La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio e bagno privato completo con vasca idromassaggio. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un lettino. Il soggiorno ha un divano grande e comodo (non estraibile). Sono disponibili anche letti supplementari con due letti singoli e dimensioni.

Situato nel prestigioso Coal Harbour, il condominio è: un isolato dalla Seawall che collega a Stanley Park; di fronte a Urban Fare (un droghiere di fascia alta), un Shoppers Drug Mart, un 7-11, uno Starbucks, un negozio di liquori e molto altro.
C'è una fermata dell'autobus all'ingresso posteriore dell'edificio, oppure sei a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Skytrain di Burrard o Waterfront.
Inoltre, a pochi minuti a piedi, ti troverai sulle eleganti strade di Alberni e Robson e in molti hotel a 5 stelle.
La vista:
Una delle nostre cose preferite da fare è svegliarci e gustare la colazione nella sala da pranzo con vista sul porto turistico di Coal Harbour, sullo Stanley Park, sul Lion's Gate Bridge e su West Vancouver. Un altro favorito è ottenere cibo fresco dal droghiere dall'altra parte della strada, gustando un pasto e buon vino nel nostro delizioso patio! I tramonti sono spesso spettacolari!
Comfort:
Adoriamo il nostro posto e l'abbiamo messo a nostro agio con finiture e impianti di fascia alta, tra cui televisori 4K e cavo ad alta definizione, home theater Bose, Netflix e altro ancora. La nostra casa è perfetta per una famiglia in viaggio con bambini, viaggiatori d'affari, coppie e viaggiatori esigenti.

Avrai accesso alla lavanderia interna, al barbecue, alla palestra e alla vasca idromassaggio nell'edificio e ad un parcheggio (con preavviso).

My family and I enjoyed our extended stay here. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit - great communion and made everything easy for us.
The location and view of Coal Harbour Marina were excellent. Building staff was also friendly and the on-site gym and parking were really nice amenities.

My experience using VERBO was wonderful. My host Rahim could not have been more professional and very nice as well. The unit was as described and in my favorite area of Vancouver known as Coal Harbour. I would highly recommend this unit you will not be disappointed .

The condo was well situated, close to the seawall, grocery shopping, bus and downtown. It was clean and had everything I needed and space for my family when they came to visit. Hosts Rahim and Sarah were extremely friendly and helpful. I spent a month there and was very, very happy.

A First Class & Unforgettable Experience
As an avid and frequent world traveler for the past 25 years, staying most times at private accommodations, I must say this stay was one of the best, if not THE BEST hospitality from a Host that I have experienced. Rahim was always attentive, promptly responsive, and authentic. I was so impressed with his genuine interest to ensure that my 2 month stay was a 5 star experience.. Any requests I had, or any minor problems were very promptly dealt with.
The property, building and area were very quiet, very comfortable, with outstanding views in a central location in the relatively quiet neighborhood of Coal Harbor in downtown Vancouver. The kitchen was well stocked( which is always important to me). The beds were comfortable and the apartment spacious. Lots of natural light, so very bright. The portable air conditioners were instrumental on hot summer days. My guests were very comfortable with their bedroom and bathroom separated from the main living area.
Rahim's listing disclosed construction next door that had been halted in 2019 and upon request, he satisfied me that there would be no construction during my stay. I appreciated this.
I have no hesitation in recommending this property to others and if the opportunity arises, would book it again.

Amazing Views & Service!
RJ and his sister were so accommodating and welcoming! Were very kind to ask if there was anything we'd need before we arrived and stocked the refrigerator with water and tea for us. The location and views can't be beat! Great walking distance to restaurants, sites, and wonderful grocery market/deli. Thank you for a great stay!

Charming host, great location, cute apartment, epic views
In today's world of corporate-owned vacation rentals, solely designed to maximize profit, it's refreshing to stay in a place where a real person truly cares about the quality of your stay. Rahim and his associate Michelle consistently went above and beyond expectations to make our vacation memorable for a lifetime. Vancouver is such an amazing place to spend time, but when you have a private parking spot and so many of the city's most desirable activities and landmarks right outside your door, you are in control of your own destiny! The apartment itself was well-sized for a small family like ours, one couple and a small child. The amenities you expect are all there, and if something is missing you can count on the host to make it happen. So stop clicking around and stay at Rahim's place. You might find yourself doing what we did... watching sea-planes gracefully descend into the harbor right past your giant floor-to-ceiling windows, cup of coffee in hand, with a look of amazement and satisfaction on your face.

Vancouver work trip
The apartment building is in a perfect location in a tightly secured building. The views of the harbor are amazing. It was clean and very lovely inside. RJ and Michelle were extremely easy to work with and responded immediately. I would highly recommend it.

Comfortable apartment with terrific view
We really enjoyed our stay. Rahim was extremely helpful preparing us for our stay and check-in/check-out was seamless and easy. The apartment is clean and well maintained, and has a phenomenal view of the water. Rahim stocked the kitchen with a ton of bottled waters along with some other nice touches like beer, wine and berries. Applicances all worked easily. The building is quiet and easily navigated. We enjoyed the Coal Harbour location as it was clean and quiet while in easy walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go in the city.

Amazing Property, Service, and Location
Service, service, service....that must surely be Rahim's middle name! We stayed in Rahim's lovely property in late July 2018. He personally met us at the property, walked us up and through the property, pointed out neighborhood places to go and things to do; he was a complete delight! We traded a few texts with him before, during, and after our stay, and we left thinking of him more like a friend rather than a property host!
This property has a fabulous location just a block or so up from the waterfront. There are scores of restaurants within easy walking distance, and be sure to check out the wonderful grocery a block away, too! We purchased meat and cheeses for a charcuterie board and ate at "home" on the small patio, watching the waterfront and the neighborhood come to life one night.
The kitchen had absolutely everything we could possibly need - Rahim and his lovely wife must share many great meals in this space! The patio, kitchen, living room and dining area all have beautiful views and have been designed to accentuate those views without sacrificing comfort or privacy.
The master bed/bath was perfect for us. The second bedroom is small and would work well for 2 children, as noted in the property details. Our stay happened during an unusual heatwave for Vancouver, and Rahim had air conditioning in the children's bedroom and the living area. He offered to move the AC from the 2nd bedroom to the master, and this meant a 2.5 hour trip for him (each way!!), see---service!! We only had one more night, so we managed just fine with the many fans provided.
From the very beginning planning stages, I felt completely at ease with Rahim and took his advice on restaurants, grocery, bars, sites, and strolls along the waterfront. You will LOVE this property and Rahim himself! The worst part was leaving, so you can be assured we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Location
The unit was as represented and RJ was upfront and communicated well. This well kept relaxed location provides easy access to the harbor and Stanley Park, as well as the faster paced activity on Robson or downtown. Easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and groceries etc. We rented bicycles for the week and would ride the Seawall every morning. Went to Bard on the Beach for theater, Salmon fishing from Horseshoe Bay, and enjoyed numerous restaurants (Joe Fortes, Seasons in the Park, Teahouse.) All very accessible.

Amazing view and host!
My family and I had a wonderful time in Rahim’s apartment. The location was perfect and the view...amazing! We felt very much at home and had everything we needed. We came during a heat wave, so Rahim was kind enough to provide us with plenty of fans to keep the apartment cool. The fridge was also stocked with waters, which was a nice touch. It was perfect. We had so much fun walking around and exploring the city. Rahim made us feel so comfortable and was so kind to check in occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. He even provided us with a city guide for hot spots and things to do. I give him 5 stars...would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, great view!
I stayed with my family in Rahim's apartment for 5 days, and we loved it. The location is great - we could do everything walking and used the car (that was parked in his garage) only to visit some turistic places outside Vancouver.
The apartment was very clean, the view of the bay was amazing and it had everything we needed - all the kitchen tools, bathroom necessities and even a basket for picnic. Although it's not a big apartment, it's ok for 4 adults IF two of them don't mind sleeping in the TV room, close to the kitchen.
We got to Stanley Park in a 10 min walk, to the Waterfront Station in another 10min and had many options of restaurants nearby.
The owner was very friendly, answered all our questions and sent us a document with some recommendations of places we could visit or activities we could do. We were received with some fresh fruits and cold drinks in the refrigerator and Rahim sent us messages more than once asking if everything was ok.
When we go back to Vancouver, we'll try to stay in his apartment again for sure.

Great location and beautiful views!
My family and I had a great stay at Rahim's condo. The views are stunning and the condo was very comfortable and clean. We loved the location. We could walk to Stanley Park to rent bikes and also walk to the downtown area. The second bedroom is perfect for kids. My 8 year old son liked the loft bed and my older son slept on an air mattress on the floor. It would be too tight for adults, but great for children. Rahim was a very considerate host. We loved our time in Vancouver!

Beautiful Condo in an Excellent Location!
This place was a great choice for our family vacation to Vancouver. Coal Harbour is a beautiful area and a convenient starting point for enjoying everything that the city has to offer... just a few minutes walk from the Sea Wall, Stanley Park, the Aquarium, Robson Street, Granville Island, Gastown, etc, etc, etc.
The condo unit is tastefully decorated and offers all of the conveniences of home. It is VERY clean! The unit is open, bright and airy with a nice view of the harbour (with Stanley Park, the Lions Gate Bridge, and North Vancouver in the background).
The owners of the condo are first-class VRBO hosts - warm, friendly, and very welcoming! We were met promptly at the condo to pick-up the key. We were given a quick tour and received a tutorial on using the ample and high-quality electronic devices in the unit. There was even a complimentary cold beer (pop for the kids), which was just what the doctor ordered after our long trip from Toronto 😀�. Our hosts went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had a great trip!
I would highly recommend this condo. Stay here... you will be glad you did!

Beautiful apartment - exactly as shown in the photos
We stayed here for four nights over the Canada Day Weekend. Rahim greeted us with lemonade and ice tea and was very gracious. He was available by text if we needed anything. The apartment is lovely with a beautiful view of Coal Harbour. The kitchen well appointed. We cooked several times. The Seawall is basically across the street and we rented bikes and rode all over the city as well as Stanley Park. The view is as shown. We stayed here with our two adult sons which I would not recommend. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a bed for a small child in the other. This place is perfect for two adults with younger children but really wasn't suitable for 4 adults. I don't blame the owners, it was my fault for not thinking it thru. If you are looking for a lovely place with an amazing view of Coal Harbour - this is your place.
