This is a great location though, as you have to expect downtown, parking is a major pain. The unit shows its age a bit but is quite comfortable. My only complaint was that the cable was weird and I couldn’t watch the World Cup.

The suite is perfectly located in downtown Victoria for walking to shops and restaurants plus other historical sites. Everything in the suite was modern and comfortable for our weekend getaway!

The property was as advertised and although there was construction next door it was a non issue for us. Very friendly and prompt responding host. Highly recommend this property.

The dishwasher was not working and some lights were not working. Received notification before check in the dishwasher is not working. Notify some lights are out but no reply at all.

Location is very convenient. A lot of good restaurants around.

The little condo was just what I needed for my short stay. I like the European style - no wasted space. The bed was super comfortable. I would improve the quality of the small table and 2 chairs..

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Victoria, walking distance to tons of attractions like the Legislature buildings & Fisherman’s Wharf, & so many great restaurants!! The apartment itself is small but perfect for one or two people and it was very clean, & had everything a person would need for a stay! The single thing that wasn’t ideal was the construction on the building next door which was a little loud at times and partially blocked the view/had to close windows because there were people right outside the windows, but overall we loved our stay!

Location couldn’t be better. Apartment is tiny but well equipped. Construction next door means you want to be in the apartment after 7 am because of the noise during the day. Also parking is a bit awkward.

Great cozy spot for a short getaway in Victoria. By the heart of downtown with the best restaurants/shops/bars, short 15 min walk to the Empress/inner harbour. Easy check in/check out. I accidentally left a gift in the room when checking out, and Grace helped me retrieve it and coordinate a later pick up, hugely appreciated.

Great place to stay! The location is perfect.

Arrived late for appointment with Grace Evans. After trying to get to our unit we found out that you required a fob to open the main door and to operate the elevator. We only had the code to our unit. Called Grace and a friend answered. He said that Grace had given him her phone since she was working and he knew nothing about the unit and then hung up on me. After finding someone who would let us in the front door and take us to our floor on the elevator, after about one hour, we were finally able to get to and enter our unit. The came the problem with our luggage and parking. The closest place to park our car is about a block away and the front door is about 3/4 of a block from car access. We were told in the write up that parking was available next door. This was not true. There is a 50 foot deep hole next door where a new building was being built. There is free street parking after six pm. The unit is rather small with funky walls that have cracks and holes in them. Location is convenient and our unit had a water view of a small channel where a boat passes by occasionally.

Once the building next door is complete, the view to water will be much less. If I am being picky/constructive... -The instructions and directions in the room need to be updated. -We could hear anything and everything that is going on in the hallway. -The window coverings block no light from outside, so if you are a light sleeper, that may be an issue. -Very impersonal communication with the people who own this place. This place has everything you could want! The shower has the most water pressure I've ever experienced!! Clean, easy to get in and out, no nonsense stay... what more can we ask for? Thanks

The place is cozy and nice. Nice sea view. But it is partially blocked by the constructor next to the building. Workers are on all foods working and able to see from the window. Does not affect us much as we are out most of the day except in the morning. We need to pull down shade.

This comfortable little studio is right by the water with a gorgeous view and steps from chinatown. Everything was really walkable. The place was clean and had everything we needed! The construction noise mentioned isn't very disruptive at all unless you're a light sleeper or like to sleep really late. 10/10 would recommend 👌
