My husband and I stayed in this condo for two weeks in February while we took a class in Anchorage, and we loved everything about it. The complex is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and it is within easy driving distance of a mall, several restaurants, and the movie theater. The condo itself is comfortably furnished with everything you need, including three TVs, and it is bright and cheery. The owners, Jeff and Jenny are great to deal with and quickly responded to every question we asked. Whether you are visiting Anchorage for business or pleasure, I highly recommend this lovely condo.

This is a great place to stay

This unit is a three story walk up, that is located between two airports. These points were not mentioned or I must have missed them when deciding on this unit. In summer with planes taking off and landing all night and windows open to cool the unit it wasn't ideal. Otherwise the condo was okay. There were many stains on the carpet. The carpet looked like it had been shampooed and probably needs to be replaced. We were happy to see coffee beans and creamer for our morning coffee.

Our impression of the property was negatively affected by some circumstances outside of the owner’s control e.g. record heat spell, unhealthy smoke conditions, air planes taking off and flying directly over the property. Overall the property met our needs, however, one of the bathroom fan didn’t work, the dishwasher leaked and the WiFi signal was weak to nonexistent. The owners were helpful and friendly.

This apartment was comfortable and clean. Provided all the amenities. Black out curtains are needed in both bedrooms, being from the Midwest, the midnight sun is a huge adjustment. Nearby airplane traffic was loud at times.

Great location and owner. Super friendly and easy to work with. Property is clean and in a safe neighborhood, accessible to most everything. Would highly recommend​ staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in Anchorage. Their place was easy to find and the location was great! The kitchen was well stocked with the appropriate amenities. Our only suggestion, being travelers from Chicago would be room darkening shades in the bedrooms.

I found the condo very inviting. Everything I needed was there. Location was easy to all of my activities in Anchorage. The entire property was nice with no issues. Great experience and would certainly recommend them!

The beds were comfy and the location in Anchorage is centrally located for quick drives to your desnations! We would or will stay here again in the future trips to Alaska!!

We were in town for a wedding; found this property to be very conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go and close to our family's home. Right around the corner from a great coffee shop and Fred Meyer grocer, both within walking distance (BTW, if you use your debit card there, you can get cash back without having to pay fees when using ATMS). The condo was clean and well maintained. No issues with anything! Spacious with plenty of extra towels/linens if we needed them. Loved having the washer/dryer; they were so convenient with all the hiking/fishing we did (next time I won't pack nearly as much). The kitchen was well equipped. We didn't use much besides the coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge (dishes and glasses), it was great to have everything available in case they were needed. We found extra items we were able to use such as dish soap, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags and even coffee filters. The bathrooms even had extra shampoo, bodywash and toothpaste (unopened). We brought our own so didn't need to use them, but nice to have in case anything was forgotten. We actually called the owner once to inquire staying an extra night. Although it wasn't available, he was very pleasant to talk to and answered his phone (loved that we had that available if needed) right away. Would definitely stay here again; great price for what we got. Not high end but definitely clean and nice quality. The only downside to this rental is that it is on the 3rd floor so may be difficult for anyone older/handicapped to access. Lastly, may I add, we absolutely loved the mattress in the master bedroom (even took a picture of the tag to buy one for a replacement we need at home)! Thanks guys for a great stay!

We were in Anchorage because our son lives there, and our daughter came up from Idaho for Thanksgiving. We prepared a mini Thanksgiving meal in the condo and had more utensils and supplies than we expected, made the day easy. Everything needed for a stay was well stocked. Clean and very comfortable. Had a few glitches early, but Jenny was always just a quick phone call with answers.

condo was clean , plenty of parking , everything works , comfortable and very convenient located . If you are looking for a reasonably price 2 bed 2 bath , then this is a goid rental for you . Its not fancy , but clean and quiet and has everthing you need as a place to sleep . If we ever come back to Anchorage , we will rent again . The owners were nice and answer all of our questions

We were quite comfortable in the condo and it had almost everything we needed, except for towel racks in the master bathroom. The unit was clean and well-stocked with kitchen essentials and plenty of entertainment with the TV and movies on hand. We enjoyed our stay in Anchorage and hope to come back some day!

My family and I stayed in this wonderful condo for 5 nights earlier this month. It was absolutely perfect for us and had everything we needed! Both beds are super comfortable (as is the couch) and with 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer, we were completely set for the week. We were able to get everywhere we needed to go very easily - during our time in Anchorage we drove to and hiked Matanuska Glacier, took the train to Seward for the day, drove to Whittier and spent the day hiking Portage, made multiple trips to Turnagain Arm, and explored downtown. It was so nice to come "home" every night to such a comfortable place, and just as nice to wake up each morning, make a pot of coffee, and get ready for our day. If we are ever fortunate enough to come back to Anchorage we will definitely stay here again!
