L'unità 1-103 si trova al piano terra dell'edificio altamente desiderabile. È dotato di un ampio lanai, una cucina ristrutturata e due bagni ristrutturati. Bldg 1 is a great location to the BBQ, pool and closest to the beach. It was well stocked with beach chairs/toys, lots of towels and one laundry detergent pack. We also had plenty of paper towels and trash bags for the entire stay.

Some deferred maintenance and needs some interior refreshing to make the unit shine. Love the proximity to Kam 3 and walkable to nearby shops/restaurants.

My family and I stayed in this unit for a month this summer. First, let me say, Sharon, the owner is extremely easy to work with, very communicative, and understanding.
The unit itself is perfect for families with children, which we have two. There is a huge lawn area right outside the sliding door where they can run around and play with no worries. It is also located a very short distance from the grills and the pool. But the best part, you are a very short 2 minute walk right across the street from the beautiful Kamaole III beach. We walked there almost every day and were able to enjoy amazing sunsets. You can also sit right on the lanai and see them as well!
The unit is fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies you need including spices and seasonings. There are three beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkel gear ready to use on the lanai.
We had an incredible time in Maui and in this unit. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again!

We've stayed in Kihei a number of times over the last handful of years, a couple times a year. The location of 1-103 is great. Nice split distance between going to the pool or the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances. No spices, salt/pepper or things like that, so plan accordingly. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Bed was nice too. I had a tough time setting up the bedroom tv, but facilities helped me out with that.
Would have been nice to have a beach umbrella, and I'm sure at some point there was one. It must have gone missing, so we rented one. Sharon is a great communicator and left me no doubt check in/out would be smooth, and it was.
All in all, great condo in Kamaole Sands.

Condo needs some owner attention. The furniture is dated and sparse, lighting is way too harsh, old carpeting in bedroom but biggest issue is the poorly stocked kitchen. No mixing or serving bowls, no decent glassware, no oven mitts, random cutlery. We had only one tea towel. The condo bedroom is also 3 feet away from the elevator and mail boxes so constant traffic right at the bedroom window.

Loved our stay at Kamaole Sands. We loved the large lanai and this unit is close to the beach , pool and barbecues. Our children and grandchildren also stayed in different units so we had a wonderful family vacation. The grounds are beautiful.

Have stayed at Kameole Sands previously and love the location. First time at Sharon's place and would stay here again! Has all the amenities needed for comfortable stay. Sharon was very responsive and very easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Several beaches, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was a nice area to sit and relax in the afternoon evening. I loved the turtle talk that was offered Friday morning.

The property is exceptional. The location is great, right across the street from the beach and walking distance to stores/restaurants. The location of this unit is NOT good. It is right beside the elevator for building #1 with the bedroom window less than 3 metres away. You hear people arriving at 1AM and departing as early as 4AM every day.

Had a great time at this unit. Both beds were comfortable. Amazing location in the complex to the beach and pool. It was very quiet.
Only thing I would ask for is to have 4 beach chairs and a couple boogie boards.

We had a wonderful time in Maui and the condo was perfect for us! I loved waking up every morning and sitting outside listening to the fountain and seeing the view of the ocean! The property is beautiful and location is great! We will look to book this condo again next year!

Wonderful stay!
We absolutely love kamaole sands and this unit was the perfect location within the complex. Our girls had a blast on the beautiful grassy area while we enjoyed drinks in the lanai. What a dream. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I really liked how close this unit was to the beach. Super easy to carry all of our beach stuff down and go back and forth for meals as needed all day. I also really appreciated that when the dishwasher was on the fritz, the owner communicated swiftly and worked to get it fixed. So wonderful to have prompt help. Liked that the grocery store was a reasonable walk, as were a few restaurants. Beautiful property- the gardens were so perfectly maintained.

My daughter and I stayed in this property over spring break. We really liked being on the ground level. I enjoyed my morning coffee in the shade enjoying the peek a boo view of the ocean and the beautiful gardens.
The unit is exactly like the pictures, comfortable and clean. We did not need to use the air conditioner as the breeze and fans kept us cool.

We had a lovely stay at the Kamaole Sands 1-103. The ground floor location was just fantastic for our 5 and 3 year old to run out and play in the grass. The complex is very family friendly and only a short walk to Kam III beach. We loved it and would come back.

Amazing Location, cozy space, perfect family getaway!
We had the most amazing time staying in this rental. The owners were super responsive and accommodating to our needs. The place was cozy and equipped for families on a beach vacation. Beach towels, beach chairs and even bogie boards were available for use for our family. The surrounding area was perfect with the beach across the street, a fantastic beach view from our patio and restaurants at walking distance. Would love to stay here again in our next visit!

The best thing about this property is its location across the street from a beautiful beach. It also has a very nice large lenai. It has a good kitchen and beach chairs and coolers for when you head to the beach. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the back bedroom the best and there is a little noise from people using the elevator right outside the bedroom window. Overall this is a great place!

Well appointed accommodations
Had a great stay at Kamaleo Sands, every amenity provided and loved the beautiful grounds and short walk to everything included park/beach right across the street. The only hiccup was that the louvered bedroom window was right next to the elevator and breezeway so some traffic and noise through the night after retiring, but earplugs fixed that issue. Overall, highly recommend this accommodation and booking processes were very smooth. Mahalo!

Aloha...The condo was perfect for our needs. Love the bottom floor lanai. Great for my 7 yo grandson to run about the gorgeous, very well taken care of grounds. The unit is good size. Everything worked. And we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. Spent alot of time at the pool. And loved the beach right across the street. We will return to this condo in the future. Mahalo

Location and ground floor large lanai was excellent.
Master bed and bath was very nice.
Pull out sofa was very uncomortable to sleep on.
A large hard sided cooler would have been very useful. Two small soft sided coolers were available to use and one had a broken zipper. We purchased a couple soft coolers from the grocery store and left one behind.
Overall a great vacation.

My husband and I stayed at 1this location for two weeks for our 25th anniversary. It was located close to shops, restaurants and beaches. We traveled all around the island sight seeing but it was nice to come back to the condo to relax in the evening. The pool was very convenient to have for afternoons or evenings when we didn't want to be at the beach. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect being across the street from Kamole Beach Park 3. It is perfect for watching the sunsets or walking in the evenings as well as swimming during the day. My husband and I will definitely return.
