Straordinario condominio Oceanview. Immacolato, con vista sull'oceano eccezionale sulla spiaggia. L'unità rivolta a sud offre un sole infinito. Splendidamente arredato con ampi posti a sedere all'interno e sul balcone. Camera da letto principale con letto king size, tv a schermo piatto e bagno privato con cabina doccia e servizi igienici rialzati. Le camere sono luminose e dotate di letti gemelli e in prossimità del secondo bagno. TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici con lettore DVD / videoregistratore. TV via cavo inclusa e wifi. Cucina completamente attrezzata, macchina per il caffè, microonde, lavastoviglie. Lenzuola di lusso, teli mare, sedie, boogie board, ombrelloni e giocattoli disponibili per il vostro uso.

The pictures don’t do justice to the ocean views and sound we had here! It was wonderful. We didn’t want to stay in the tourist hustle and bustle and this was perfect! Very close driving to all “the tourist stuff” but when we wanted peace and quiet it was right at our door. The complex was fantastic for our family!

Everything described is what you will find with this stay. The home is decorated with a welcoming feel and has all of the amenities you would need. The view from the patio is absolutely beautiful. What’s more is the private access right to the beach. The pool is very nice too. I hope to return again some day!

This was was a wonderful condo. It truly had everything you could need for a week at the beach and we were very comfortable. Property is well kept. Nice pool and great view. Host responds quickly to messages. The only downside was that there was construction going on below us for a few days. Everything else was perfect!

Literally our best stay out of 6 different rentals. The provisions were more than adequate to get us started. There were no issues with any of the amenities that were in the listing. The parking lot had wide spaces and people were friendly. The owner was responsive, taking away any doubts one might have.

We had a wonderful time in FL!!! The location, accommodations and views from the condo were fantastic to say the least. The condo had everything there that you would need to make your beach getaway comfortable and stress free. Highly recommended!!!

Great Beach Condo
The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay really convenient. It is immaculate and well maintained and very centrally located. We had a wonderful time and will try to book this unit again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The condo was clean and fully stocked, with lots of beach items! The amenities at the condo were great , my kids loved the pool. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property. Nice breeze on the balcony and nice that it wasn't a direct view of the beach bc it kept the balcony in the shade majority of the day. I immensely enjoyed sitting out there looking at the pool and beach. Mike the property manager deserves a raise. He was polite and very friendly and made me feel as if I was a resident of the property the moment I got there. Property is beautiful and well kept up. The condo is efficient. Has everything someone traveling could possibly need and then some. Overall a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

The location and community was great. We had lots of family fun in an almost secluded beach. The resident guest and on site property manager were very friendly. We did show up and the room was not clean, but we were able to get with the onsite manager to resolve. Overall a great stay!

This place was amazing. A perfect fit for my family and I. It’s has a great view, very close to some awesome restaurants (walking distance if you don’t have very young children), and beach access is incredibly easy. The owner is very easy to communicate with, I will definitely be returning.

Great vacation spot
Awesome location, beach was beautiful and pool was clean and warm. Kids loved all of it. For the activities we wanted to do New Smyrna was conveniently located. We will be coming back soon!

Everything we needed . Right by beach across from great ice cream and breakfast , passable grocery store. New Smyrna Beach area is adorable , I could’ve spent another week there discovering .

I was very impressed with the kitchen. It is better stocked with kitchen goods and utensils than my own apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby and a market across the street that has everything but a pharmacy and fresh raw meat and seafood but if that is a problem you are not far from a Publix.
Responsive owners were happy to answer any questions when asked.
I was ecstatic to know how strict they are on the no smoking policy due them using the condo in the off season since I absolutely will NOT stay somewhere that smells like a bar ashtray.
It will definitely be my first choice next time I come to that area.

Great location, wonderful stay
We enjoyed our stay with our two grandchildren. Condo was stocked well to cook and eat in. We had everything we needed to have fun on the beach or sitting by pool.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The owner was very easy to work with. Her response time was impressive. The balcony was large and accommodated all four of us. The condo was decorated very nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

This unit was perfect. It was fully stocked with everything you would need. Comfortable beds and cute decor. Amazing view from the balcony. We hope to be back again!
