I emailed the property owner 1 week ago and he has not responded, So I will be 100% honest with my review. Condo is nicely furnished but is not cleaned well. I had to mop the entire unit after we discovered our feet were black on the first day. Owner never responds to emails from either myself nor Vrbo. Rug full of sand. We took it out to shake it out. Condo in nice location but we won’t stay here again. Never received the rental agreement even after Vrbo emailed him to send it.

Phoenix X condo on 3rd floor near garage and overlooking grill area. Convenient location to FloraBama. In need of a thorough cleaning.

Easiest family beach vacation ever due to this location being walking distance to restaurants and FloraBama! Also the beach access was easy. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

Overall pleased with the accommodations which were clean & very roomy. There was just one hand towel & low supply of paper products & no napkins. When I emailed & called Phoenix to inform them of some issues, they did not respond.

The unit is dated, but very clean. It is well located at the AL / FL border. The pools are in great shape. Added bonus is this unit is near the parking garage. Great views from the balcony.

Great location close to the beach and right next to a honky tonk.. can’t beat that. Would rent the same unit again

The property advertised that tennis courts are available. They were not.Also, check in / out times need be revised. 4:30 pm for check in, especially in the off season, is a little late. Check out time as well.

We had to wipe everything down and wash the dishes prior to use. There was food still on what was supposed to be the clean utensils. The clothes washer was dirty and grimy. The filters in the closet were packed with dirt-which is a hazard. The kitchen cabinets had food dripped and caked on them, as well as a make shift coffee pot that had pieces from another coffee and did not work. The toaster had food on the outside of it. The walls had smudges of food on them and drips. The trash can was dirty when we emptied and took the trash bag out of it-had to be dirty when the trash bag was put in there for our visit. This was the condition of the condo when we first arrived. This condo needs some help-start with the master bath. The floors are gross and the door is falling apart. A new shower should be on the list as well as getting a shower curtain that makes sense-or get a shower door. The patio doors had smudges and dirt-they could use some Windex or glass cleaner. For the price we paid-it could of at least been clean!

The coffee maker had the wrong coffee pot in it so I had to get creative to make it work, and the foot stool in the living room was busted, and the weather stripping on the front door was falling off, and the sliding door to the balcony needs some attention. Located on side nearest to parking garage. My vehicle was just steps away compared to if you rented a condo on other end of complex. Also on same side as Flora-Bama:) Condo was clean and well equipped. No complaints. We rented chairs and umbrellas from service on beach. It’s about 35/day. People did bring their own set ups. The big football tailgate type tents had to be set up behind all the other beach chairs. People with own chairs and umbrellas basically just found a spot. Highly recommend The Hangout for an evening out. Plenty to do for families with kids. Good food, music, games, etc. Not too pricey. Cobalt and LA Lagniappe have great food. They’re a little more pricey, but worth it. We ubered and used lift for all outings.

We arrived in our condo on a Saturday. The first thing we noticed was the light was out in the bathroom. With no windows in the room it was completely dark. I called the number on the refrigerator for maintenance, but it said they were closed until Monday. My husband replaced the bulb with one from the vanity light. No one ever called or came by to fix it. Called Monday because the TV in the master bedroom wasn't working. Again, no one ever called or came by to check on it. Bathroom was borderline clean. The actual Phoenix X was awesome. We loved the updates made to the pool area. Would definitely come back to the Phoenix X, but not to that condo.
