A true cottage-core location in Hyannis: it is the perfect spot to go around Cape Cod, especially if you would like to go on a whale watching cruise. The owner, Martin, is probably the kindest & nicest man alive: he organized for us to have a few snacks for breakfast once he learned that we would have to leave before breakfast service started. He’s also super great to talk to and can recommend a lot of places around here!!

The host was helpful,and explained everything and showed me around the facility,he even told me where he would be if I needed anything.

Great people meet you as you come home. Manor was great and location is just best, by the water and close to the city.
Bfast was great. Everything was enough. I was only missing a boiled egg but thats what i m used to and it is not part of continental bfasr however as it was descrived, i am sure most people dont miss anything at all. More than enough overall.

The Inn was very clean and well kept. It is an older building that gives it the charm of an old Inn. The management and staff are very friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back soon.

Very easy check-in process. They were expecting us. The Inn was quiet despite other guests being present. Breakfast was good and enjoyable outside on deck. Very near ocean. Take the short walk to Kalmus Beach down the road.
Just very few minor cleanliness issues.

The bed, room temp, the view was spectacular, the breakfast. The location was extraordinary, but Close to everything, including walking distance to beach. I'll come back Everytime, if it's available!!❤️
The towels were the only thing we didn't like. Too much like motel towels

A wonderful, quaint BnB within walking distance to the ocean AND downtown Hyannis. Quiet. Impeccable clean. Lovely Nosh for breakfast including cereal, fruit and pastries. The staff made us feel like we were simply staying in their “home” and it showed. Even heard us discussing that it was our first trip as a married couple and surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and a handwritten note. We will be back year after year!!
