Absolutely beautiful place, very close to Sonoma square. Couldn't ask for more.

Great stay for a long weekend celebrating a friends birthday. The pics of the house did not do it justice, it was SO much better. We spent most of our time outside and in the kitchen area. One day we did a wine tour and did a few dinners out. Sonoma Wine Shop is a great stop before a dinner. We had a great dinner at Girl and the Fig. Property owners checked in on us and we very responsive. Definitely would stay again. Thanks so much for a great weekend!

The house was amazing location, so clean and in pristine condition, better than the pictures look! The pool was awesome, and the space was perfect... we were 6 girls and felt there was plenty of room...would return in a heartbeat!

It's a beautiful property in a gorgeous setting and the pool/hot tub is amazing. Everything was very well-maintained. Our main suggestion would be to increase the number of people who can sleep in the house from six to eight, as there is a lot of extra room and this would help guests to defray the cost of the stay.

This house was perfect for 6 friends from college reuniting to celebrating our 40th birthdays. It is close to wine tasting, restaurants, and hiking in the redwoods. Hot tub was fantastic for relaxing in the evenings. Bathrooms were clean and we had plenty of hot water. Owner was quickly responsive to any needs. Highly recommend!

Great property and wonderful owners. This was our third stay and as with the other occasions our expectations were met. The home is immaculate and well appointed with everything required. We were in Sonoma for a race weekend at Sonoma Raceway followed by a couple days visiting vineyards. The location is perfect literally minutes from Sonoma square, 15 minutes from Sonoma Raceway and 20ish minutes from downtown Napa. This will remain our preferred place to stay in Sonoma.

My spouse and two other couples stayed here on a long weekend trip to wine country. The place was absolutely amazing. Steve and Kathleen were great hosts! Pictures almost don’t do it justice. We would highly recommend staying here.

The house is beautiful! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. The home is well represented by the online photos. Kathleen texted me on arrival and offered any assistance we may need. We would definitely stay there again and/or recommend!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious home! Perfect for three couples! Had everything we could possibly need. En-suite bathrooms were wonderful to have and we enjoyed the large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining options, and hot tub. Nice location for morning walks and close to town as well. Owners were very thorough with check-in/check-out procedures and also with providing other information about the area. Easy to contact if we needed anything. We had an absolutely fabulous time and would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathleen and Steve's home in Sonoma! My friends and I planned a girls' trip to celebrate some impending nuptials, and this home was the perfect spot to stay. It's located close enough to easily get to the square to sample the restaurants and tasting rooms, yet far enough that the house is perfectly peaceful and quiet at night. Great communication throughout, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. We planned to have one full day of relaxing in the house, and the cozy living room furniture, fireplace, and entertainment system met all of our needs. The bedrooms were comfy, it was wonderful to have an ensuite for each room, and everything was SO clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - in fact, we agreed we might let our husbands come in the future! ;) Kathleen and Steve, thank you so much for being wonderful hosts and sharing your home with us for a much-needed weekend to recharge!

This was the perfect home to suit our group for a long wine country weekend. Perched among wineries on a quiet road, just a mile outside of the Sonoma square was a perfect location for relaxation and amenities. We cooked breakfast in the spacious and well equipped kitchen and unwinded by the fire at night. The home is meticulously kept, everything was clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Truly, the home is just as indulgent as the wine! We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and communication with the hosts throughout who were always helpful and prompt in their responses. We all felt truly relaxed and are so thankful to have stayed in such a wonderful home to catch up as a family and explore wine country. Thank you!

Six women stayed here for a 40th birthday getaway. The rooms were spacious and the en-suite bathrooms in each room were great. It was quiet, clean, and in the cutest neighborhood. We enjoyed wine and coffee on the back patio. Highly recommend this home!!!

Everything about this property was amazing! Location, communication, amenities, nearby restaurants and wineries etc … Thank you to the hosts for an amazing experience for me and my kids in surprising my husband for his 60th birthday.

The photos do not begin to do the home justice. When you first drive through the gates you greeted with a spectacular view of the home and landscape. Once inside you immediately notice the cleanliness and attention to detail. The back yard is a private oasis with beautiful pool and hot tub. The landscaping is meticulous and beautiful. Our group dined in two evenings and found the kitchen very well appointed. Great location only a few minute drive from downtown Sonoma attractions and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Traveled to Sonoma for a long weekend with friends. The house was a great place to stay with plenty of space for 3 couples. Having en suite bathrooms for each room was great. We enjoyed the outdoor space most evenings. And the location was perfect - away from everything to allow for a peaceful stay but close enough to bike in for dinner & shopping. The house was as described.

Let me begin by saying the pictures do not do this home justice. It is everything you see in the photos and more. I decided to celebrate earning my PhD with a girls trip to wine country. I booked this home because there were three of us total including myself and this home allowed each of us to have our own room, with a king size bed, and our own bathrooms. The locked gate, attentive home owners, and pre-stocked items were a plus! Kathleen and Steve were amazing hosts. I communicated with Kathleen prior to our arrival about everything from transportation to restaurants to visit. She approved an earlier check in time at my request because our flights arrived early. Upon our arrival we were thoroughly impressed with how immaculate the grounds were and the cleanliness of the home in general. There were a few things that required attention: ants in the kitchen, hair in the upstairs bathroom, unlocked windows that we could not lock, and dirty glasses in the cabinet However, Steve and Kathleen were very prompt in responding to our needs. I mean I texted Kathleen and within minutes I was receiving a text from Steve with a request to speak to me. More than that, the necessary vendors were at the home within the day to address our concerns. Steve provided verbal assistance and I was able to lock the windows properly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sunroom was perfect for morning breakfast, the upstairs balcony was perfect for my morning coffee, the pool area was nice for music and glasses of wine, and the area off from the upstairs bedroom was perfect for my morning yoga. I would highly recommend this home for a girls trip or couples trip. The only downside to this home is it's location if you are planning to explore Napa the way we planned to. Uber and Lyft services were very inconsistent during our stay. The taxi service was also pretty limited there are only two cars! I am an avid traveler and I am accustomed to having access to point A to point B transportation services so that was pretty frustrating. The home is located in Sonoma which is very close to Napa and having consistent transportation services would be ideal. Hiring a transportation service was not ideal for our trip because we didn't need someone to be with us all day at $75 an hour. So, I would say just keep that in mind. If you only plan to explore Sonoma it's perfect for that! Thank you Kathleen & Steve!

Perfect house for 3 couples to explore Sonoma. Very clean and well cared for with every amenity needed. Had coffee under the pergola every morning, cooled off in the pool in the afternoon and used the grill one night to stay in and enjoy wines from our tastings. Perfect home base to explore the area, within a short distance to the square for dinner, drinks and shopping. Would love to stay again when we are back in the area!

2nd time renting this beautiful Sonoma home. Great setup with a large kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. Perfect for family and/or friend gatherings. Love that each bedroom is an en-suite. Owners communicated throughout the process and responsive to inquiries.

Good space for a family.

The house was everything we hoped it would be. A perfect location in Sonoma - walking distance to the Square, but also quiet and great for morning walks. We loved having the pool, and the setup was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen had everything we needed, including plenty of wine glasses, a nice coffee maker, and a coffee bean grinder so we could make fresh coffee each morning. The owners were fantastic - very helpful and communicative. We will definitely be back.

This Sonoma house was the perfect place for us to enjoy our trip with friends! The house was spacious and clean, and the outdoor patio/pool area was beautiful! I highly recommend!

Five adults spent four nights at this beautiful property. We all loved it! The beds were comfortable, the house very clean, the grounds very well kept. It was extremely relaxing. We also appreciated that there was a good amount of basic supplies available compared to other properties we've rented. Things like trash bags, laundry detergent, spices, oil, paper goods... so nice not to need to purchase everything! Pool and hot tub were warm and inviting. The location was also excellent. It was close to many wineries and the wonderful restaurants/tasting rooms in Sonoma Square. We hope to return one day!

My friends and I had a great time at this home. There were six women. We didn't cook much but the kitchen had plenty of appliances and even some basic spices and tea we used during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was large and clean. We ordered dinner in one night and had plenty of room to eat in the dining room. We were hoping to use the hot tub but it needed a refinishing inside - couldn't tell if it was paint worn off or what. But otherwise a great stay.
