Fantastica proprietà fronte mare su tutti gli sport e il lago privato Ackerson. La casa offre aria centrale, nuovo molo, pontone e facciata sabbiosa. La casa estremamente pulita offre tutto il necessario per il divertimento del lago! La casa è ben tenuta con camera da letto principale di livello principale e 4 camere da letto al piano superiore. Tanto spazio per ospitare la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici. L'open space scorre bene ed è perfetto per intrattenere. Due bagni al livello principale per un facile accesso e una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice al livello principale. Grande cucina con elettrodomestici e stoviglie incluse. Questa casa estiva è molto vicina a numerosi campi da golf, trappole, cantine, casinò e lo zoo di Binder Park. Inizia a goderti tutto ciò che il lago ha da offrire! Everything was great and just what we needed

Loved the quiteness of the lake, great veiws, grandkids enjoyed swimming and fishing

My family (along with parents), enjoyed 5 nights at the home. It was large enough for everyone to have their own space. Everything you may need is in the home. Having the boat to use was a nice bonus, along with the floating lake toys. We were literally there to live on the lake as much as possible - fish, float, sun and relax.

Absolutely breathtaking and beautiful love this place

All information in listing was accurate. Home was very well stocked and perfectly clean. The owner and neighbor were both very helpful in answering questions. I would highly recommend this property. The only caution is that most of the parking requires crossing the road, and cars tend to travel too fast along this road.

The house was airy with cool lake colors and lots of family feel. All of our needs were seen to and the manager of the property was friendly and so helpful. It was cool whilst we were there but roasted hot dogs, made s’mores, kids caught all kinds of small fish, and grams here just sat back and enjoyed watching my family experience the Michigan experience I was raised in.
Back to Texas with good fun memories.

We had a wonderful family time enjoying the lake! Loved the slow pace and quiet lake. Had plenty of room for all of us and the stocked kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook or eat out. I especially appreciated the extra fridge. Neighbor was friendly and quite helpful with questions we had. We'll be back!

I wish that I owned a house like this! I would spend every available moment watching the water or cruising around the lake in the pontoon boat. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Everything was exactly as the listing showed. We had a great week at the lake house with our family. We may be back again!

Perfect spot for family vacation
The property manager was friendly & responsive. The house was clean & accommodating for our large family with kids & babies. We especially loved how peaceful the lake was.

It was our first attempt at a 5 day vacation with all the grown children and the grandchildren.14-16 in all, from 6mos. To 40yrs.
Finding a place, not a hotel, was proving to be hard. Until I seen the cottage on Ackerson Lake.
This lake cottage ended up being exactly what we needed.
The place was just as it looked, homey and spaceous. The water access was easy and parking was simple. The neighbors were kind and helpful. Even the weather cooperated for us!

The caretaker was next door were very welcoming and helpful. Owner was very gracious and pleasant as well. This property is a true diamond. The people involved with it make it that way.

Plenty of room and fully stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock and the boat. Found plenty to do when the rain came some even went swimming in the rain. The cottage had plenty of room to do things other than fish and swim. Neighbors where very helpful and pleasant

Lived our best lake life
We had a great time at this house. Two picnic tables, fire pit for s’mores, music, and stories. Plenty of space at the dinning room table for a group of 6-8 to play some cards late in the evening (or was it early in the morning?).
The small town of Brooklyn had some great shops to visit and the Cascade Falls are pretty neat to see (the cool light show started at 10pm the night we visited). Also there is a very nice putt putt golf course in Jackson.
The boat is a little rough, but more than perfect for the price we paid. The ceilings in the kitchen, dinning room, living room are low so I would not recommend this house for anyone over 6’4”, but since our group maxed out at 6’3” it was perfect!

Great spot on quiet lake
We had a wonderful week on this small, quiet lake. It was great for the 7 young kids that were all just starting to try water activities. Lake was clear and sandy bottom, some weeds as you get further out, but perfect for swimming all day...which we did! Owners were wonderful to work with and quick to respond, always friendly. A few issues with the boat, but no major mishaps. Neighbors were friendly and helpful as well. Fantastic trip.

Great summer getaway
The cottage was a great place for our family group of 12. It was really clean, the neighbors were friendly and so helpful, the owner answered my question quickly. We enjoyed the pontoon boat and the paddle boat. The kids enjoyed fishing off of the dock and paddle boat. A great vacation. We hope to return next year. Thanks

Just like Grandma’s house!
We really enjoyed our stay. The home had speckled counter tops and older furniture and decor-making it feel cozy and comfortable like visiting grandmas house. 5 bedrooms was unheard of for us, the kids were excited to have their own room! The use of the pontoon boat was a super fun bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed each day. The lake is small, manageable, shallow, and warm-perfect for us. The house is well equipped with anything you might need and the owners were the most responsive, friendly, and on the ball of any VRBO rental we’ve had. Thumbs up!
