Wonderful 1st floor Ocean Front Condo
Estremamente pulito e recentemente ristrutturato due camere da letto / due bagni 1000 piedi quadrati. (vasca / doccia bagno in ciascuno) Ocean Front Ground Floor Condo disponibile per affitto mensile in bella Ormond Beach. Camere da letto hanno 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli. L'unità è dotata di tutte le lenzuola, sedie a sdraio, asciugamani e cucina istituito. Basta portare i vestiti. Unità ha coperto parcheggio proprio di fronte per un facile accesso. L'unità ha sul posto il gestore di proprietà per manutenzione e sicurezza. In piscina fuori terra (non riscaldata) e in loco servizi di lavanderia a pagamento ($ 1. 25 per carico). Unità ha tv via cavo / internet nel soggiorno e camera da letto principale e wifi dedicato. Massima occupazione 4. L'unità e il patio sono non fumatori. Spiacente, non sono ammessi animali. C'è un minimo di un mese a causa dell'ordinanza della contea. Saranno applicati costi di pulizia.

There were issues with the property that concerned my husband and myself throughout our stay. The condo was damp and had a musty odor. After a couple of weeks, a dripping leak began from one of the kitchen cabinets onto the counters. A plumber came and investigated. He said there was a leak and mold in the ceiling area. No further repair took place while we were there, since we were leaving at the end of that week. Obviously, the mold issue was of great concern. We also had electrical issues, which we reported to the owner. The stove was a problem to work with, and the broiler wouldn’t heat up as it should.
We stayed for six weeks and loved the location and the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we will not be renting again.

We needed a place to stay for a 43 day interim between the sale of one property and purchase of another. We were able to forward our mail here and set up a mini home office and still very much enjoy the beach, ocean view and sunrises. Everything needed is close by. You will love this place!

We enjoyed our stay. Even with bike week within our time frame we never had trouble getting around. Had all we need to enjoy the beach and the pool. Only slight minus was March is a little rough to enjoy an unheated pool. Would have stayed next year if time wasn't taken already.

The condo is very lovely and has everything one could ask for. The owners provided everything to get us going from paper products, laundry soap, the list goes in. The owners are nice and gave my husband a tour of the complex. It was nice having the first floor and the daily view was wonderful. We met several folks that live there year round and we will miss there daily wave and greetings.

A great stay at Ocean Watch! Tim was very responsive to questions and followed up immediately when we checked in. The bed was comfortable, the unit is clean and the location is extremely convenient to all the area has to offer. The area has plenty to see and do like The Funky Pelican in Flagler and The High Bridge Road to The Old Dixie Hwy. Try St. Augustine for a day trip and The Ponce Inlet Park for a different day at the Beach. For those who have not been to Blue Springs Park it is magical and the St. Johns River Tour is spectacular. We totally enjoyed our stay!

The place was great loved every minute of it. Short walk to the beach, every thing you needed was there. The owner you are really nice and easy to deal with. Thank you for letting us stay loved it.

Clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Location across from the beach was very convenient. Groceries & restaurants are close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, noncrowded part of beach, large pool, condo had plenty of room for my family of 4. They provide everything you could think of from towels, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a fully stocked kitchen. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the large pool and easy access to the beach. The outside of the condo and the pool are nice, clean and kept up well. Covered parking and the parking spot right at the door was a big plus for us since we have 2 children. We look forward to staying here again next year!

My wife and I spent the week at Ormond Beach here. Condo is nice, bottom floor, fully stocked with everything, including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, fishing line and tackle, foam pool noodle, even a bucket and spade for playing in the sand. Bed was very comfortable, the AC worked well and the whole condo was very clean. Complex was very quiet and the pool at the complex is large but was never crowded. The washer/dryer is a complex-shared coin op machine, not in the room itself, so bring some change. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, etc but it also had a bunch of paper plates which was actually more convenient. Publix is 10 minutes down the road, as well as north Daytona itself if you want more stores, restaurants, etc so it's very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Our family enjoyed the stay. We had a great time. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Loved the kitchen and the master bedroom. The condo very comfortable.

This condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is great and the view of the ocean spectacular! We experienced a bunch of construction and renovation noise the first 5 weeks of our stay with no access to our patio and no view other than the parking lot. The balance of our stay was very nice. Tim & Ellen were very welcoming and easy to contact if we needed them.
