We really enjoyed our stay. The screened porch made it even nicer. That's where we spent most of our time. The house itself is dated. But we still had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions.

We had 6 stay in the house. It was the perfect size with three bedrooms. The large screened in porch (with a gorgeous view of the water) was perfect for our friends staying in the cottages to join us for dinners. The pool was well maintained and the perfect spot to enjoy some sun in our down time.

First off this is an older house but it was a big hit with the family. Very clean. It is a second story house on columns, so you have to be okay with stairs. The screened in porch was the best part. The dining area and master bedroom open up onto the screen porch. It was cool enough to sit outside at night and in the morning drinking coffee with a view of the ocean. Location was good, no noise and far enough from the highway. It’s located between key west and marathon. Do you can go either direction for things to do or places to eat. We’d stay here again.

Tons of potential but needs work. If you are looking for a place with a functional kitchen, this is not the place for you. Two ovens, one doesn’t work, the other one is dirty and loud! No oven mitts, or aluminum foil, etc, but there is a rolling pin???? Only two coffee mugs, others are kids tea party size, an electrical outlet that doesn’t work, frig doors don’t consistently close. Many lights throughout rental don’t work or are missing bulbs, holes in walls, sloppy repair work, sliding door doesn’t lock, TV has white spots in picture, and 2 of 3 mattresses need replacing. Slept on the couch which was actually comfortable. Gave it 2 stars because of the view, screened in porch and decent living room. A lot of good reviews but the few bad reviews were accurate. Disappointing and left me reconsidering future VRBO rentals.

Overall beautiful, house is older, mirror broken, stains running down wall from ac, prob due for a deep clean, but id stay again as everything was beautiful and dock was perfect for skis.

Perfect for 4 adults and 2 little ones. Convenient to Key West, 20 minutes. Quiet, comfortable and beautiful location.

The bay was very smelly with a lot of fish, guts and fish heads of the other guess and the other homes clean up the fish and throw it by the bay. The pool was very dirty with frogs and crabs over would not recommend it really disappointed

First I would stay that I am a very picky person when it comes to places being clean and I really didn't have any complaints in that area. It was a little dated but it was comfortable and very clean. I lived in South Florida for over 30 years before moving away and know what it is like to have all types of bugs invade your area, and there were no bugs what so ever!! The view from the kitchen, dinning and bedroom was just lovely, I loved waking up in the morning and the view of the water was the first thing I saw..........very big sigh!!

Great location to get to other Keys and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Worked really well for our group to use their kayaks. Property came with adequate supply of toilet paper and paper towels, eventho message from the host said we only get one roll of each. Could use more towel racks in the bathroom and kitchen. Refrigerator doors do not close very well - just have to give extra effort to shut them. Property had miscellaneous materials laying around on the balcony and in the carport that could’ve been stored out of the way. Screened in porch was nice, but had holes.

This was the perfect spot for our family, our boat, fishing, snorkeling and quick drives to Key West! We will be back next summer!!

Location: fabulous - good eats, coffee, nice small grocery, excellent seafood very nearby. Easy trip to Key West. The photos are pretty accurate. House is pretty clean (but could use some deeper attention - eg, ceiling fans, oven, grill) + various ceiling lights need new bulbs. Love the spacious porch. The kitchen is better equipped than host indicated - with exception of one oven not working (there are two.) Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, laundry. We were disappointed to find 1 bedroom AC wasn’t working + stair railing was rickety; unnerving since those problems had been reported already by previous guests’ comments. The complex overall needs maintenance - this is definitely the best house there - we would still consider this house again - it’s quite a bargain for the price, location, size, pool, etc.

The house was close to Key West. Property was clean very comfortable. We had a great time!

Great location. 20 miles from Key West. Short drive to Beach at Bahia Honda state park. House was great. Being able to park car under House was great. Had a blast. Thank you! Will be back!

Fairly short drive to Key West, where we charter fished, parasailed, visited the lighthouse, butterflies, Dry Tortugas National Park, Mallory Square, Aquarium, several great places to eat.

I had the most wonderful few days here with my family! The screened porch was a great place for dinners, and the dock provided a lovely location to watch the sunset. The house was close to key west and beaches on Big Pine and the restaurants on Summerland were delicious! Can’t wait to come back

We enjoyed our time together in this house. We had everything we needed here including a place for our boat and an easy drive into Key West. The screened in porch was our favorite and the newer furniture is great. If you are going to cook, be sure to bring spices, salt & pepper, as there are none, but the kitchen is well supplied with pots & pans, dishes, and appliances.

The unit is falling apart. The AC in two of the bedrooms is non-existent. The refrigerator does not close properly so it is left open more than not. The Stove fan very hot and one of the ovens heated up but would not open and the other ran extremely hot. The faucets were falling apart in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was poorly stocked and only had 3 coffee cups for 6 people. The management did bring additional coffee cups but the were so small my granddaughter could use them for her tea parties. The porch was great but the chairs were uncomfortable and the main post holding up the back porch is crumbling. Railings were not safe on the stairway to the unit. They rocked back and forth and broken off at the top. Needs alot of work

Loved the screened in porch so we could enjoy ourselves any time of day. The decor matched the tropical location. The property set up worked well for us, the bedrooms on each side of the shared living space. I wouldn't change a thing.

This was the second year in a row that our group stayed at the property. The location is perfect! On the water and a 20 minute drive from Key West for a great price. The house is furnished with everything you need for your stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This property was a great location to many of the activities we wanted to do on Key West's main island (25-35 Min. Drive). Check-in and communication was very smooth and the house offered enough space for our family gathering of 5 Adults. The house definitely needs a few updates and kitchen supplies were scarce but we made do.

The house was perfect for our group and we had the best vacation

Wonderful spot - great for our large group of 15 people, we had a total of four bungalows - main house had a great kitchen and large screened porch. Waterfront was entertaining too as you could watch small snapper and a nurse shark from the sea wall.

Wonderful stay for our family of six for Thanksgiving. The location is beautiful, with water access for kayaking and swimming; was remarkably quiet, even though all of the surrounding houses were full as well. Easy 30 minute drive to Key West.

We had a fantastic experience, when we called with a problem concerning a missing screen on the porch, someone was there the next day to fix it. Voiced concerns to that gentleman about mold on AC units. (But it is Florida) We ended up leaving the AV units off due to that issue.

Had a great time in Cudjoe Key, house was awesome and property manager was great to work with! Highly recommend it!

Amazing views plenty of room and beautiful dock

We had an amazing time! Everything you need all in one spot. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking and fishing. We were able to do some snorkeling off the kayak about 5 mins from the house, saw a TON of lobsters and fish which was a cool experience. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that the "beach" was not well maintained and it mostly used as a kayak slip so don't plan on laying out in the sand, it's full of seaweed. Also there are about 22 stairs to get to the front door so be prepared for that. I brought my 60 yr old dad who uses a walker/cane and didn't quite realize how far it was to the front door, he took it one step at a time and was able to make it up though! Also the house does not have central air but instead has a/c units throughout. When we first arrived it was pretty warm in the house and at night the unit was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. If you're looking to sleep in DO NOT sleep in the front bedroom as they do not have any window coverings to block the sun. Overall we enjoyed our stay though!

This was our first time in the Keys and I wanted a place that was on the water for fishing for my son but close to Key West. This was the perfect location!! The house was clean and beautiful! Great for family. You can enjoy sitting on the screened in porch looking at the water! The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Would enjoy staying here again! It also is a quick drive to Key West for whatever you want to do there but then you can come back up to Cudjoe and enjoy the quiet and time with your family!! There are great restaurants near where the house is, Mangrove Mama’s and Boondocks are two of the places we tried and they were great! I hope if I get the chance to go back I would get to stay here again!!
