Il Welk Manor è uno scenario scenico di 1,5 acri situato proprio sul fiume Spokane a Post Falls, Idaho, a poche miglia in barca o in auto a Coeur d 'Alene.

Il residence è stato completamente ristrutturato e comprende 7 camere da letto, 5. 5 bagni, una spaziosa casa in stile ranch che può ospitare 16 persone con una cucina contemporanea aperta, un meraviglioso patio esterno e un ampio parcheggio. Ha un grande nuovo bacino con il suo piccolo battello, perfetto per piccole imbarcazioni, moto d'acqua, kayak, tavole da paddle e nuoto.
Questo meraviglioso rifugio è veloce 4 minuti per la I-90 sulla rampa, 25 minuti per l'aeroporto di Spokane ea soli 10 minuti per il centro di Coeur d'Alene. Permette di godere di tutte le attività ricreative e urbane che Northern Idaho ha da offrire. Qualunque sia la tua passione; golf, canottaggio, kayak, pattinaggio imbarco, pesca, escursioni, ciclismo, mountain bike, sci nautico, mobilità neve, pattinaggio su ghiaccio .... è tutto qui per divertirti!
Entro 5-10 minuti ci sono negozi locali, un super-centro, un negozio di droga e molti ristoranti. Il resort di Templin e il molo di gas sono a 1/4 miglia di distanza, dove sono disponibili noleggiare pontone e jet ski.
Welk Manor offre 2 suite master; un re e una regina. Ci sono 2 camere king aggiuntive, insieme a due camere da letto doppie, e una stanza a rotelle / doppio. La camera familiare ha un divano letto.
Welk Manor ha anche un edificio molto spazioso separato che è perfetto per grandi riunioni di gruppo, ricevimenti, un. Comprende un'area giochi con tavolo da biliardo e ping pong e area per l'intrattenimento.

We hosted family and friends over 5 weeks including mother's 85th birthday. The management company was very responsive and they and the owner did a great job of preparing the home and providing useful information.

Wonderful views of the river and all it's accompanying activity. From nature's sunrises and sunsets, the winds across the waters, visiting hummingbirds, robins, finches, Canadian geese, Mallard families and squirrels to the jet skiers, wake boarders, water skiers, couch riders, wave surfers, kayakers, paddle boarders, hydra foilers and those out for the calm early morning/sunset cruise... You will never lack for a place to rest your eyes.

Accommodated 11 really well. Close to grocery stores and town. River front was perfect because directly south is the dam and there is a no wake zone 100 feet west of the dock which meant less boat traffic and safer for kids tubing and jet skis. We were able to catch a bunch of small mouth bass from the dock using worm lures. None of them were bigger than 10 inches but fun none the less. Only feedback is we had to purchase basic supplies (paper towels and toilet paper) fairly quickly and wish it was stocked deeper.

The house is beautiful and spacious on the inside and out. The game room is a hit and was used the entire time. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and all the bathrooms were perfect for our crowd. Even though it was too cold to get in the river, the views were prefect for the morning cup of coffee as well as the evening glass of wine. We will definitely be coming back and enjoying this beautiful property again!

We celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday. This home was perfect for this event. The back lawn is huge - lots of yard games! There were kayaks and paddle boards as well as pool table, ping pong table and more!!! The drive to coeur d’Alene is about 10 minutes but we used the home mainly so it was not an issue. LOVED this beautiful home.

What a perfect week for our family get together. Not only was the house beautiful and spacious inside but having the dock to keep the boats was key. Would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Our second trip to Welk Manor. Had a couple of minor house keeping issues but Amanda took care of them right away. Big house, very clean with its own huge yard and dock. Perfect house for swimming and enjoying the beautiful views from the house and yard.

Doesn't meet my expectations of $4 million property. Great outdoor spaces. Plenty of dishes for a crowd of 14. I would rent again.

We were very excited to arrive at the property, when we started checking things out we found we had to return to grocery store to buy additional items, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, & kleenex, we have been doing family reunions with VRBO for 10 years now and have never had to purchase these items. So needless to say we were a little disappointed, the view of the river was great as well as the back yard, book in the house mentioned putting away the pool sticks, but couldn't find the pool table and also the kayaks, we were told to put them back, but no kayaks!!!! We also saw you had the property for sale, so that must be the reason for neglect of the paying visiters.

This was our first family vacation on a "lake". I was last minute booking the trip and couldn't find a house on the actual lake, so I picked this Post Falls house on the river. What seemed like misfortune at the time, turned out to be the best decision of the trip. It turns out the river is best for boating, which we took advantage of every day of our stay. The house is older but has been remodeled and was suited very well for our family group of 7. Although we were on the river pretty much all day, the time we were at the house was spent mostly in the open concept kitchen area, which was very accommodating. The house is 3 properties down from a marina with fuel, which was great for filling up the boat and jet skis. There are 2 grocery stores minutes from the house. Overall this house was just what we needed for a fun family vacation. Even though this house has lots of pluses, I do think a few improvements would make this house much better, especially considering the rental price, which was very steep compared to pretty much anything else in the area. First, some of the beds have mattresses that are way too hard for the average sleeper. Also, the bedding and decor in the master is really old looking and detracts from the comfort, despite the beautifully remodeled master bath. We were so tired from playing on the river all day that we were able to sleep despite the beds. Overall this home was exactly what we needed for our family size, was great for keeping a boat and the location on the river was terrific. We don't usually return vacation because there are so many places to see, but for anyone looking in the area for a house to accommodate a large group, this is a good choice.

Our family really enjoyed the location on the river which was much better than on the lake. Very little wind, great neighbors, wonderful access to the water, and a huge yard for games and the kids.

One-stop entertainment. Didn't have to leave the property for entertainment. Entire family and friends made a lot of memories. If possible thinking of doing it every year.

We were very lucky to find this place in a last minute trip for our annual Family Christmas. We had originally planned Breckinridge but due to COVID restrictions we had to make a change. Everything was perfect and so beautiful. We were blessed with a beautiful snow just as we settled in our first day. So pretty to look out over the water and see the snow covered trees and mountains. Very clean and spacious, had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at the Riverfront Welk Manor. The property was extremely clean which is especially important during this time of Covid. I appreciated that most soap dispensers were new, unopened and there was a very nice welcoming gift on the counter when we arrived. The interior of the home had been recently remodeled and was nicely appointed. The yard was very spacious and quite private with wonderful water access and its own dock. The residence comes with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards which we put to good use during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is that some of the pans could be updated and we could not find a pizza cutter in the kitchen. Overall, though, a wonderful stay at a wonderful home!

Awesome time! The house was amazing! We didn’t realize till the 3 rd day the huge garage was a giant Game Center with so many toys and games! I guess I should have read the “Welcome book” day 1!♂️We had 6 adults and 7 kids and everyone had their own bed. Great kitchen and living room. The patio was amazing with a fire pit to roast dogs and s’mores. Perfect for a cold drink after a great day in the water.The water in the Spokane is perfect until till about noon then it gets busy. The Boat traffic is definitely a factor To navigate from noon till 6pm then it calms back down. From sun up till noonish it is glass and gorgeous. After noon just plan on tubing in if you are on a ski boat then take a long brunch and then take a nap in the hammocks or in the air conditioned house. Have a early dinner because After 6 the water calms back down And head back out for a sunset cruise or ski/board/surf. I didn’t know that you can legally ski till 1 hr after dark. Where I’m from it’s 1/2 hr before sunset. Make sure you have your Idaho boating permit (online) and all your required boating required items like throw cushion, life jackets that fin for everyone, fire extinguishers, paddle, etc.. because you will get inspected by the DNR fish cops. I was inspected 4 times in 6 days. They are very nice but just want you to be safe and have fun. The river is tight and you have to stay 100’ from other boats and docks which can be challenging. If you surf the wave rocks the heck out of the floating docks among the river and people will give you a tongue lashing if you aren’t in the middle of the river. There are several great golf courses close by as well. We played Avondale and the Highlands both were awesome! (20 min from the house) I hope these tips help so rent this place and have a blast!

This is a great spot. Clean. Plenty of space and VERY easy if you're towing boats. We had two big boats and the access was perfect. There IS power near the dock, you'll need a 125'-150' cord if you need to plug in. Neighbors were actually nice!

We had a great time at this property. We had 12 people and this property had room for all of us. Plenty of space for us all to hangout together. The game room was great to have and had lots of room for everyone to hangout and play different games at the same time. The property is back out of the way which was nice for privacy and the view was fantastic. The house was clean and nicely updated. It had a few lights out but that is something that is easily fixed and didn't effect our stay. I would highly recommend this home.
