Affittiamo 4 spaziosi appartamenti lussuosi nuovissimi in una grande casa coloniale con un enorme giardino. Atmosfera familiare in una famiglia belga-guatemalteca. Quartiere bello e tranquillo, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale, a 5 minuti dalla famosa chiesa di La Merced e 5 minuti dal mercato centrale.
Ogni appartamento ha bagni in marmo e una cucina in legno con piano in granito. Tutti gli appartamenti dispongono di enormi porte scorrevoli in vetro per molta luce solare e splendide viste sul giardino e sulle montagne. Ogni appartamento ha il suo modem per internet ad alta velocità e wifi. Una TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici offre 100 canali di intrattenimento.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole e padelle nuove di zecca, stoviglie, posate, forno a microonde, frullatore, caffettiera, tostapane e un grande frigorifero.
L'appartamento viene fornito con un servizio di pulizia settimanale. Forniamo lenzuola, asciugamani, sapone e shampoo. Internet ad alta velocità, TV via cavo, acqua, elettricità, gas e pulizie sono inclusi nel prezzo

Overall we had a great stay here and it is a good spot if you're looking for an extended stay.
Pros: Spacious apartments with more room than we needed. Common area of the building is beautiful and a nice place to hang out and you get to know your neighbors there (we had a fun time hanging out in the Jacuzzi with ours). Good place to work from with the extra space, good wifi, and daily option for prepared lunch. Good security measures makes it feel safe inside. The owner Tom is great and always available, and the rest of the staff are also very nice and helpful.
Cons: The location is a little far from most things in town (although Ubers are really cheap if you don't want to walk the 10-20 min). The street you're on looks a little sketchy at night. We were a little worried pulling up the first night we got in, but it ended up being totally fine for us.

Family of 6 had a great stay in Aintigua thx to entire staff at Nazeranos, especially Margeory. Rooms were clean and spacious, common areas were fantastic, pool, hot tub, hammocks, etc. Lunches were great and security was top notch, would reccomend to anyone wanting to stay within walking distance of Antigua, absolutely wonderful.

This place is a hidden gem! Perfect for our family. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. The place is beautiful. We highly recommend it and would 100% stay here again if we return to Antigua. We were very much at home during our month-long stay. Thanks for making our time in Antigua extra special!

Best hotel in Antigua
We were so pleased with our stay from the moment we arrived. The property is immaculately clean and beautifully designed. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartments are gorgeous, bright and spacious. Everything is so clean which makes such a difference when you are away from home. And the staff were incredible. Special thanks to Margeory for all her help when I got sick. She made me tea, called a house-call doctor and filled my prescription for me. I can’t thank her enough. She is a very special person! We will never stay anywhere else in Antigua and we will recommend Apartamentos los Nazarenos to all of our friends too! Thank-you so much!

Exceeded all expectations!
Wow, what a great place. I rented an apartment here for two months and enjoyed every day of my stay. Tom is an amazing host. He's super helpful with anything you need, including advice about the town and arranging car travel. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating and go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. The place itself is amazingly comfortable and very clean, with all the amenities you need for a very nice experience, and the Internet connection was fast and reliable. There's even a refrigerator in the common area that's stocked with a variety of drinks, including sodas and beer and wine, and a cabinet with coffee and games. The laundry area was super convenient and made cleaning clothes a breeze. The inner courtyard, with the well-manicured grass and the relaxing hammocks, felt peaceful and quiet and like an oasis from the bustle of the rest of Antigua. It's a 20-minute walk to the center of Antigua, and the walk is pleasant with the amazing weather and the great views of Volcan Agua along the way. I highly recommend staying here, and if I'm ever back in Antigua, I'll absolutely be staying here again.

Simply the best place to stay in Antigua
We've stayed here for three of the past four years! Staying elsewhere only confirmed our original opinion. There is no place else that has similar amenities in such a beautiful, peaceful setting. In addition to the beautiful two-floor apartment, fitted with modern baths and kitchen, there is laundry service available on premises, the wifi network is excellent (for those of us who are working while playing) and an on premise cook can provide delicious meals. We love it here!

We stayed at apartementos Los Nazarenos almost a week during the Christmas holidays and we had a great stay! Really nice environment with the central court and the apartment was clean and well furnished. The beds were also confortable! But the best part is the fact that we had an incredible service from Cristy, who was in charge while the owners were in Belgium for the holidays! Always ready to help and answer our questions, she was great!

Natural light and spacious
Excellent value for a well appointed, comfortable, light filled and spacious apartment. Cristi and Jasmine, both of whom attend to cleaning, laundry and other duties, were always warm and friendly.

An amazing oasis
I spent 3 weeks in one of these apartments and loved it! Our apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The maids are friendly, helpful, and come in to clean once a week. The outdoor area is tranquil and quite lovely. Tom and his wife go out of their way to make you feel at home. They are also a wealth of information about Antigua and the surrounding areas. They will provide directions, make suggestions, and book any tours or excursions you want. In short, they are both lovely people!! The only slightly negative is the fact that it is located a short distance from the town centre. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk there. However, with the Tuk Tuks, taxis, and now, Ubers, it really isn’t a problem. I would go back and stay there again. I hope I can. Thanks, Tom and Alejandra. From Wilhelmina, Ontario, Canada

Clean and comfortable.
In short this was my favorite stay in Antigua! I recommend to anyone for business or pleasure. Tom, his wife, and staff are all so warm, friendly and accommodating. They can provide you anything you need from laundry service (on premises) to shuttles. To say it was clean was an understatement!

Exceptional Place to call Home in Antigua
Tom and Alejandra are wonderful hosts. Alejandra is an amazing cook and ordering breakfast at Los Nazarenos is definitely the way to go. The crepes with Nutella and Bananas are HEAVENLY! I can't say enough good things about this special place. The courtyard is a nice gathering place for the guests and we made many new friends. We felt safe and I did not mind the walk at night back from Parque Central by myself with my two girls. I am not fluent in Spanish and Tom gladly helped me order takeout meals on several occasions. The apartments are perfect for families that want to feel at home away from home. The upper terrace has a beautiful view and the hammocks were a big hit with my children. This is the first vacation I have had with my four children where they all were in tears leaving. We have been back in the States for a day and the kids want to know when we can go back, learn Spanish, and visit Tom and Alejandra. There are many places in Antigua where you can stay, but I don't think you will find someplace else like Los Nazarenos where you truly feel like a part of the family. Thank you, Tom and Alejandra! We miss you both!

Wonderful place and hosts.
We stayed in apartment 3. It was very clean and the perfect space for work/living for an extended time period. Our hosts, Tom and Alejandra, were super helpful in everything that needed planning or any unexpected events.
The house is located off from the main part of town, but the walk is not bad and it is worth it to have some quiet.
We highly recommend this property to others and we hope to come back again.

Wonderful apartment
We had a great stay at Apartamentos Los Nazarenos. Tom was very helpful when we had to adjust our dates. The apartment was comfortable and we loved the upper outside deck/balcony overlooking the courtyard and open to the sky and stars at night. Nice views of the surrounding hills also. The kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. It is a bit of a long walk to the plaza, La Iglesia Merced and arch a bit closer but we liked the walking and the ease of taking a tuk-tuk back 'home' when our feet were tired! Colonial style around super gardens with international standards
Looking for a base in Central America we found Los Nazarenos for a month and loved it so much we stayed for two!
A quadrangle of 5 two bedroom apartments with a lovely central communal garden for guests. Each apartment has two bedrooms en suite a fully fitted kitchen and lounge area. It is owner managed by Tom (Belgian) and his family.
What is special here (especially if you have travelled extensively in this part of the world) super reliable fast wifi, modern international standard facilities and service, super power showers and a very safe environment.
A really enjoyable stay made special by Tom and his family who are very keen to provide whatever services are needed (transport, tourism advice, super home cooked meals etc)

Amazing Apartment
We traveled to Antigua for La Semana Santa, and absolutely loved los Apartmentos los Nazarenos. The location is perfect, near museums, churches and the local market. Most everything in the whole city is a short 5 minute walk. As for the apartments: Our place was clean, bigger than expected and all newly renovated. We stayed as a group of four with no concern for space. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, not mention the option for home-cooked Guatemalan food. Lastly, the staff is wonderful all around. Tom arranged on transports to Guatemala City and Lake Atitlan, guided easily through the city, and was generally a real pleasure. I would absolutely stay at Los Apartmentos again! It was more than perfect.
