The Internet connection was decent, which apparently is uncommon for the US

Be mindful about the room you are booking: most of the photos are of the rooms upstairs, while the rooms on the ground floor are not nice at all. The price is too high for what it is. The room felt shabby, and although it was rather large, it wasn’t cosy at all. There are no restaurants in walking distance, so you will have to drive after your dinner, which means you won’t have a drink. There are very tall trees right in front of the hotel, so obviously no view, despite the hotel‘s name.

We loved how clean it was. The location was perfect. We were there for one night. I felt like we really got the value of the room by spending time reading outside, and watching TV inside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The hotel situated right by the main road, it's not very busy & the windows block the sound pretty well though. The gas station ruins the ocean view. The breakfast was kind of symbolic

Big, airy room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was gigantic! No problems with the hot water as mentioned a couple of times by other guests. Nice breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff!

The matress on the sofa bed was quite thin, but my sons slept well, so I guess it’s fine.

Beautiful location, clean, great staff. My room was almost right in the lobby. The fireplace feature did not work. That was a big bummmer.

The hotel is unique; no sign of being part of a chain. There may be only about 9 rooms; the front is almost entirely glass; the breakfast nook a real treasure, and the staff was available and personable. Our room was one of the simplest, spacious with updated everything it what appears to have been a mansion with 10 foot ceilings. We saw some upstairs rooms, too, which has views of the ocean or hills to the east. They were really big with sitting areas, tables, and direct access to decks on the front of the hotel. The parking was adequate and the location on Highway 1 very convenient for getting to and from the hotel. There's no beach but just across the highway (which is just one lane in each direction), there's a street with fabulous views of the ocean and waves crashing against the cliffs.

Two things come to mind - in the shower, it was tough to find the sweet spot for hot water. I felt like a lot of water was wasted finding out how to use the faucet. And, the foam mattress is not something I'm used to, so it felt odd to sleep in the depression my body made in the material, but we did sleep pretty well in the melody of rain and crashing waves.

We just stayed at the Ocean View Inn In Montana. We really loved the place, the room was huge, it had a nice area for watching TV, big bathroom. everything was good. The staff were nice, smooth check in, kind staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

I didn’t like the Breakfast, was very poor. We ended up getting our own food and making our own coffee. The staff were nice and let us use our own coffee machine at their kitchen so it was all good at the end.

The room was large, liked that there was a Keurig and refrigerator in the room, and the bed was comfortable. Also I liked the little patio outside.

The only complaint I have was the hot water. It took forever to warm up. My shower was warm until I turned off the water and turned it back on again then it got hotter. And that was after it ran for a very, very long time. Same thing in the morning with the sink.
