Questo enorme condominio Hideaway ad angolo di 2100 mq è in una posizione perfetta per farti godere le attrazioni di Orlando. A pochi minuti da tutti i parchi, ristoranti e negozi di classe mondiale e solo 12 miglia dall'aeroporto! È anche a pochi passi dall'Orange County Convention Center.
Gli ospiti hanno il pieno utilizzo di tutte le strutture del resort. Il nostro condominio è a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla piscina principale e club house riscaldata e 2 minuti a piedi da un grande supermercato (Publix), negozio di droga (Walgreens) e ristoranti informali.
Il condominio offre una spaziosa zona giorno a pianta aperta con un'enorme area salotto sezionale, HDTV da 50 ", una sala da pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per uno spuntino veloce o una cena gourmet. Inoltre, il cuoco può chattare con gli ospiti appollaiati al bar o rilassarsi nella zona giorno. Appena oltre la zona giorno e pranzo c'è un patio arredato per godersi il sole della Florida o recuperare un po 'di lettura.
Ci sono 3 camere da letto. Tutte le camere sono state appena rifatte con tutti i nuovi materassi di lusso. La master suite ha un letto king-size con materasso pillow top, una TV HD da 42 "e un ampio bagno interno con doppio lavabo, vasca da bagno oversize, cabina doccia oversize e servizi igienici con privacy.

The condo was Huge and spacious giving us room to spread out after spending long days at the parks. It was easy to get to all the parks - we did Hollywood Studios, Sea World, and Universal.
It was convenient to get to the grocery store and the Walgreens, which we walked to. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo!
We just returned from staying at this beautiful condo. It was even prettier and roomier than the pictures portray. We are condo snobs when traveling and this exceeded our expectations in size and cleanliness. The pool area was gorgeous and not overly crowded when we went. It is also conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Lin was more than gracious at responding to all of my questions and gave great recommendations for eating out, grocery, and activities. I highly recommend staying here. My sons can be hard to please but no one was ready to go home.

In town for a volleyball tournament so the location was fantastic as it was a quick 5min drive to the convention center. Could walk to the grocery (but it was hot so I drove). Very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Owners were great to work with and the check-in/out process was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious Apt, Convenient locale
Checked in and couldn’t get the air to function, the property manager was incredible and showed up in 5min to correct the situation. I would have given it a 5 star rating but something was disturbing. Garbage is placed in a bin in the hall just outside the units front door. Absolutely unsanitary, the halls had a garbage odor and we found a few roaches in the unit. Unacceptable !

Really enjoyed our stay, perfect for family.
We really enjoyed this property. We had all the comfort of our own home including kitchen and laundry, which was important to us. Everything was clean and communication with the property manager/owner was superb! Highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations!
The property was as advertised! Fantastic! We attended an event at the Orlando Convention Center, and the property was only a couple of miles from the convention center. The location was perfect, the unit was spotless, and the Vista Cay complex is a safe gated community. There is absolutely not one negative thing I can say about our experience! It was a 10!!!!!

The condo was exceptionally clean especially with the Coronavirus concern going on now . Lin and Geoff gave us excellent golf(Geoff hooked us up with great golf courses and prices ) and restaurant suggestions !

Vista Cay was perfect
We were in Orlando for a week of volleyball and it's perfect for the location directly across the street from the OC Convention center so you can walk or a quick 2 minute drop off. The condo was big, perfect for a family of 6, clean, smells good in the hallways. The pool is nice but a little crowded. Cute bar with good drinks. Gym is a little small but gets it done. Close to everything, food, bars, attractions, 10 min from Universal. The owner was very accommodating with an early check in when we arrived and very pleasant.

Vista Cay stay June 1~3 2019
Process was super easy, fast and clear communication and clean well kept property! Good location and easy access to Publix and restaurants just across the street. Beds were comfortable and not worn out like some places. We had a great time. It was a little hot and perhaps ceiling fans or an on-site oscillating fan for those occasions would be nice. The AC worked as did everything on the property don’t get me wrong, it was simply a lot of laughing and good times and a little moving air would be good. Would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Large and Lovely home
It was a lovely home, well located. A corner rental on the bottom floor. Gorgeous path that we were able to walk daily and a gorgeous pool area (clubhouse).
I had to take care of some business while there and this rental had an office area that I was able to occupy without disturbing everyone’s vacation.
This is a very large condo that is close to everything.

Fantastic location for a family
Great location with easy access to Universal, Disney and looks like walking distance to the Convention Center. Loved being on the end with our kids. Right on the corner across the road from Publix. NYPD Pizza delivers which is an added bonus. Great set up with lots of room and amenities just like home. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved it!
The place was exactly as pictured, and it was spotless! It actually seemed bigger than the pictures can show. The location was perfect with so much shopping nearby and very close to the parks. The grounds are just beautiful, and the pool was very guest friendly with music and activities. I appreciated Lin's communication in booking and leading up to our arrival. With no issues, we didn't need to contact her during our stay, though. Would definitely book again for our next visit to Orlando~

Beautifully updated. Great floorplan and storage/amenities. Close to all parks with easy parking
Everything was great. The only hiccups that were had were expired pool passes that the HOA office immediately resolved and our fire alarms jolted us awake at 5am due to a faulty alarm. But again, maintenance was quickly responsive. The cleanliness of the condo and proximity to parks, grocery shopping and restaurants was appreciated. Great stay!
