Online check-in process took almost 1 hour. Room was not clean room and smelled like sewage! The washstand in the kitchen is not well designed and gases from the sewage enter through it. The accommodation is equipped with audio monitoring system (for noise monitoring, based on notice from administration)! The deposit was not returned in time, and was processed only after my notice after 9 days of departure. The worst place. Coffee machine and kettle are on the kitchen with no tea or sugar, totally empty. Too many restrictions: 1. If you take a glass and didn't wash it - fine 30 EUR. 2. If you didn't close a window on departure - fine 50 EUR. etc.

Nothing. Arrived late, that is why I didn't look for another hotel.

Incredibly bad experience. After booking the apartment and making the full prepayment, they started to demand another payment of 100 EUR as a "security deposit''. As it was a non-refundable booking, I had no choice but paying that extra 100 EUR with my credit card (which was not easy, cause the payment link given by them was incorrect, so I had to contact them several times by phone, as they have no reception at all). At night, when I arrived with my little daughter at the apartment, they unexpectedly refused to let us in (after paying the full cost and the extra 100 EUR as a deposit!) claiming that they "did not receive" the deposit. I had to contact my bank and apply for the documental confirmation of the payment. Only then they gave me the access code for the apartment door. Me and my small kid spent a lot of time and nerves trying to get what we had paid for (+ 100 EUR). Never again!

The room itself was excellent, extremely well appointed. The location is convenient as an overnight stay to travel further into europe. There is a nice shopping area close by with a bakery and pharmacy.

The hallway was uncarpeted, meaning other people walking in and out was extremely loud. If they had even the very cheapest carpet in the hall it would be magnitudes better

Great value for money. Clean, contemporary decor.

Poor signage for building, entrance by steep, narrow staircase.
