The contract isn't provided until after the money is paid. I didn't get a text about it until the morning of. I didn't receive an email which is the way I like to conduct business. It indicates that I essentially hold you harmless. So, if a short in your electrical wiring causes a fire and kills us then you're not responsible? That's BS! The check in/out process was a mess. I never received the combination to the lock box. Luckily the very helpful staff were on hand to help. Your checkout time of 10:00a is BS! We had to leave the condo by 9:30a to ensure we weren't late dropping our keys, etc. off by 10:00a so we wouldn't be charged a substantial penalty. The fact that you charge for early check-ins and late departures, when available, is BS! Be courteous and allow early check-in when possible. People understand if they're not. It's called Good Will. Make your check-out 11:00a, so people don't have to jump out of bed, pack up and leave. Your product is nice, but your process and policies are BS! And get some higher quality towels. For the amount I paid per night I expect towels that are higher quality than the ones I had in college.

Condo was in prime location. Close to hikes and town. Condo is as described. And reviews are accurate as it outdated. So if you plan to be out and about and just need a place to nice place sleep and grab breakfast this place is perfect.

The location of this place is great you can walk to Main Street. The apartment is old and it needs some maintenance in shower handles, lamps, painting. It would be nicer if it was a bit more updated. But it was very very clean.

We have stayed at Trails End a number of times and love this complex for it's proximity to the slopes and downtown. Once we arrive, the only time we use our car is to drive to the grocery store. We also love that the hot tubs do not require you to walk any long distances outside to get to them - as has been the case at some other properties. This particular unit had a very good layout with plenty of room for our party of 4. The decor is some what dated, so if you are looking for sleek and modern, this isn't the place for you. However, everything was clean and well looked after. The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils, pots, etc but the only spices on hand were a small salt and pepper shaker for the table.

Unit 402 has an amazing view. The balcony furniture is comfortable with rocking chairs. The kitchen isn't as well stocked as other units we've stayed in and the unit could use an update, pillows were flat and sheets seem worn. We couldn't close the vertical blinds in the masterbedroom as they were broken. Unfortunately, a renovation of the unit above us was in progress with loud sanding and hammering going on our entire stay. Had we known we would have looked at a differeent unit.

Great location. Walk out back door 100 yards and at Quicksilver lift. Indoor and outside hot tubs, not very big and not very hot but were OK. Condo on 4th floor. Can take skis up in elevator and store in closet in room or pay for storage on 1st floor. Condo was nice sized. Nice master and bath. Smaller second bedroom with bath across hall. Weird pleated door into 2nd bath. Each bath had bath towels/hand/wash cloth, Kleenex, hotel sized shampoo and conditioner and 2 soaps. Bring extra if you are staying longer than 2 nights. For a place that is continually rented it was pretty clean. Normal wear and tear with nicks on wood and walls. Kitchen was OK. Enough dishes/pots/pans for our needs. Definitely needs new faucet, workable but parts broken off. Also dishwasher worked by button covers were missing. Only had salt, pepper, coffee filters and two small packs of coffee. One reserved parking spot in garage. Could also use one parking space in the lot. Walkable to main street and many food options. There is a nice, well stocked grocery store in town. The Walmart in Frisco is small and not well stocked, Safeway grocery better bet. Easy to pick up and drop off check in packet at downtown office. Location was the biggest plus - would stay there again.

This cozy ski home was clean, and so so convenient! LOCATION- FANTASTIC! The QuickSilver lift is just in front of the condo. We could easily ski Peak 8 and 9. My family enjoyed skiing in the morning and coming back to the condo for a break and lunch before going out again for the afternoon. Then it's steps away from town and lots of restaurants and shopping. The view from the family room and bedrooms was lovely! ACCOMODATIONS- VERY COZY. We were very comfortable as a family of five with three young adult kids. My son said the sofabed was very comfortable. The ski locker was so convenient. The layout and amenities are just as described.MANAGEMENT- GREAT Ski Country Resorts was very friendly and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this lovely condo.

Everything was as described, but we weren't that impressed with anything. Picking up the keys, we received 4 different keys (1 for garage, 1 for front doors that is a fab and if you don't have it you can't even get in the building, 1 for garage access door and 1 for the condo itself). The pool was in a different building, which with 4 kids made it seem not worth the treck. The condo didn't have salt ... like literally the bare basics to offer a kitchen. As well, there are stairs upon entering the building - so you have to get your stuff out of the car, and walk it up stairs before you can put it on the cart to take to your room. The elevator doesn't go to the garage where you park, so unpacking & packing was definitely frustrating. It would all work much better with upgraded technology to use codes to get in and out of building and check-in, basically the process is VERY OUTDATED. We had to drive to a separate location to pick up keys and drop off keys.......too much effort for us to return to this condo. Wouldn't recommend it either.

Unit could use a couple every day items like spatula, covered dishes or storage container, garlic press, foil, etc and the toaster needs to be replaced along with the dishwasher. The pots and pans are terrible quality and everything sticks no matter the amount of butter/oil used. But otherwise we found the unit very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Wish we could have parked at the unit our last day because we skied and have a red eye flight home and couldn’t find anywhere to park.

We really loves this condo. It felt roomy and very comfortable. We came to Breck with several other families and had 6 adults and 8 kids in here for dinner/game night and it worked out great. The king bed was very comfortable. The underground parking was convenient and the ski storage in the condo was nice. We would definitely stay again.
