Private End Of Street - Home In Lawton Woods
Come forse sapete, l'uragano soffiava attraverso Matthew Hilton Head l'8 ottobre. Siamo stati molto fortunati perché abbiamo avuto nessun danno tempesta così la nostra casa è disponibile in affitto.
Aggiornato, unico livello, aperto 3 Camera, 2 bagno di casa in una zona tranquilla di Sea Pines. Camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato e la camera da letto si apre a un ponte che spands 3/4 della retro della casa e si affaccia su un cortile privato che è perfetto per cuocere e mangiare all'aperto. Seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un futon matrimoniale. La terza camera da letto ha un letto a castello e un letto singolo. Ci sono due camere per famiglie, una con TV, due divani e un divano letto e l'altro di una stanza 'conversazione' con due grandi divani, camino e lucernari e questa stanza si apre sul ponte. La cucina è completamente aggiornato con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici inox e splendidi armadi acero. Il modo di ingresso, corridoio e due camere familiari hanno pavimenti in legno, mentre la cucina è piastrellato per una facile pulizia. Le camere sono moquette, piastrelle bagni. Una rondella e asciugatrice sono contenuti in un armadio sala per la vostra convenienza.
La casa è un facile 1 miglio giro in bicicletta per la spiaggia. Ci sono sentieri attraverso i boschi dietro casa che portano alla Sea Pines Forest Preserve. È possibile in bicicletta per Harbor Town dove si trovano negozi, pesca d'altura e ristoranti. Pesca e fissatura in laguna è inferiore a 50 yards da cortile o la testa per la spiaggia. Facile passeggiata in bicicletta al Beach Club o il Salty Dog Cafe a South Beach. La strada è un tranquillo cul de sac perfetto per i bambini piccoli.

We enjoyed the stay here. It was a beautiful little home tucked in the Sea Pines area. This was our first time here in Hilton Head. It's a very nice area, feels like a nice private community. The bike rides to the beach were so sweet. The home was well packed with everything you need. The bedrooms are homey/cozy. The beach was very clean, white sand and felt private and peaceful. We also went to the pool each day, just a short 4-5 min drive away.

It's been a couple of years since we've traveled back to HHI and my family and I had a great time. The house had everything needed, it was in a great neighborhood and right in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

We used the bikes provided to bike to the beach. We took a trail ride at the stables across the street. Both Coligny Beach and Sea Pines Beach were an easy drive. Good shopping at nearby Harbor Town and Coligny Plaza. House was CLEAN, comfy and had a great floor plan. The kitchen was perfect for family meals and gatherings. Owner was an excellent communicator.

The property and home are lovely. Quiet street, close to trails, very well supplied with basics, lots of bikes, beach items to pick from. Comfortable furnishings. Ben was an easy host to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much in this lovely island home! Thank you so much!

Very clean house. Lots of room to spread out and just hang out in between activities. Great location where you can get to anything in Sea Pines via bike ride or walking. Ben was very responsive to all of our questions. We loved sitting on the deck behind the house when we would come back to the house in between activities and watch the horse back riding groups come by. At this time of year the outside table would be completely covered every day in residue from all of the surrounding trees. The bikes are probably okay for short occasional trips to the beach, but some have problems, like broken petal, broken kick stand, etc. We wanted to do a lot of biking every day, so we ended up just renting the standard beach cruiser bikes because they are so inexpensive at Hilton Head. Wonderful house and location.

After many years of visiting HHI, we really enjoyed being in Sea Pines. The home was lovely and as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked which is a huge plus for us. We loved being able to use the Harbour Town pool which was a bike ride for us. The back deck was fantastic and we got the added benefit of watching the horse riders from Lawton Stables go by every day. We are avid bike riders so we rented bikes.
Ben is so responsive and handled the only concern we had very quickly.
We would definitely stay again.

We had a relaxing and refreshing week. Home is in great location and easy to get anywhere in Sea pines. Kitchen was well equipped and communication with owner was prompt.

Location, location, location
A cozy home located on a quiet culdesac in Sea Pines. Our family of 5 enjoyed the close biking proximity to Harbortown and Salty Dog. Beach access was less than a 10 minute bike ride to a secluded beach area. Many amenities were available including a canopy tent, chairs, bikes, bike trailer, locks, helmets and more. Some of the bikes were in need of repair, but we brought a couple with us and rented 1 other just down the road. The owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

Perfect Location in Sea Pines
Amazing location in Sea Pines. We biked everywhere including the Beach Club, Harbor Town and the pool. A lot of room for our family of 4. Private backyard with an easy walk to the stables. We could not have enjoyed our time in Sea Pines more!

We've been coming to the island since the mid-90's and have stayed all over. We were pleasantly surprised with the value in this property during these crazy expensive times! Ben was communicative and helped to resolve an issue we had with the keyless entry. Would recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Sea Pines. The location of the home was perfect which made bike riding to all of our destinations a breeze. The updates in the house were tasteful and functional. I communicated with Ben before the trip and he ensured everything was taken care of prior to my trip. Once we arrived, it was party time!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Sea Pines. The location of the home was perfect which made bike riding to all of our destinations a breeze. We had a great experience staying in the house. It was very comfortable. My five year old did not want to leave. She thought that was our new house lol. Ben was very helpful and responsive to our needs if we had any questions he answered them fairly quickly. My kids loved watching the horses go by every morning. The extra beach towels came in handy. Our overall experience was great, the house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Ben was super prompt in responding, trouble shooted and provided the fix. The refrigerator was functional next morning. We appreciate that prompt help. We were unprepared for the really small master bathroom, it is functional, but definitely small. The photo online is of bathroom 2, which is bigger than Mbath. The sofas in LR are very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. The non-stick pan has neared EOL. Overall a good experience, we enjoyed Sea Pines being in this house.

The house itself is ideally located in Sea Pines with the stables in the back yard, and so many bike paths close by provide great access getting around the island. The house and kitchen are very well stocked and having the bikes available is a great amenity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
