The location was amazing, beach front hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Had that family owned feel, warm and friendly, not your corporate indifferent , sometimes cold interactions
Liked everything about it, if I had to choose something it would be offering breakfast of some kind but there were places close by to go to. The staff recommended places to go that were excellent

Room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Very reasonable for the price.
The only drawback is that you need to have water shoes for the beach. There are a lot of shells, rocks and seaweed that you have to walk on before getting out into the ocean.
Air conditioner is a wall unit and is a little noisy. If you like white noise it won’t bother you.

The location was the perfect middle ground so we could visit all ends of the cape. The ocean access was great and there was always parking available.
The rooms all have outdoor sitting areas, and we heard our neighbors talking outside our door til midnight. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be an issue.

No breakfast provided. In room coffee was good though. Staff was pleasant & mostly accommodating.(more on that below)
My only real criticism is that when I mentioned that the deadbolt door lock didn't work properly, the desk clerk said "Why do you need a deadbolt when you're not in the room? Do you leave valuables in there?" My answer, "Yes, most travelers leave valued items in their rooms when they go out, we don't carry everything all the time" He said " Oh, that's how they're supposed to work, if you see any criminal activity, let me know" Wrong answer! The locks need to be attended to, soon before someone gets robbed.

The location is perfect. The beach is steps from the room. Nice place to take a walk, quiet area. The room was a good size and clean.
