I have stayed at this home several times and each has been wonderful. The house is very comfortable with all the amenities. We spent a peaceful evening at the firepit, watching the sunset and the moon rise. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing home with beautiful view of the ocean. Close to town and super quiet (except for the beautiful sound of the waves). Lovely sitting areas outside to enjoy the view and night sky. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. There are a bit of stairs so pack lightly. Loved it and hope to return soon!

Very nice house with gorgeous view. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Furniture in livingroom was new and very comfortable. This house is not suitable for older people with mobility issues. There are lots of steep stairs. Wish this had been mentioned in description. Other than that I would not hesitant recommeding this property.

This was our third trip to Cambria for the Christmas Market but our first time at SeaBreeze...it definitely won't be our last. The house is in a great location and worked well for our family of 2 adults, a 16 year old and a 3 year old. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals at home and we enjoyed eating out on the deck.

This is a fantastic rental. The place itself is very comfortable, updated, and had everything we needed for the weekend.including a ping pong table, that the kids loved. But the highlight of this place has to be the view! Weather it’s from the living room, deck or fire pit the view of the ocean is fantastic.

This house was amazing with the best ocean views from the living area spaces. The whole process from reservation to check in was awesome. Breen Management team was spot on with communications and check in instructions. The house was well stocked and super clean. The house was walking distance to the beach and the town. The house also had great outdoor space with ocean views and seating areas to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Everything was super clean and fresh. The area was so peaceful and relaxing. I would most certainly rent this property again.

The owners of the SB have done a great job remodeling, furnishing and stocking the home. Good views from inside and outside. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything, even some pods for the coffee maker. You can't go wrong renting this property.

We've rented a number of houses in Cambria over the years, and this one is by far our favorite and will rent again! It was clean, spacious, open and inviting. The upgrades, based on their renovation book, were great. Lots of windows to get some great views. The nightly sunsets were beautiful. Well-stocked kitchen with anything we might need. Comfy beds. We had a great time in Cambria and enjoyed our stay.

The ocean views were terrific and visible from multiple places in the house and on the deck and grounds. Quiet neighborhood where we could hear the ocean waves breaking. Love the area, love the upgraded home, love Cambria. Great dining, great Christmas light show at Cambria Pines Lodge(must get tickets) lots of walks and hikes, fun golf at Morro Bay. Just the perfect spot to relax and enjoy. Love the shops too.

Fabulous Stay in Cambria
The house was clean, kitchen had all essentials. Beach-towels, chairs, coolers, we’re supplied as well as games and even a ping pong table. The view was spectacular. We’d stay here again.
