We come to Destin every year in June and stay in a beach front condo. This was our first condo in Fort Walton. The condo was very clean and provided a front gate area where kids can leave shoes and sandy beach toys. This helped keep sand out of the unit. The view was beautiful and price was fair and similar to past stays. I loved the high tables on the balcony it was a nice set up. The pool is a good size and the beach service team does an excellent job. Chairs are left up until 6pm which is much later than we’ve experienced in past years. That was awesome. You can pay an additional $17 a day to reserve your spot. We did this and had front middle all week. The pool is open until 11pm. You will be within 25 minutes of anywhere you want to go. We did an escape room with the kids, shopped, zip lines, charter fishing and the Air Force museum. We also spent a day on Crab Island (this is a vacation must do!)
We did experience one hiccup while at Princess Island. We had a 1/2 day where the power went out on our side of the building. This included the elevator on our side. There was another elevator that was within a short walk. When the power came on the water went out. We were told a pipe busted and water (including toilets) were off for the last half of day. It was back on by morning. Not having a toilet with 4 teen boys was rough. The owners were understanding and provided a $200 credit.

Sandra is so incredibly sweet, thoughtful and responsive! You can feel her warmth and thoroughness throughout her home!
Her place is immaculate, as pictured or better and perfectly located - both location wise AND close enough to the elevator to be convenient but far enough to feel very private and no extra noise!
Plenty of space, outstanding view and everything you need to relax and feel right at home! Refrigerator has water dispenser and ice - so no need to bring bottles of water to fill your beach cups ;)
Book without hesitation, you’ll be so happy you did! Not only did the adults love it but both our boys said they “loved it” as well!
Beach service guy was very nice and helpful as well!
Will definitely stay again when in Ft. Walton!

Location was perfect, condo was perfect, everything was perfect. Checking in and out was seamless. Condo was better than advertised. I can count on zero fingers any complaints or suggestions for improvement I have for the property owners. The best vacation my family has taken, hands down.

The best accommodations we’ve experienced. Perfectly appointed. Cleanliness is a huge part of our decisions and there was absolutely, no concern here. The owners immediately answered any questions.

We have stayed in this condo resort 3 years in a row. This was our favorite condo thus far. It had three bedrooms, each with their own bath, a large balcony with primary bedroom access to it, and we were in a private little corner - all to ourselves. Our kids are 18, 18, & 20 and they loved our room too! No elevator noises or kids running back and forth. The ocean view and the sounds of rolling waves was amazing!
Also, there is a large kitchen with plenty of room to make a big dinner :-)

The condo was perfect for our stay. Located on the end so very private and quiet. Each room has its own private bathroom, kitchen fully stocked, and the house was comfortable for my family of 4 and grandparents. Host was very welcoming and provided great instructions in advance.

We couldn't have asked for a better view of the Gulf or a more comfortable condo. Everything was up to date and beautifully decorated. We had no issues with any of the appliances unlike our friends that were renting in another building. Dining was close by and shopping was too. If you have ever wanted to wake up to the sunrise and see the sun set this is the condo for you. We were within feet of walking on the sparkling white sand. My family and I would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I had never been on the Panhandle in Florida before. We had booked the Condo in April of 2023 and were excited to leave North Carolina and we arrived in the middle of January. The owner told us that the new renovations were done and we could enjoy the 3 bedrooms all to ourselves. The first day we arrived we walked into the condo and all we saw was beautiful blue water and white sand. The place was so beautiful with an amazing gourmet kitchen and a balcony that wrapped around the corner, so we saw the Gulf out the back and the inter-coastal behind us. Our days were walking the beach, exploring Destin and loving the gorgeous views. We sat on the beach and watched the sunset in the evening. Our hostess Sandra was extremely pleasant and had information ready in the condo when we arrived. We are booking for January 2025!!!

This is a great place to stay and very family friendly. The beach service is the best in Fort Walton. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

We had a great vacation and this condo was very nice. This condo fit 6 adults very comfortably. The views of the beach from the balcony were amazing.
The only downside to our stay was the refrigerator was out during our stay, but the Owners bought a small fridge and a nice size ice chest for our food and drinks. They also started us off with a couple of bags of ice. We had to make due with less groceries in the condo, but we made sure to try out the local restaurants for dinners and they didn’t disappoint!
Overall it was a great stay. The owners were always available and easy to communicate with at all times.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The cable company had a network wide outage during our stay. Sandra stayed in communication and was very helpful. We would certainly stay again!

The property had recently been remodeled and very up to date. Nice size for 6 people. Lovely balcony right on the ocean. We used the beach umbrella and 2 chairs included in the condo price almost every day. Beach toys available were also used. Made our trip very enjoyable. Cannot think of one complaint.

This place was amazing from the private hallway to the private front porch to the lovely wonderfully decorated interior. So many little extras that which help make our week extra special. Certainly was convenient to all things we wanted to do and what’s not to love about the view from the wrap around balcony.

Our family had a woooonderful week last week. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and just as we expected from the listing. The communication w/ the owner was great from the start. Great tips before and during our stay! We had one hiccup with the tenants above us, but that was quickly resolved with the owners. FAB, FAB, FAB!!! Loved it all!!

This condo was great for our family. It was clean and very nice. There was construction going on outside our unit which detracted from our views but that was communicated to us as a possibility before we rented. I would recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again when in the Fort Walton area.

The property was everything described in the listing and photos. The condo has above and beyond anything you'll ever need during your stay. Beach chairs, beach towels, and fully stocked linens and bath towels provided less stress in packing my own. Sandra is the owner and was quick to respond to any questions. The condo was immaculately decorated and very clean. The portico was also very nice and Sandra had beach chairs available for our use which was a plus. Two umbrellas and chairs were available on the beach and we purchased an extra set. Brady was there for our week and he was very professional and accommodating. Sandra also had beach towels available which was very nice. My only recommendation would be a blender as my family and I like yogurt smoothies for breakfast so we just bought a small blender from target. We had a great week with beautiful weather and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

This property was easy to rent…the whole process was well planned and everyone was very accommodating The condo had all amenities needed for a week of fun in the sun. If we thought of it, we found it at this condo. For three older sisters this vacation was over the top. Loved every minute of it

The overall experience was great. Condo very clean. Fantastic view and directly on beach. Appliances and gadgets were all great, everything we needed. The queen bed mattress may need replaced. Not comfortable. While our condo was nice the property does need updating and could use some sprucing up. The parking garage desperately needs to be cleaned.

Beautiful inside and out. Great views from the wraparound balcony. The condo inside is lovely, beautiful decor. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. Private entrance is an added feature; quiet area to lounge about. You won’t be disappointed!
