Questo meraviglioso condominio a due piani al quarto piano di Kamaole Sands dormirà in totale sei. Questo condominio è un due camere da letto - due unità da bagno, con un divano letto. Pavimenti in bambù in entrambe le camere da letto e nella zona giorno. Entrambi i bagni sono stati rimodellati. Cucina ristrutturata settembre 2017. Nuovo pavimento di piastrelle nel bagno inferiore e cucina. Lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Il grande lanai del condominio si affaccia sui giardini e sulla piscina, con vista sull'oceano e sulle montagne. Ottima vista del tramonto. Si trova nell'edificio 6, unità # 403 (ultimo piano), dove vi aspetta una vista incantevole.
Kamaole Sands è una bellissima proprietà di 15 acri situata direttamente di fronte a Kamaole Beach Three. La posizione ideale, i giardini spaziosi e i servizi completi lo rendono il luogo ideale per le vacanze della famiglia Maui. Sul terreno ci sono due vasche idromassaggio, una grande piscina, una piscina per bambini, una piscina per bambini, quattro campi da tennis regolamentari e barbecue. Golf di classe mondiale, negozi, ristoranti e attività sull'oceano sono tutti a breve distanza in auto.
Il condominio ha un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale, due letti full size nella seconda camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale. The Diercks are excellent hosts. The condo was well stocked with everything needed to enjoy the beach, pool or just stay in and cook a family meal. The location was ideal for beach access and close to other activities.

Had a great time as usual in Maui. Kamaole Sands is a great place for a family vacation. Grounds are always well kept, staff is super friendly/helpful, and pool is amazing.

Wonderful facility loved the condo beautiful grounds. If anything were negative the view was good just mostly looking through palm trees all in all still wonderful sitting on the patio enjoying the grounds and ocean in a distance.
Wood definitely recommend this place to everyone 😘😘😊

This was our fourth stay at Kamaole Sands. Great property and location. This unit met our needs but the unit is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and some renovations.

Condo was great. Owners were easy to work with and Berenice, housekeeper, was very helpful with a few minor issues. Outside grills were very clean when used. Beaches walking distance from condo.

We enjoyed our visit. The location was great; lots of restaurants and shops plus beautiful beaches all within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and gym area in addition to the beautifully maintained grounds. The condo could use a few small updates to spiff it up, but it was a nice functional space that worked well for our family. Having the master up in the loft, separated from the other bedroom provided a nice private feel. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning watching the sun come up.

We loved this location. It made going to the beach so easy to just walk across the street. The pool was very family friendly and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a note that there is no A/C in the master bedroom area, extra fans were provided, but it was quite warm in there. We ended up sleeping in the kids room with the A/C so we could sleep more comfortably and had the kids sleep upstairs. There is a window A/C in the family area also. We used to live on island so we know how warm it gets and the trade winds, but from the listing I didn't notice that there wasn't going to be A/C in the master area. Not a big deal, just something to know. We'd definitely recommend this location and condo.

If you’re looking for a fantastic, clean, spacious, and accommodating place with an awesome view/ location- look no further! This home is simply the best! The owners have thought of everything and it was truly a home away from home during our stay. The owners are excellent with communication and the pool & grounds were lovely!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo worked well for us. Front desk did not have our check-in paperwork ready so it took a few extra minutes.

Needs to have a thorough cleaning, greasy dust on all the glass topped tables. Living room curtains were dirty and had brown stains. The entry way and kitchen rugs where very soiled, old and we’re tripping hazards.
Kitchen was not equipped as advertised. Drawers were not organized, it was hard to find what was needed due to having everything mixed together sharp knives mixed in with everything else.Not enough silverware, cracked coffee cups, pots and pans were scarce and in ill repair. Oil and spices left in the cupboards were out dated and sticky. Not enough kitchen towels.
Everything in the lanai storage area was unusable. Either very dirty or had turned to dust (Reed Matt’s turned to dust when touched. Tennis rackets we’re old with mold on the handles. Cooler was dirty and not cleanable. Crumpled up blow up toys covered in sand. Generally everything unusable. Lanai table was dirty appeared not to have cleaned for a very long time.

What a great unit! We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers staying here and it was just the right amount of space. The owners provided lots of great suggestions and the unit was stocked with almost everything we needed.

We had a great stay. The unit is just as described and was perfect for us and our two adult children. Most places have a single bed or twin beds in the second bedroom and this one has two full sized beds. Unit was spacious, clean and had most everything we needed. The partial ocean view from the patio is lovely and the property is so beautiful that just looking down on the greenery was relaxing. There are lots of good food spots within walking distance and the small beach across the street was a great place to swim and watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with checking in as cleaner had an emergency and did get the room cleaned in time. Owner went out of her way to get resolved quickly! Would stay here again based on the ease of working with the owner. Great spacious condo!

The unit was a great home away from home for the week. Lots of supplies, well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds. Nice big fans in each bedroom which helped the upper bedroom, as the A/C is in lower bedroom and living room. We needed some supplies and they were very responsive. Sharon has great communication and the check in/out process was very smooth. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We had a great week

We have been to Maui a few times and stayed at Kamaole Sands because it is a great property...from the location to the pool, BBQ areas and all the other amenities. Our stay at Fred and Sharon's condo did not disappoint. Sharon was very prompt with her communication (which is very important) and they provided an extensive information package about the condo, activities, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend this property...hopefully we will back sooner than later. Thank you, Fred and Sharon.

Overall a good stay
We don’t stay inside at all during the daytime, if we did it would have been hot in the upstairs (loft) bedroom, beds were fine , kitchen was very well equipped and the views were nice, didn’t use any other onsite facilities, elevator was great

This condo was amazing. It is in a nice complex with a great location . Host was very reachable every step of the way . I have nothing negative to say . I would recommend this property to anyone looking to experience Maui.

Beautiful Condo
We loved renting this condo. It is just like it is advertised. The view from the room is beautiful, looking in to the grounds, overlooking the pool and peek a boo view of the beach. This condo resort is one of the nicest ones in Kihei. Quick walk to the beach too. It was the perfect size for my husband and I and 3 teenagers. The master bedroom had a nice cozy bed and the 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom are a nice size. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable beds , a lot of books to choose from, a kitchen well organized and full of amenities, plenty of beach gears from snorkeling to boogie boards.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back with the rest of the family next year

Sharon’s condo was perfect for us to explore all of Maui. Right off Kamaole Beach III where there is a great snorkeling spot on the north end rocks with lots of fish and we also saw turtles.
The condo itself was well stocked with everything you need. We cooked our Christmas meal there and it was great - but also lots of great restaurants near by (loved Izakaya Genge and also in the same Azeki plaza Nalu had great burgers and live music). Paia Fish Market is also great.
Kihei is a central location for trips to Road to Hana, Iao Monument, Up Country as well as west Maui and Lahaina. Shops at Wailea just minutes south had great free Polynesian dancing Tue and Thur afternoons. It was a whole hour and better quality than some of the Luau’s I have been to! Mekena Landings Beach was a really small nice local beach that we enjoyed as well.
Enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the condo as well and the staff were very friendly. Grounds were very well maintained.
Sharon was great to work with and was super nice to let’s us checkout later since we had a late afternoon flight. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fred and Sharon’s. The property is at a wonderful location, steps away from the pool and beach. The beds are comfortable and Sharon is helpful, responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay there again!

This condo is awesome! Great location! Check-in was very smooth and the place is exactly like it is in the pictures, also very clean. Everything we needed was close by. We ate dinner out on the lanai and enjoyed the breeze every day!
Kihei is the place to stay. Kamaole beach park iii is just across the street. Sharon and Fred are fantastic hosts! Would definitely stay again!

AWESOME!!! The condo was perfect in every way!!
We have stayed in several condos at KS & this is the Best one!! Sharon & Fred have taken great care of the condo & have everything you need for your visit. We love to cook & BBQ on our trips & the kitchen has all you need. The beds are comfy & the decor is the Hawaiian treat. The Lanai is PERFECT, it has great views & doesn't get too hot. Coffee in the morning is our favorite treat on the Lanai. Dinner on the Lanai is great too. You can catch the sunset each night too!!!
We will be back for sure!!! Sharon is so AWESOME to work with. She really cares about your visit making sure all is well. Thank you for allowing us to stay .. Aloha !!!!!

Everything you could possibly need in a condo is here, just bring your swimsuit. We ventured all over Maui and we felt Kihei and the condo were the perfect location to see it all . We don't have any complaints and would come back to this condo in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your condo!
