Simply great!

We stayed here with our adult daughter 7 years ago and enjoyed it so much we returned with our son and daughter-in-law. The property has been beautifully refurbished, is well-managed and we appreciate the small town of Island Harbour. Convenient to local beach bars/restaurants and Shoal Bay's lovely beach. We love the mellow atmosphere and spectacular views from the villa's decks.

This is a great place to stay on Anguilla. It is the bottom floor of a two-floor villa. We were worried about being on the bottom floor but it was great! Perfect amount of space for our family (a couple with two sons ages 17 and 20, who shared a queen bed but one could have used the day bed in the master). It is away from crowds. Located in a relaxing and quiet side of the island but an easy drive to the great beach at Shoal Bay (which is also not crowded.) The view is gorgeous. Hearing the waves is great for sleeping. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen (and a grill outside). Fans, sliding screen doors, and AC were perfect for staying cool. All interactions with the owner/management were positive and super helpful. Wifi throughout the unit and the internet generally worked well. Direct ocean access was a bit dicey at this time of year with a rough sea and rocks. At other times of the year we are told that is more accessible.

Everything was right, the communication, the location and the apartement itself. It is really spacious, and the views are spectacular.

My husband, friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. Before we left for our trip, Reuben and Geenelle were extremely attentive to our questions and needs. And when we arrived, Reuben and his team went above and beyond to help make our stay more enjoyable. It was truly 5-star treatment. The villa was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The area was quiet and the views were spectacular! We enjoyed the location of being on the east end of the island which was a little more quiet and remote. We liked to walk to local restaurants and bars on that end of the island. We hope to come back and visit the beautiful island of Anguilla and will be staying at the Clearview villas when we do.

Greenelle met us when we arrived and walked us through. Great location & View. The villa is well kept and stocked with soft towels and lots of kitchenware. Area is quiet and close to walk able distance restaurants. A/C is crisp for hot days. Lots of windows for the ocean breeze days. We felt perfectly safe the entire time. We would stay again!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was a minor issue with housekeeping and the gas stove (gas ran out), however, Reuben and his team were very prompt to respond and quick to resolve our issues. The management company is an excellent example of how short term rentals should be managed. We manage several properties on a lake in the states, therefore we have a high standard. Reubens team surpassed our expectations. The property was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast and quick meals. We appreciated the use of a cooler, chairs and snorkeling equipment. The location on the east end of the island was a little more quiet and remote... which we liked. We found fantastic bars, restaurants and secluded beaches on this end of the island. You definitely need a Jeep for many of those secluded beaches!! We are looking forward to returning again and would definitely stay at this fantastic rental!!

We loved the villa and the community. We enjoyed relaxing on the cushioned furniture on the front terrace and would dine at the terrace table. Beautiful views!! After exploring the island during the day, we took beautful walks in the evening and listened to the lovely music played at Lime Keel. The Island Harbor community was so friendly and had several close dining and beach bar options! We loved the French Bakery as well! We highly recommend the Clearview villas.

The property and communication with the owners was excellent. One thing I would like to clarify was the neighbor complaining about beach access (from another persons review). There is a concrete walkway through the yard to the ocean. There’s not really a beach, but several larger semi level rocks at the ocean level. The path doesn’t cross a neighbors property, and no one said anything to us on our stay (sept. 2019). Very happy with the place, and we will be staying here if we come back to visit Anguilla in the future.

What a wonderful home for our vacation! Everything was as advertised or better, the location was perfect for us and the home was spotless! We would definitely stay here again - Anguilla was fantastic!

Clear View Villas was the perfect place for us! The villa was beautifully decorated, very spacious and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals and there were beach chairs and towels for us to use. The beautiful blue water was only steps away and the snorkeling right from the villa was amazing! We snorkeled all the way to the Island Harbor dock and had a beer at Falcons Nest and snorkeled back. The coral outcroppings were covered with sea plants and beautiful fish. Geenelle, our host was prompt with emails and met us at the property right on time with the keys and she was great to deal with. Over all, it was the perfect vacation rental in a quiet beach front paradise! We will definitely stay at Clear View Villas again on our next visit to Anguilla!

The villa is very roomy and comfortable. We like staying on the quiet East End of the island where we can take leisurely walks in the morning before we head to the beach.

We stayed for 12 days in February of 2017. The other reviews were accurate in describing the villa. Some things to mention are: the WIFI worked very well, the unit is huge (1600 sq. ft.) , it is clean. We arrived after dark, but I would not recommend it. We were met at the unit as promised but with the airlines and ferry and car rental it made for a tense and late day. The management company is good. We were very disappointed in the snorkeling in Anguilla. It was very rough in front of the unit ( it looked like it would have been a great place with structure and clear water) and around the island. Shoal Bay, Sandy Cay, Little Bay and Prickly Pear were all very rough and I am a experienced snorkeler. Sandy Hill Bay was calmer with great structure but very few fish. Da Vida on Crocus Bay was a great beach ( free chairs) with snorkeling on the side of the bay. This unit is a good value considering prices on Anguilla. We very much liked Anguilla and the people but good snorkeling is a must for us.

A wonderful place to stay - spacious, comfortable, all the amenities, a beautiful setting, exceptionally well maintained. Highly recommended.

Peace, relaxation, and beauty at this home. The home is very secluded with an amazing view. You have everything you need if you want to eat at home or go out. The island of Anguilla offers some great restaurants and amazing beaches.

We very much enjoyed our recent 9 day stay in Clearview Villas' lower unit. It is well appointed including a washer and dryer, good WiFi, local cell and TV. (however, coffee filters would be nice!) Scenic location and a friendly and professional staff. The fishing community of Island Harbor is authentic and casual. Local restaurants line the sand, a nearby pizza place and the French bakery lived up to the raves. We had the good fortune to be there over Anguilla Day with its big boat race; watching the preparations in the harbor and the locals' excitement was a treat! Anguilla is easy to drive and we checked out fabulous beaches and restaurants all over the island. We always appreciated coming home to our quiet digs, however. The beach chairs and towels and snorkeling equipment were sturdy and convenient. The unit is spacious inside and out with a huge deck overlooking the cove. The glowing reviews were one of the reasons we chose Clearview Villas and we are pleased to add our "thumbs up" to them. We would stay here again and recommend to travelers who are independent and looking for a value on Anguilla.

My 8th visit to this beautiful island- loved staying at Mr. Roger's villa with my 4 teenagers- everyone so helpful and the villa was a perfect spot for us. We are planning to return soon and often!

My wife and I stayed in the lower unit for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay. It worked out perfectly for us and we were pleased with everything. Not fancy, but it had plenty of room and was equipped with everything we needed. This villa is best for people who want to be in a quiet setting and who are comfortable with creating their own vacation experience. You will need a rental car and a willingness to explore on your own. The beach chairs and other beach gear were great and made it easy for us to go to whatever beach we wanted without worrying about chair or umbrella rentals. My wife needed the wifi for an hour or two of work-related needs every day and we had no problems with that. We also liked the location on the less crowded, less touristy East End. We took walks in the mornings over to Captains Cove or to the french bakery. Locals in the East End are very friendly and nearly everyone would wave to us or say hello. Owner Reuben, who we never met, was always responsive and helpful via email. The housekeeping service at the villa was also good. We plan to return and will recommend ClearView Villa to others. Great value.

Clearview Villas was beautiful from the inside out. One of my favorite experiences was snorkeling in the mornings right off the reef in front of the house (Make sure to bring water shoes for urchins) with the snorkel gear that was provided with the house. The lower unit of the Villa is equipped with everything you can think of and was impeccably clean. The walls are adorned with colorful art and the beds are comfortable. There is a tv, wifi, and they even set you up with a local cell phone which you can easily add minutes to at any local store and use to call anywhere including the US. You can tell that this house is cared for and loved. We traveled as a couple with our youngest son (3 years) and it was perfect for our family. We rented a car and toured the island over 10 days visiting the most epic beaches I've ever seen. Soft sand, clean, warm turquoise water, and gentle to fun waves. We found amazing lobster to eat along with many other island dishes like goat curry, and fresh fish. We took our mornings easy cooking breakfast in the kitchen and drinking coffee on the porch or reading a book in the sun. The Villa is on the north end of the island by Island Harbor which has a great local vibe. Towards the end of our stay we discovered a wonderful french bakery just minutes from the house down near the harbor. Reuben was easy to book with and the property manager, Garvin, attended to our every need. I'd recommend Cleaview Villas in Anguilla without reservation.

We had a nice stay at the Clearview Villas (lower unit). The place was as described, and the owner arranged for a management company to assist with the check in process. They've also assisted with the ferry transfer from St Martin, cab to the house, and car rental, which made it easier. The kitchen is well appointed even though some of the equipment is dated. The sea is right down some steps that lead to a rocky area with beautiful views. Good internet access is available along with cable TV. The balcony has a nice seating area with nice sea views and a cooling breeze. One of the few issues was one of the showers had weak water pressure. Safes are available in both rooms for added security. The place is in a good residential area, close to Island Harbour. Overall, it was a nice base to explore the island from. We wish we spent more time in the place, but we were out and about the island. Make sure to check out the Le Bon Pain bakery 5 min. away for some great treats and fresh bread. We hope to be back soon to Anguilla for its beautiful beaches, and friendly locals.
