My husband and I had an amazing stay here!! We will definitely be staying there on all our return visits to Springfield! The place was cozy and exactly as it showed in the listing. The host was amazing and gave us a great tour when we first arrived. His dog was super friendly and easy to just want to cuddle! The pool was the perfect temperature and nice to relax in. We can’t wait to go back and bring friends and/or kids with us!

Perfect for a weekend trip to Springfield. Located near the college and close to everything. Convince is all around. Todd the owner makes sure you are comfortable upon arriving. He is so easy to communicate with that you start to think of him as a friend. We will be back!

We had just a perfect experience at Todd's place. He met us at the front door to give us a comprehensive tour of the property and showed us how to use all the amenities that might be tricky.
The indoor and outdoor space was wonderful. The house was spotlessly clean with fresh sheets & towels, and pleasant air fresheners (the bathroom smelled great!) It was too chilly out to use the pool but the hot tub was an absolute luxury!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this space to anyone visiting Springfield for a quick weekend or a longer stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Todd was very helpful and always responded quickly if I had a question. Bam (the dog) is a charmer! The house is clean and well stocked. The sleep number beds are great! The back patio is just the ticket for enjoying a meal or game of cards at the end of the day. It was too cold for the pool but the hot tub was available when we wanted it. Would definitely book it again if we were in the area.

From the beginning Todd was very amazing with communication very straight forward of just respect my home and everything is perfect the hot tub was great Todd showed me the property and showed me everything to do overall the community was amazing to be in with a safe neighborhood you can’t go wrong with this place for sure definitely going to be booking again!

This is a Springfield Gem for sure. Todd was quick with several questions we had prior to our stay. On the day of our arrival Todd was very helpful during the brief check in. The home is in a wonderful neighborhood. Well-kept home, and the hot tub was just what we needed. We had an excellent stay.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Todd's home is very charming, comfortable, and clean. He is an amazing host who goes above and beyond for his guests. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and super close to downtown Springfield. We have stayed at 7-8 vacation rentals in the last 3 years and this one ranks top tier!

You are asking me to summarize the BEST HOST AND PLACE WE EVER STAYED!!?? I guess I will try to keep it short. My mom, myself and my favorite aunt (mom's baby sister) stayed here. Second time for my mom and me. First time for my aunt. The first time my mom and I stayed, it was two months or so after my baby sister, Danielle, passed away after 18 month battle with cancer. She was 35 when she died. My mom was her nurse. This is after my mom had just finished being a nurse for my dad who had passed two months before my sister was diagnosed. We hadn't even cleared my parents house of the hospital equipment. So, understandably, we needed a moment. I had never stayed at anything but campgrounds and hotels but we needed peace and quiet to regroup because my sister also left 4 girls behind all under the age of 18. My mom was about to become a mom again and not just grandma. I looked at every property three times and finally just booked. Todd was gracious and helpful. He did not intrude on us in any way but also made it clear that he was available through phone, email, or in person whenever a problem came about. Of course, there was NO problems. He provided a great place for us to begin the healing process. Fast forward to a little over two years later, another trip planned but this one strictly for FUN!!!! Again, I inquired, immediate response from Todd with a yes and before you know it, three crazy ladies(?!) on Todds doorstep! BEST TIME EVER! Todd is the real deal. BOOK NOW!!

Let me just say that I thought this would be an easy over night stay. To start, when we did not arrive at the time we thought, he began to scold me for being disrespectful because I did not make it by the specified time. I told him to just leave a key for us. He insisted he needed to give us "the tour".
As I exited the car, he says, "Well Angela, I am beginning to wonder if you can even read." In hindsight, this is when I should have left. But it was a one night stay, and I thought I would not have to see him again.
As we were touring the pool area, he says one of my friends may come over for drinks later, and asked if this was okay. We said ok. We were trying not to be rude. We proceeded to put on our swimsuits and have a couple of drinks. Todd was already at the pool when we got down there. Then he got in the pool with us!!!!
After we got home from our concert we again went to the pool it was after 10pm, but he told us as long as we were quiet we could use it. We were talking, not laughing or yelling, he comes out of the dark where I guess he was watching and says "Angela you are being loud" which creeped us out, so went into the house to shower and go to bed because we intended to leave early. No laughing, yelling, music, or tv. In bed at 12:30, he begins banging on the door saying he is calling the cops because we are breaking the rules!
We were SCARED! We were doing nothing! We called the cops to escort us to our car,left at 1am. This is not private, don't be fooled!!!

There are not enough words to describe our 5 star experience at this beautiful Oasis! From the moment we checked in, Todd met us and walked us through the property and expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful with comfy beds and the best accommodations. Cozy and quaint, this beautiful home provided everything we needed to rest and relax. Our family made memories that we will forever cherish. We enjoyed becoming friends with Todd and his fur baby Apollo. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and even gifted us a sweet treat which we all enjoyed. The deck and backyard where beyond stunning! We had everything needed and then some! You will not be sorry booking this home! Our family will be back!

This place is awesome! Todd had thought of everything! His dog, Apollo, was an added bonus! Comfortable sleep number beds, neat outdoor deck spaces, beautiful landscaping, abs a quiet neighborhood! Couldn’t have been a better choice for us!

This place is an absolute amazing mini resort with all the amenities! The beds are fabulous! Home is warm and cozy! The pool is to die for!!! Great deck area and back yard are a paradise! Todd the host has become a friend to us! His dog Apollo is a beauty and extremely well behaved. He needs a white bow tie and you’d think he was your butler. We will return! Everything was GREAT!!

I actually was unable to stay this year. Do you do the sudden death of my husband and my decision to move my son and I to Texas to be with family I will miss this rental. Todd is the best host and we absolutely love it all the times we have stayed there.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The pool is very nice and clean. The yard and deck area is gorgeous. The perfect place for a fun and relaxing getaway. Todd is such a nice person and check in was very easy. He makes you feel at home.

This property is beautiful! We brought our two dogs and they loved Apollo, the Great Dane. The beds were sooo comfortable!! This place felt like a real home away from home. We will be back to this property every time we come to Springfield. Todd, the friendliest owner, makes the stay even better. Thank you for such a great rental experience.

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, the hottub was perfect, the beds were super comfortable and the host was awesome! He communicated with us and helped us with anything that we needed. We were there for a yearly bowling tournament and have decided that we would definitely stay there again. The topper that made the trip perfect was Apollo the great dane. He was absolutely a sweetheart! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!! Nothing praises to sing about the whole experience!!!
