Questo è un condominio / residenza spazioso, bello, impeccabilmente mantenuto situato appena fuori Rehoboth Avenue. Siamo i proprietari originali di questa casa, acquistata nel 2009. NUOVI mobili da soggiorno, frigorifero aggiornato e nuova moquette da parete a parete agli ultimi due piani per il 2018-2019! Estremamente ben mantenuto !!
La casa si trova a soli otto isolati dalla spiaggia - una rilassante passeggiata di 15-20 minuti a piedi o in bicicletta per tutti i negozi e ristoranti del centro di Rehoboth e l'acclamato Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. Il complesso condominiale, Edgewater Park, si affaccia sul canale Rehoboth-Lewes. In 5 minuti di auto raggiungerete negozi di alta qualità. (Il Delaware non ha tasse sulle vendite.) La nuova pista ciclabile Rehoboth-Lewes di quattro miglia si trova nelle vicinanze.

Al terzo piano ci sono tre camere da letto e due bagni. 1) Il secondo master ha un letto matrimoniale, TV, bagno privato e balcone privato. 2) la nostra camera "Surfer" ha un letto matrimoniale e TV e 3) la stanza "Kids" è allestita con due set di cuccette singole. Le camere 2 e 3 condividono un bagno completo.
Al livello di entrata / primo piano, abbiamo una terza camera da letto principale / quinta con bagno privato, un letto matrimoniale, TV e una porta scorrevole sul patio.
La zona giorno e la cucina sono al secondo piano. Questo livello principale è a pianta aperta con una cucina ben attrezzata, un grande divano componibile e una TV da 46 "montata sopra il camino. C'è un balcone fuori dal soggiorno con una griglia (NUOVO Weber per il 2019!) e posti a sedere nel patio.
Sempre a livello di entrata, il garage è stato allestito come sala ricreativa per bambini e adulti. È dotato di biliardino a grandezza naturale e tavoli da air hockey per i giorni di pioggia o la sera tardi. A questo livello c'è anche una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.

My family and I have been going to Rehoboth Beach for around 12 years. Edgewater is ideal for our large family. The spacious townhouse is what we needed for 13 people. This was a great house. Had extra beach chairs, kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. Location is great. A mile walk to the boardwalk. Only thing I can recommend is hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Great home!

This a great townhome in a nice well kept community. At the owners recommendation, we used Deauville Beach for our beach days. We had littles traveling with us so we drove there but could walk or bike there. This beach is not near as crowded and a very nice one!
Playground just across the canal which our grandkids enjoyed. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.
We would definitely consider this property again for our large family.

Our three sons and their families (all now living in California) joined my husband and me (now living in Florida) for a week of memories. We spent summers in Rehoboth for many years and still have extended families in Delaware. It was a great week of reminiscing and enjoying time: bikerides, beach, boardwalk games(and food -- Grotto, Casapula, Louies, Nicola, Dogfish, etc!) together. Condo met our needs perfectly. Thank you!

We have been going to Rehoboth for years and stayed in many homes, and this one was great for my family of little boys, plus grandparents. There were toys and games to play with, and we were a 3 minute walk away from a great playground with a coffee shop nearby. Easy drive to the beach, and you could also walk if you had time. Darren was also very easy to contact when we had questions and was really helpful. Would definitely recommend!

House was clean and great for multiple families staying together. Everyone had their own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Loved being in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants too! Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely great place to stay in Rehobeth. Right off Rehobeth Ave and close to everything. Place is very spacious, clean and updated appliances. Would highly recommend it for any larger group going to Rehobeth. We had 10 comfortably stay there and all loved it (4 teens along with both sets of grandparents).

Had a really great stay with my friends. Unit had a lot of great amenities and was very clean. Was also walkable to town which was nice. Would book a return trip or recommend to others.

This property is ok but needs a thorough cleaning and could use some updates. It was missing little features like hooks on the back of the doors and no mirrors in the bedrooms. A second refrigerator in the garage would also make a big difference. The coffee table was extremely wobbly and there was not enough comfortable furniture in the main gathering area. The owner/manager was very responsive though and the location is good.

This house comfortably fit 4 couples and 2 young children with room to spare. We each had our own spot to hide away or to congregate together. The kitchen was well equiped, the pool was a huge hit with the kids, it was a quick drive to the beach (you could walk it, but with the kids and the gear we packed we opted to drive) and we hit 2 local bike trails right from the property every day. We will definitely be looking at this house for our vacation in 2024.

We had an amazing stay at Darren’s property! The townhouse is huge with plenty of space for 3 families (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing . It was an easy walk to everything in Rehoboth. On future trips to Rehoboth, I will definitely be checking Darren’s availability!

Darren’s house was exactly as described! The location is perfect! We could walk to the beach,restaurants and shopping! It is such a nice quiet community. The house had enough room for the 10 of us to be together or alone. We had everything we needed and more! 5 stars all around for the host and the property! Everyone wants to go back next year!!

Our multi-gen family of 5 adults and 4 kids (aged 5 and under) just spent a great week at this large townhome. The 4 separate levels, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms provided ample space/privacy for each of our 3 families. A word of caution: with 4 distinct levels, the home has lots of steps. Baby gates were provided along with many other necessities for small children. Everything we needed, and more, was provided in the house with the exception of towels and bed linens.
The house is about a mile from the beach so we found it necessary to drive with the small children and all the “beach accessories”. We were, however, able to walk to a number of the highly recommended restaurants. Two favorites within walking distance: Cultured Pearl and Dogfish Head. Also great breakfast/brunch/coffee spots across the road.
We loved the community pool just steps from the door and used the blow-up tubes and noodles provided in the house.
The owner was super responsive. He answered texts immediately and was always very helpful. We would definitely recommend this townhouse!

Great location for our family
This was our first stay in Rehoboth. We enjoyed the location of this home and the access to the community pool and playground. We followed the guidance of the host and found the beach that he recommended to be well suited to our multi-generational family.

Great house, Great location
This 4 level townhouse is a great place to stay while at Rehoboth Beach. Located centrally between the beach shops and all the other restaurants/shopping on Coastal Highway, it's easy to get places relatively quickly. Having four showers really comes in handy and the community pool is literally 100 ft from the front door. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space
Darren was an excellent host and responded quickly when we messaged him. The house's layout provides lots of privacy for multiple families vacationing together. The walk to the beach was a little much for us with 5 kids ages 6 and under, but it would be fine for older kids, teens and adults. Notably, there is a pass included with the house to park at Deauville Beach or you can pay the meter ($3.50 an hour starting at 10am) to park at Rehoboth Beach if you prefer not to walk.
The condo complex is gated and felt very safe (we could still get groceries delivered which was a plus!). The pool was beautiful and was open 9 to 9 and was essentially like having your own private pool just steps from your door since it was never crowded.

What a VRBO Should Be!
My family visited Rehoboth for a wedding and had the opportunity to stay at Darren’s place with 3 other families (10 people). The Townhouse is very large with 4 levels. Even with 4 families we had plenty of room. The townhouse is very clean, well stocked and exactly as described. Loved the outdoor pool that we took advantage of during the heat of the day. The grounds are well kept and even though you are close to everything, you feel secluded in the private community. The location is fantastic and we were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do. Darren communicates great and is one of the most down to earth owners I have worked with. Plenty of room for two families. We had a great time and the kids loved the pool. Darren was great with communication! The walk to the beach is a bit long for little ones so bring a stroller or wagon. The house was very clean.

Perfect Long Weekend Away
Perfect place to stay with a couple families. Plenty of space and excellent location. Pool was fantastic for the kids. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach but was preferred because traffic/parking was tough. House was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinner in. Very close to excellent restaurants and a brewery. Owner is very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend and look into staying here again.

Great floor plan for families
The condo was a perfect layout for 3 families and was stocked, for the most part, with everything we needed (although make sure to bring your own spatula). The cleaners definitely could’ve done a better job, as there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the garbage disposal made the house smell like rotting fish when we first arrived, but the owner was responsive and offered to have the cleaners return to finish the job which was nice.
The location is just a short drive to the beach and a short walk to the playground, restaurants and a liquor store.
Assuming the owner gets new cleaners, we would definitely return again!
