To improve the hotel bed, room coordination and pest control.

A lot of cockroach in the room. Not suitable for family with small child.

Staff are friendly and easy to communicate. The location are strategic, near by 24 hours laundry, spa, bank, clinic, mamak stall etc. Parking is always available.

Maybe can improve in term of cleanliness. Hair dryer provided are broken. And water heater a bit noisy. The rest is okay.

Please see more comments below about our initial experience at the hotel. Note that it's a fair place to sleep for the price you pay. It's at a good location if you don't have a car and need access to restaurants, banks, marts, and even clinics.

Initially they checked us into a room that was different from the photo (it was a smaller room with a hole in the ceiling and a hole in the bed backboard). We were not fussed about it until we found cockroaches in the bathroom and we told the staff and they came and pour some liquid to 'get rid of them'. Then we went out and came back and found more cockroaches in the bathroom and on our dressing table. It was a nightmare! However, when we went to complain about the cockroaches again and requested them to put us in a different room, they did, and this room was similar to the one in the photo. It was clean, no cockroaches and the aircond was super cold. It's a good place to sleep for the price you pay. Wished they would have suggested to switch rooms for us in the first place rather than coming in to 'kill the cockroaches with liquid'.

Cannot connect WiFi at all. Water pressure toooooooo slow even using a water heater with pump. Aircond not cool and our room has a leaking from the aircond. Bidet broke. Door locks broke. No safety at all. Not worth it at all.

my room smell with cigarette smoke when someone smoking outside or near hotel. Need to buy coupon and pay for the parking
