I cannot say enough about this place. It is on the most beautiful beach where we only saw other humans twice during our entire trip. Just 5 stairs down and we were on the most gorgeous, isolated beach. We spent a lot of time exploring other beaches, and all agreed that our favorite one was the right in our own yard. The house was everything we needed, and the owners were so helpful, meeting us right after our flight arrived so we could check in early. We could not have had a better time or a better place to stay!

We had a great time at Rayanns. We were greeted as soon as we got to the rental property. Very welcoming host and happy to answer all of our questions. The place was perfectly clean and we were provided a fresh loaf of bread along with some other drinks in the fridge to kick off our stay. We were pretty close to everything. The farthest we traveled was to the Tropic of Cancer beach that took about an hour to get there. Absolutely worth the drive. We were only about 5 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from most of everything else. Our hosts were easy to get a hold of and the house was stocked with plenty of towels and even some snorkeling gear. The washer and dryer at the rental was really helpful to have as well. The gorgeous view and easy access to the beach made our family trip a fabulous escape. Our friends rented the unit next to us so it was nice to be close so our kids could run around together and we could all eat meals together on the porch facing the ocean. We had the best time! Definitely book a stay here. You will love it!

We really loved our stay. Mildred is so kind and showed us around the home. The location is great with the three sisters right outside your door. Beautiful views and beach.

Our family stayed at RayAnn's for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us and our two teenage boys. You can't beat the views. We loved having the beach right out the back door. And, everything else was close by - restaurants, grocery, other beaches. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again.

Stayed on Ray side for two weeks. Perfect location close enough to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect spot to relax and forget the real world. Everyone on the island was super friendly. We had an issue with the AC unit and it was fixed the same day! Mildred was lovely to deal with, quick to respond to any questions and even left us a cell phone to use for local phone calls! We are already planning a return trip!!!

We stayed in “Ray” for a week and were greeted by Mildred with a fresh loaf of bread and cold drinks in the fridge. Communication with her and Isadora leading up to the trip and while we were there was wonderful. The place was perfect for the two of us and you can’t beat the views. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality, especially when they let us add an extra night at the last minute, without hesitation, when our flight home was cancelled. Thank you again for everything…we can’t wait to come back!

This is out second stay at Rayann's and third time on the island since 2019. It never disappoints!
The location is a 10/10- right on the beach and you barely ever see anyone out there.
The home is spacious and has everything you need! Plus the fresh Bahamian bread Mildred left us is to die for.
We are already thinking about our next stay at Rayann's!

We chose RayAnn's Beach House for a couple reasons. The main one being all of it's amazing reviews which were spot on! We couldn't agree more! RayAnn's was centrally located on a beauiful stretch of beach. Hardly a sole in sight most days. We would recommend the beach house to anyone wanting to explore Exuma. Mildred and Isadora were such gracious hosts and you could tell how much pride they took in their rental as it was in pristine condition.

Simply wonderful. Spent most of the stay sitting on the couch with the patio doors open just watching the water. We brought some food with us and made full use of the very well equipped kitchen.

The hosts were fabulous and so responsive to any of our needs. The beach was literally 20 steps from the deck. The hosts were gracious enough to bring a birthday cake for my best friend and husband who both turned 50 which was the reason for the trip. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The beach house is only 6 minutes from the airport on a sparsely developed section of 3 Sisters beach. It was almost like we had the beach to ourselves. The property was spotless and very well appointed. Small convenience stores and restaurants were only a short drive away. Mildred met us upon arrival and after a thorough walk-through of the property and she answered all our initial questions. Without any unexpected issues we soaked up the sun and sand.

Property is just as described, it is a great place for a small family to have a peaceful getaway. Property is right on the water with a great size beach, awesome deck to relax on and enjoy the views. Each room has a balcony as well for fresh air and views. Clean, great cross breeze if you don’t want the air on and the air works excellent if the night is too sticky to keep the windows open. There isn’t a ton to do at night but the host had plenty of family friendly games to play in the Vrbo. Mildred even brought over a birthday cake for my moms birthday! She was very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Mildred and Isadora welcomed us to their darling beach house and set the tone for a wonderful trip. The house was clean, bright and had all we needed. It’s in a great location to experience Exuma life. Thank you, sisters!

What a great property with plenty of room, clean and well appointed, incredible views, beautiful beach steps away from a fantastic beach. Mildred met us at the property with a loaf of fresh locally made bread, gave us a tour of the house and had recommendations for places to eat, shop and explore with flyers and vendor info for tons of other places. She made sure we had internet and then was on her way. There were 3 of us and we were super comfortable in the 2 bed and 2.5 baths. Both bedrooms are upstairs and one has a balcony overlooking the ocean with beautiful sunrises. The beach was great and you can swim, take walks or just relax on the back deck or down by the water.
The location is just minutes from the airport and close to a number of restaurants going north and then plenty more towards Georgetown.
Overall an easy 5 stars and just a beautiful property and we would definitely come back and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is beautiful and the beach is quiet which was perfect for relaxation. Mildred was very communicative and helpful in all areas. The house is comfortable for a family of 4 with two small children.

A beautiful, clean place in a nice remote area but not to far from all the necessities! Mildred was very welcoming and helpful. The house is so clean and exactly what the description says. The beach is beautiful and the water as beautiful no matter how rough or calm the sea is. Snorkeled right off beach, kayaked to 3 sisters and then decided to kayak to duck cay (island to right of 3 sisters.) hoopers Bay is a must to swim with the turtles. We enjoyed dinner at Palapas (Grand Isle, make reservations.) so many wonderful memories made…..

The duplex with extremely clean and the beach was fantastic with snorkeling opportunities right off of the beach. The water was a rough for several of our days there, but we were still able to enjoy it. The beach is composed of a nice sand without many shells and is not overflowing with people. We only saw a few couples on the beach the entire time we were there. We had air conditioning issues our first day there, but Mildred and the repair man came out to get it working. There is a little grocery store and liquor store right down the road to grab some quick items. The main store on the island is a long journey, but if you plan your trip you won't have to go often. There are a lot of pamphlets and information in the unit about places to go and things to do while there. All of this was extremely helpful since it was our first time in Exuma. The prices of everything on the island are much higher than in the US, but everything is shipped in. I figure that's a small price to pay for such a beautiful place. We can't wait to get back for another visit. Thank you Mildred for letting us rent your place! It was amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rayann’s Beach House. We have two teenagers who shared the room with twin beds. The master overlooked the turquoise blue waters of Exuma. This house has views like no other. It felt like a private beach which was just what we were looking for! The house had everything we needed. It was nice to have a stocked kitchen we were able to easily cook in if we wanted to. Mildred and Isadora were very easy to get ahold of if needed and were so helpful and kind. We snorkeled right there on the beach and even out to the 3 sisters rocks and saw so many beautiful fish. We will definitely be going back to the Exumas and this will be our first choice of where to stay!

We had an amazing time at Rayann’s! The unit was just as described - very clean and very comfortable! It is steps from the beach. The views are incredible. There’s really no need to visit a ton of other beaches because one of the prettiest ones is right out your back door! The best part is that it’s very centrally located. Head south and you’re in Georgetown. Head north and you’re near the resorts and great restaurants. It truly is the best little beach house. Thank you, Mildred and Isadora, for letting us enjoy your place for the week! We’ll be back!

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Mildred's place; she has truly made this place a perfect home for travelers. It is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. There are beautiful sea views from almost every room. The rental had every little thing we could possibly need for cooking and enjoying the beach and the island. Everything worked perfectly and we were very comfortable. We will definitely return and have already recommended Rayann's to friends.

This was our third visit to Exuma and first time renting a home there (previously stayed at Peace & Plenty and Sandals). This is Fantastic location! Close to the airport, grocery/liquor stores, and the beach was gorgeous. We had a couple windy days but hearing the waves was great. The unit itself was very well maintained, clean, functional, and equipped with beach gear and anything you need to cook a meal! The host (Mildred) was so sweet and informative. Absolutely will recommend!

Rayanns was spectacular. From the moment I pulled up I was in awe.
Breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. The checkin was a dream thanks to Mildred who met me earlier than the designated check in time to accommodate me since my flight arrived early and the checkout was just as easy, when I was unable to get a cab she kindly drove me to the airport TOP NOTCH SERVICE which I am greatly appreciative for.
They have everything you could need for a beach trip, snorkeling gear, folding beach chairs you can take out to the water, beach towels, even sunscreen to get you started in case you forgot your own. Everything was very clean, stocked with extra toilet paper, towels, and paper towels.
My only recommendation is to bring food to this heavenly place because restaurants are terribly slow and they have everything you need in the rental INCLUDING a bbq pit outside!!

This property was just beautiful. Everything was very clean. All you need is yourself and time to relax and enjoy. The beach was often times empty. If you want peace and quiet and a beach for the most part to yourself look no further.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Rayanns. It is right on the beach and you can hear the waves at night with the windows cracked. The house was very clean, well stocked kitchen, and on a quiet strip of the beach. Ms. Mildred was waiting when we got there and took great care of us. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough about this little house right on 3 sisters beach. Mildred was waiting for us when we arrived. Check in process was easy and Mildred had arranged to get groceries for us prior to us arriving. This 2 bedroom home is magnificent and was the cleanest property I have seen in a while. She had a map for us and gave us all the info we needed for the island. The sunrises are amazing the beach is beautiful, the ocean was crystal clear. Paradise for sure! Thank you Mildred and family we will be back again!

Mildred and Isadora were amazing communicators. Their clean, beautiful property sits right on a stunning beach with lovely turquoise waters. On our first day when stores closed early, Mildred was kind enough to drive us over to the local grocery. The island of Exuma is full of friendly people, pristine, nearly-deserted beaches, and stunning jewel-like waters. Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is. Situated right on the most glorious beach I’ve ever seen, the house is SPOTLESSLY clean, the beds are comfy, the views breathtaking, and the amenities ample. The neighborhood is very quiet yet the property is 5 minutes from the airport, walking distance to a liquor store, and is conveniently located mid-island so you’re not too far from anywhere. Unforgettable vacation. This place is a real bargain. Looking into returning next year!

Rayann is a fabulous place and I would give it 10 stars if possible. The places was clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. It had all full size appliances and had all the comforts of home. The location was great, and everything was just a short drive away. The beach in front of the place was amazing, quiet, clean and easy access to the fabulous blue water. We highly recommend Rayann's and will stay there again on our next trip Great Exuma, Bahamas.

This house was 5 minutes from the airport, centrally located on the island, and Mildred is a sweet heart! I highly recommend this for you and your spouse, you and four girlfriends or guy friends, or a family of four! Beautiful beach right outside your door! We rented a car and explored the whole island. The people is great Exuma are so kind. Mildred bought us a bottle of wine for our ten year anniversary! Beds are comfy, house was so clean, there is a washer and dryer! Highly highly recommend!
