The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The location made travel around Rome very easy and affordable.

Staff behaviour is so bad and they don't provide any customer service. There is no reception, no room boys available and not even a contact number. If we need a bottle of water too we have to call to OYO.

location was not reachable from cab. room was not clean and it was used by some other guest. 🪳 were moving in room which was too terrible. staff behaviour was not good. they do not provide any towel or soap for necessary stay essential.

Cleanliness, there were a lot of cockroaches in the room and also staff was quite ignorant. I asked for towels thrice but they ignored it. Ultimately I needed to go down to reception for the same. No free drinking water was there. I had to buy it from them.

We had booked rooms through booking.com .we had paid partially through site but after going there the receptionist was really money minded . He took extra money from us telling you had booked half from site and half from here so 100 rs extra . After this he was not satisfied with it he told us to show any of document say Aadhar.. One of my friend dint have original Aadhar but had DigiLocker which is athorized from govt .. the receptionist was against it and took extra 40 rs from him for that

They did not provide us breakfast,but that was mentioned when we booked the room.And also the location was backward and the sound of the other room is disturbing us and nothing else.
