Benvenuti nella bella New Smyrna Beach; Segreto meglio custodito e valutato 'Best Beach della Florida' della Florida in Florida Magazine! Mozzafiato, vista panoramica sull'oceano dal momento in cui si apre la porta! Gusto, decorazioni spiaggia a tema in tutto.
Suoni sveglio per l'alba e rilassante delle onde. Godetevi la spiaggia di sabbia soffice! A pochi passi dalla storica Flagler Ave con numerose gallerie d'arte, boutique, ristoranti, e di intrattenimento.
Il nostro condominio spiaggia gioiello si trova al quarto piano; più vicina al lato dell'oceano; molto spazioso (1160 piedi quadrati zona giorno; di 250 piedi quadrati balcone); e completamente rinnovato con pavimenti in piastrelle, ripiani in granito in tutto; con e tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il vostro soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Spettacolare vista panoramica sull'oceano dal balcone; accesso attraverso soggiorno e camera matrimoniale. Grande per delfino, pellicano e shorebird guardare!
Il complesso Golden Arms è ben curato e ben mantenuto con una piscina riscaldata stagionalmente; shuffleboard; mettendo verde, WiFi gratuito e un sistema di sicurezza dell'edificio e gestione della proprietà.

Super clean and pool was nice and right on the beach. Even the construction on one side of property wasnt bad. Only issue was the noseeums they were bad outside but thats not really the properfault

Had a wonderful stay at Golden Arms in NSB. The owner was so kind and helpful. The condo is very nice and has a great location. It's very clean and the kitchen is completely stocked with all the cookware and utensils you would ever need. Nice large bedrooms and bathrooms-very comfortable. Fantastic views from the living room and the balcony. We would sit out on the balcony in the mornings and saw dolphins swimming. Would also sit out there at the end of the day when we came off the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joy for everything-we had a great time.

We’ve never been to New Smyrna and will be back. The location of the condo is perfect. You can walk to Flagler and shop and eat. The condo is very well equipped and has everything you’ll need. Very beautifully decorated!

Stayed at Joy’s while honoring the life of my dear aunt who lived in NSB my whole life. It was a treasure to bring my family back, stay in a lovely place and have such an easy time with the wonderful amenities. It was a breeze to get down to the pool and out to the beach, a huge plus with three little ones. The condo was the perfect set up for our family and we were able to have dinner multiple times with all the space and kitchen supplies. My kids loved staying in the twin beds, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. Joy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from before we even arrived. Will definitely look to rent here again in the future.

This oceanfront condo is fully renovated with bonus garage full of everything you need for the beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to Flagler Avenue.

The condo is in an excellent spot on the beach and walking distance to Flagler and all it offers. Everything was as advertised. The place was very nice, clean and well maintained. Joy was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is very well equipped, it has everything you need plus more. The Keurig was a huge hit! The owner is excellent with communication. The complex is safe, clean and friendly. Guests as well as residents at the pool are all courteous and friendly. Definitely a favorite of ours. We stayed in NSB 7 times and in this complex three times, in two different units. Ground floor was nice when we had younger kids for easy access in and out of the condo, but the 4th floor views from this condo are spectacular. Spent every morning sipping coffee and eating breakfast while the sun rose up. NSB is such a great town, love walking the beach, driving cars and buggies on the beach, the food trucks for treat and playing in the ocean. One change we noticed this year is that you can no longer rent wave runners - very sad. They only offer guided tours in NSB now. Hoping it's just a covid thing and the business comes back to NSB. But boat rentals are still available and greatly enjoyed being on the water. You will love it here.

A beautiful condo with a great view of the beach. Clear and easy check in and out instructions. Very clean and nicely decorated. A garage for my car. Plenty of beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys. Large pool. Hoping to rent this unit again in the future.

We have been coming to NSB for about 10 years and visit every 6 months, this condo is by far the best we have had the pleasure to rent. Joy is absolutely wonderful and her communication from the moment we booked to check out has been spectacular! The condo was sparkling clean and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The ocean view and the pool grounds were amazing and all of our favorite shops and restaurants were in very close walking distance. It is our hope that we can rent this condo again in the near future.

We had a wonderful week at Joy’s condo. The place was perfect for our family vacation (and better than I expected based on the pictures.) We loved:
- view. You’re right on the water. We could hear the waves lulling us to sleep and in the mornings saw dolphins.
- unit is well stocked. This is not one of those cheapo rentals that gives you one roll of toilet paper and one set of towels. The condo is clearly well stocked and maintained. Anything we needed was there — disinfectant wipes, paper goods, foil, ziploc bags, salt & pepper, olive oil, and all the kitchen tools. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas and a few beach toys.
- building is well maintained. There was someone cleaning the common areas and pool every morning.
- dedicated parking spot in garage. Joy’s has one of the best spots, steps from the condo entrance
- washer & dryer. No W/D in unit but we didn’t mind using a common one. A 30 second walk down the hall and easy to pay by CC
Highly recommend for an easy, charming beach getaway.

We have stayed at several condo's and this one by far exceed our expectations in every way. Joy was in constant touch with us thru out our stay to make sure we were having a good time and didn't need anything. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need on your vacation, Joy it was a pleasure staying here and we will definitely book this Condo again.

This was our first visit to New Smyrna Beach and we enjoyed it very much. The condo has a very good location, being within walking distance to Flagler Avenue. Highly recommend The Golden Arms.
