Questa spaziosa casa è stata quasi sempre la casa di un dottore, a cominciare dal dottor Dwyer negli anni '20, dal dottor Carlson negli anni '40 e dal dottor Don e dalla dottoressa Jane Gumprecht nel 1951.
I bambini di Gumprecht, tre dei quali sono essi stessi medici, offrono ora questo grazioso alloggio per il vostro divertimento in vacanza. Situato nello storico e tranquillo quartiere di Fort Grounds, è proprio nel mezzo di tutto ciò che rende famoso Coeur d'Alene.
Il quartiere è nato prima dell'automobile, quando tutti camminavano. Resta a pochi passi da quasi tutto. Confermalo eseguendo una ricerca mappa di Military Drive. We had a great time. 6 best friends, class of 1976. We had no problem with the stairs and walked everywhere in spite of the heatwave. Enjoyed the comfy patio furniture every night and were very grateful for the excellent air conditioning.

Our family had a great time staying at the Doctors’ Inn! The house is spacious and well equipped. The location is awesome and walking distance to the beach, parks, downtown. Highly recommend staying here, and would love to come back again in the future!

A group of us stayed for a dance competition. Loved the openness of the house. There was so much room. Everyone was great to work with.

Lovely period home like walking back in time but charming through and through. This home had a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and tons of space, and was a hit with our family during our reunion in Couer D'Alane this summer. No need to drive to the beach as a short walk brings you to the water's edge in 5 minutes. Would reccommend this for all ages of family members.

The house was like stepping back in time.....my grandchildren were fasinated with the nooks and crannies.....the .kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in.The bbq would have been nice except for the fact the two tanks were totally empty....we survived....such a great location....we had a great time...thanks for sharing your properry with us.....!

We enjoyed our stay at the Doctor's Inn. The location is superb and the house worked well for our large group.
We would definitely stay there again when in town.

We loved staying at this home! My kids loved all of the nooks and crannies, and all of the stairs and rooms. Perfect location! Close to the lake and to town. Fast responses and easy to communicate with owners. We loved it here!

Charming place with a wonderful history. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Accommodating for children but not great for the elderly because of a lot of stairs. Well appointed.

Love love love the Doctor’s Inn. I hesitate to write a raving review because selfishly I don’t want to ever lose our annual spot here. This home is a walk back into simpler, lovely, family times. We refer to this house and town as “Our happy place”. Roni, remember to keep our yearly spot please please please!

We LOVED this property. It is right in the middle of everything. You can walk to the beach, park, downtown, everything. Roni was extremely understanding when we had an unfortunate incident (sick baby) early on the morning of our departure. Roni was available to answer any and all questions immediately. There were so many dishes, the kitchen has everything you need. Enough towels for days! Thank you for sharing your property with us, Roni.

The house was clearly a family home and was a good fit for our family vacation with our three adult children and two grandchildren. Close to the lake and the park which made for an easy walk. Plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped kitchen made for easy meal prep.

This was the perfect family vacation for us. Everyone had their own space, we fit around the dining table and played games in the living room. We loved being so near the beach and town.

This was a great place to stay with multiple people. One of the things that stood out was how this place had pretty much everything. The house was clean and had very unique character. If we are ever back in the area with a large group this place would be top on the list.

Great graduation gathering
The house & location were perfect. I took my daughter and her friends as a graduation gift from Gonzaga University for the week. We had a great time & I would definitely rent this place again.

Great stay, amazing location!
Never a disappointment. This is the fourth or fifth summer we have come back to this rental. Plenty of rooms and space for extended family. Great location as it’s so close to the beach, park and docks. We all had an amazing time!

Amazing!
This home was amazing! It was beautiful, nostalgic, and very clean! Everything we needed and more was available. My kids and I had the best time in the home and at the lake. This was a relaxing, fun, and memorable vacation that we made many good memories on. This was my first time renting someone else’s home on any site and it did NOT disappoint! THANK YOU!
