Sun, Sand, and Surf!
Il mio appartamento con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, al 1 ° piano con vista sull'oceano è completamente fornito e pronto per gli ospiti! Si trova su una spiaggia senza auto nella tranquilla Ormond-by-the-Sea con accesso alla spiaggia direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'edificio. Goditi la colazione nel patio mentre guardi l'alba sull'oceano. Quando vieni dalla spiaggia, rilassati nella nostra bellissima piscina!
Il condominio può ospitare fino a 4 (1 letto matrimoniale, 2 letti singoli), con SMART TV nel soggiorno e camera da letto matrimoniale, un lettore DVD, TV via cavo e internet wireless. Ho completamente rinnovato l'unità nel 2017, quindi tutto è nuovo e aggiornato, dandogli un'atmosfera "moderna da spiaggia". L'unità ha ripiani in quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, piano cottura in vetro e lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard. Abbiamo maniglioni nella doccia e nelle vasche da bagno, sedie a sdraio, boogie board e un sacco di teli da mare.

We had a wonderful stay at Barbara's condo. It was great to be right across the street from the beach so we could walk the beach twice a day. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. We hope to be back again soon.

Not enough good things to say
We stayed at Barbaras home for a family medical emergency and it was perfect. Barbara’s home was beautiful and well stocked. She was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help us find another place to rent while my family continued their therapy.
Beautiful view of the oven, cozy and very clean. Well stocked and easy to cook family meals and socialize. Anything you could need to cook is there already . There were games and books, tons of beach equipment for beach time fun. I absolutely recommend this property and the owner both were beyond expectations and 5 star all the way

Property is an ideal beach location, just far enough away from the tourist areas of Ormond beach and Daytona beach.

Great condo! Such nice decor and well kept
I stayed at Barbara’s condo for three months while moving and it was perfect. I woke up every morning to the sunrise and took a walk on the beach. The beds are comfy and the condo is so nicely decorated with upgraded everything. Barbara was also super easy to communicate with and was a wonderful host. 10/10!

Wonderful!
My family and I had a great stay in July at this property. Very clean, organized, well laid out and a breeze dealing with Barbara. The view is better in person than the pictures let on and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. We look forward to staying here again!

Great Updated Beachfront Condo
What a great condo! Plenty of room in this first floor unit. The condo was recently updated with high end finishes, including really nice furniture, quartz counters, marble shower, etc.. Not common to see this quality in a beach condo, and we really appreciated it! The beach access walk-over is right across the street, and the unit was stocked with beach chairs, towels, etc. -there was even a boogie board, skin board, etc. for renters with kids. The owner, Barbara, was super responsive to everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it another few months!

Very happy
The condo was beautiful, it was a quiet relaxing atmosphere, but also a quick drive to Daytona for some fun! The owner was absolutely amazing throughout the stay due to some work being done on the buildings itself and was quick to fix anything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! We will definitely be coming back to stay very soon!!!

Beautiful condo next to the beach!
The condo was beautifully decorated with a very nice well stocked kitchen. Most of all the basic were there for your stay. It was very clean and cozy. The owner was very nice and ensured we were pleased with our stay.

Great place
Unit was recently remodeled and it's great. All new everything. Location is great, right on the beach and convenient to things to do. Definitely want to come back. Some problem with the VRBO folks, but the owner is wonderful to deal with.

Found everything adequate. It was very nice to have the beach toys and beach towels available so they didn't have to be brought with us.

Nice and quiet relaxing stay
Overall very good ! Kids enjoyed the Games, pool and beach! The only thing off was a strange odor in the unit when we arrived. It eventually went away or we got used to it. Thanks for a good week!

Great spot
We had a minor problem when we arrived and it was immediately taken care of. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We had occasion to talk to the owner and she was very friendly and helpful. We learned that the unit will be getting some upgrading but it was very clean and comfortable for us during our time there.
The location is very convenient to the beach and just a short drive from shopping, churches and other attractions. Very quiet location and this was conducive to our enjoying the time.
We will be returning next year.
