Perfect location! Neat, clean and orderly. Not updated and modern, but I knew that going in and was perfectly fine with it. It was pleasant. Saw a roach, not uncommon in the area though. Didn’t seem to be from uncleanliness. Ran out of toilet paper…kind of a faux pas.

This condo has everything you need and it is budget-friendly. The pool-front stay is great for the price and the condo is close to everything. We have stayed here twice and had a great stay both times.

Great location to all the shops, activities, restaurants, and the beaches. The place was just what we were looking for.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time exploring Saint Simon Island. Condo was convenient to the pier. We went down to the pier area daily and visited other sites. Great place!

Exactly as the other reviews state. This was a last minute booking and we felt lucky to find another condo in OW as we were already there. However I would never book this unit again. Very old and outdated, all woodwork is in bad shape, no iron or ironing board and not even a spatula to use if we wanted to cook. The only clean feeling thing in the unit was the refrigerator. We met the owner, who is very nice, I just have a different idea of nice and clean.

Location good, Did not realize we had no washer or dryer. Really just good for 2 Adults, 1 of the Beds horrible. The cleaning could get under the futon and other places. But my 6 year old cleaned those for you. Kinda worried about the taped together facuet, but it worked. Loved the location.

The location and property are fantastic. A short walk to the village and restaurants. The pools, playground, and lake on property were perfect. I would absolutely return to Ocean Walk on our next visit, but I likely would not book this unit again. The property manager did allow us to pay an extra fee to check in early/check out late- which was greatly appreciated. But it was difficult to get information about our stay, we didn't receive the unit number until we were already in the car driving there. It seemed we were lacking the most basic check in details and had to message several times. We rent a lot and typically receive an email with all the details, so this was a first where I had to ask where I was going. The unit itself is no frills, the complex as a whole is older, but many units have been updated. We had family staying in 4 other units so we got to see a couple for comparison (including in the same building)- ours was by far the most outdated. However, our unit was also the most affordable. Considering we didn't spend much time in the unit, it worked for our needs this time around. My biggest complaint about the unit is the smell- smells like it was smoked in for many years and it has seeped in to everything in there. The two couches are stained/well worn and the shag rug seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed. Overall you get what you pay for. If you want to save money and just have a homebase, book this unit. If you want a more cozy unit to spend time in, look for other units in the same complex (A10 is the same size/layout but updated!).

Location is excellent- close walk to town, playground, pool, clubhouse, and fishing pond were enjoyed by all Owner had an information sheet on the counter upon arrival with codes to access clubhouse, pool, etc. The info sheet had brief checkout procedures. One of the bullets on this sheet mentioned that the bathroom sink will drain, but it drains slowly. We didn’t think anything of it, but did notice about 4 inches of water in the sink at arrival. This sink KEPT water (hairs, etc.) in it for the length of our stay. We had the kids and ourselves to brush teeth at the kitchen sink. When arriving back in from dinner one evening and entering the bathroom, we discovered 1/4 in. of water covering the floor and the sink overflowing. The drain was backing water up into the sink and spilling onto the floor. We cleaned it up and informed the owner. We received an apology and a thank you for the information. Keep in mind that the info sheet on the counter mentioned slow drainage. (Owner was already aware of an issue/concern) It didn’t mention lack of drainage and back flow from the drain to cover the floor.

My family and I had a great visit to SSI. The unit was perfect for our little family and right across from the pool.

I love the location but my only suggestion is that the owner update the two full size mattresses. Me nor my friends slept very well both nights we stayed. The mattress is old and bow and very uncomfortable.

Overall the stay was great and the condo was clean. The only mishaps was the drain in the tub. Seeing that my spouse is a plumber I had to hear about the situation. We would definitely stay again.

Loved walking to the pier area! Pool clean and not crowded.

This place was not at all like the pictures suggested. It was dirty, smelt of cigarettes' smoke. The carpets were disgusting, the dishes needed to be cleaned before we used them. The bathroom needs some work as there seems to be water damage everywhere. Overall not a pleasant stay. Going to request my cleaning fee back at a minimum, as its obviously not being used to clean the place.

There was issues about supply shortage. There was not any extra toilet paper or garbage bags

When I first walked in the look of the place was good but had strong odor of cigarette smoke. We had issues with the plugs. Several plugs either did not work or what we would plug in wouldn't stay in the socket. There was a futon that someone was supposed to be able to sleep on, luckily I didn't need it because the zipper was busted on the side of the cushion and stuffing was hanging out. Would suggest putting better curtains in the bedroom. The light from outside shines in the bedroom at night straight through the sheer curtains. Also the blinds in the livingroom need to be fixed, missing alot of them. I founds some shoved under one of the sofas in the livingroom. I have stayed at Ocean Walk before several years ago and may again one day but just not sure if I would choose this particular condo again.

Was very close to all the shops and very easy to get to the beach from condo. The pool is right next to the condo which was a huge hit with the kids. The WiFi was the only thing we could not understand, but we didn’t miss it at all! Great place for the price.

I can’t remember the condo number, but it was very nice. We have been staying at Ocean Walk for over 20 years in differant condos. Yes, we like the complex very much. This unit served me and my 2, early 20s, sons perfectly. The location in the complex is great, and the owners are very easy to communicate with. Very comfortable condo. It will be the first place that I check for availability when I return to SSI. All good, Pura Vita.

My daughters and I enjoyed our beach vacation at this location. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The property was great and the location right by the pool was convenient. It was very close to all the things we wanted to do… Biking, beach, restaurants, pier, etc. I would definitely return.

The washer and dryer didn’t work , the TV in bedroom was old and real small not flat screen like it said . Bathroom wall paper peeling . Room wasn’t clean . No pool towels like advertised . Second pool very small . Check in time is very late and check out time to early . Will never rent there again

Everything was absolutely perfect. It was a little week get away and it was wonderful. The pools was wonderful. The condo was great. And the people around were all so nice. Definitely will be coming back and likely renting this place again!

We had an amazing girls trip. My daughters, grand-daughter and I stayed through the week at this quaint condo. It was the perfect location, close to the beach, pier, and right beside of the swimming pool. We probably could have walked to the pier but a toddler made that difficult so we drove. We will definitely be back!

The property was as-advertised. It was clean and the location was great. It is very affordable and you get actually what you pay for! The pool is steps from the door and it both big and clean. Will be back when we return to St. Simons!

We loved the location of this unit on St Simons. It was in a complex with great amenities, walking distance to the park and the lighthouse/pier area. The unit itself fit our needs as a comfortable place to rest in between activity.
