto soggiorno di "Villa Jacaranda" è suddiviso in: cucina ultramoderna con gli ultimi elettrodomestici, zona pranzo e soggiorno con un accogliente divano ad angolo. Le grandi porte finestre danno luce e creano un collegamento con la splendida area esterna.
Le due camere matrimoniali hanno anche porte finestre sul giardino. La terza camera ha due letti singoli. Sono disponibili ampi armadi a muro.
Oltre al grande bagno grande con vasca rotonda, cabina doccia e bidet / WC, c'è un ulteriore bagno per gli ospiti.
Il giardino, che non è visibile dall'esterno, con una bella piscina (riscaldata, a pagamento), circondato da palme e una varietà fiorente di piante delle Canarie, diventa una zona di benessere assoluto e l'area salotto protetta dal sole con una piccola cucina all'aperto e un barbecue incorporato diventa una sala da pranzo all'aperto. Ci sono anche lettini e una doccia esterna.
Tutti i servizi sono nelle immediate vicinanze di "Villa Jacaranda". A piedi è possibile raggiungere piccoli supermercati, panifici, farmacie, ristoranti / bar, nonché il centro commerciale "Gran Sur" con vari negozi, ristoranti / bar e un grande supermercato.
Le famose spiagge "Playa Fañabe" o "Playa del Duque" distano solo 2 km.
Nelle immediate vicinanze della casa vacanze si trova anche il tennis club "Miraverde"

Property was just as it says and looks in the pictures,everything u need for a short break
There is many restaurants with walking distance so it taxis or 5/10 min drive.there is a Chinese,pizza and sushi restaurant near by short walk up the hill there is also a bistro that is amazing for breakfast its next door to the pizza restaurant
There was a lot off tiles missing g from around the pool edge which made it look in need off repair also there is only air con in the living room,there is fans in the bedrooms which are very warm

We stayed at this great villa in January and the weather was fantastic. Great villa and the pictures don't do it justice. Pool was great and all the sun loungers were fantastic. Kitchen had every utensil we could ask for. Only slight negative was the size of the garage if using a car, particularly tight but this wasn't really an issue. Around a 20 minute walk down to the beach which was fine and very close to supermarkets. Would highly recommend staying here as a group of friends or family. Will hopefully book again next year.

Just had a lovely week at this beautiful villa. It feels more like a home than a holiday let with some lovely homely touches. The pool is a great size and quite deep so our adult kids really enjoyed it. There is building work close by but it wasn’t noisy so didn’t disturb us. The hosts are lovely and very responsive to communication. I would gladly return here.

Recently stayed at this property & had a fabulous holiday. The pictures & listing were very accurate- it’s a stunning property inside & outside. Really lovely villa with everything you need. Kitchen has Loads of crockery, glasses etc. Bathroom & all bedrooms are really spacious. Loads of storage space in bedrooms. One thing to note is 2 of the bedrooms are connected so to get to one you need to go through one but for our party this was not a problem. Outside area is stunning, loads of space to sit, eat & sunbathe. And the villa is in a quiet area.
2 Supermarkets within easy walking distance. Fanabe beach and the main part of the resort is about a 20-25 min walk from the villa where you have a great choice of restaurants and bars, this distance was absolutely fine for ourselves (not too hilly).
We had an excellent stay here & loved every minute. Would definitely want to return.
Communication was great before & during our stay- could not fault anything.

Really nice villa with everything you need. Had pool heating and it was lovely temperature.
Some nice restaurants nearby as well as supermarket within walking distance. One of bedrooms is off another but it still worked out fine for us.
Would definitely recommend.

The location of this property was perfect for us as we know the island so well, in the del Duque area. We walked to the beach most days and the supermarket and shopping center is within a 5 minute walk. The villa itself was very well equipped with everything that we needed. The satellite tv was great (usually only English news channels are available) but a good range of sky channels from home were available which came in good use especially as we had a huge storm for a couple of days during our stay. We chose to have the pool heated, which was lovely and warm over Christmas and New Year.
Our only issue was that the beds were quite hard but overall we had an amazing stay.

The location was very good. We were within easy walking distance from grocery shopping and attractions. The convenience of easy access to TF-1 made it easy to commute to other parts of Tenerife. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor area with the pool made for some relaxing afternoons and evenings. While it was just the two of us, the layout of the house made it easy to accomadate more guests. And finally, I can’t say enough about the staff, especially Patrizia. The communication was excellent and proactive. Thank you for ensuring that we had everything we needed for a wonderful time.

Property was well maintained and clean, kitchen well equipped and plenty towels and beach towels. Ample leisure place for all and warm swimming pool.
Had issues with sewage and hot water systems which were resolved reasonably promptly.

The villa was exactly as pictures very clean and well equipped too. The outside space is exceptional and very private. Restaurants and bars are an easy 20 min walk. Slight negative would be only 1 shower. Would recommend
